Nossa Hotel

Other than being beachfront the Nossa Hotel was terrible, save your money and go elsewhere. - Service: some of the worst service we’ve received, the front desk made us feel like a hassle anytime we asked for anything. - Bar/restaurant: not available until 10:15am even though every menu/ad it says 8am. Can’t even get a coffee until after 10am. There is no great other food option in the entire surrounding area (especially before noon). They had 1 waiter for the entire beach club and hotel, it was nearly impossible to get their attention to put in an order. A few of our cocktails had plastic pieces in it from what I would assume is the bag of ice came in. - Facilities: every beach bed had mold growing on it, no staff would clean them at the end of the day/start of the day so they were filled with sand mold, old towels, beer cans etc and absolutely disgusting. The pool had a lot of bugs floating in it and is above ground, don’t let the photos fool you. Bathrooms by the pool were never cleaned while we were there, dirty toilets and half rolls of toilet paper. The hotel itself seems to be a poorly renovated old hotel that they tried to make “trendy” by adding some general upgrades. Many guests brought their dogs who pooped/peed all over the common areas. - Rooms: great ocean view is the only positive. Our tiled floor had gum stuck to it, the shower didn’t drain properly and filled our entire bathroom with water. The sink was made of wood and moldy. DO NOT GO TO NOSSA HOTEL.

El servicio al huésped es terrible, la encargada de cocina/bebidas con una actitud nefasta, alimentos mal preparados, regrese algunos dos veces y solo medio le movían algo al platillo y lo regresaban tal cual. El servicio de comida y bar cierra a las 5:30, no hay cenas ni bebidas. El servicio gerencial deja mucho que desear, en dos ocasión solicitamos que nos atendiera y NUNCA llegó. Precios excesivos y porciones ridículamente pequeñas en cocteles. El servicio de limpieza del cuarto bastante regular, encontré mil insectos en la habitación, no cambiaban las toallas y solo medio las tendían en la cama. La ubicación es buena si quieres descansar, pero a tomar en cuenta que no hay NADA a los al rededores. Limpieza de la alberca muy mala, encontré un tornillo oxidado al fondo de la alberca, que tuve que sacar yo. Francisco es una excelente persona, muy atento y servicial, es lo único rescatable del hotel. El hotel es bonito pero nada funcional.

El hotel tiene todo pasara ir y relajarye, las instalaciones son bonitas y el personal esta al pendiente en todo momento. Cien por ciento recomendado.

Si bien en la playa no es privada, la ubicación garantiza que no tenga molestias como en algunas otras playas de Oaxaca. Las habitaciones son amplias con todos los servicios, un baño amplio también, camas, cómodas y almohadas cómodas. La televisión cuenta con servicios de streaming para poder estar en tu habitación, disfrutándolos. Sin embargo, el punto más fuerte es la ubicación con una hermosa playa y una alberca increíble. Otro de los puntos importantes es la calidez del staff, incluyendo a sandunga, todos siempre preocupados por que tengas una experiencia inolvidable.

Muy caro para las habitaciones que son muy chicas, la alberca muy descuidada sin luz, las toallas muy viejas y rotas. Un hotel muy descuidado y caro.

Necesitan un estacionamiento seguro, me rayaron. Mi camioneta la primera noche. Cómo huepedes vamos a descansar no a preocuparnos por ese tipo de situaciones

Increíble Hotel súper tranquilo y exclusivo, las instalaciones, las habitaciones, el personal, sandunga jejeje, la alberca, la música, la ubicación, el olor a Madera y la vista. Qué más puedo decir una estancia increíble, definitivamente regresaré pronto! Gracias por todo.

Nos encantó el hotel, la gente muy amable, la comida muy buena, mi recomendación solo poner papel higiénico adicional en habitaciones, el servicio de alimentos empieza tarde en las mañanas y además hay k esperar como una hora más en lo k sirven , la alberca con limo, y ya no había nadie para dar masajes , de ahí fuera todo súper

The hotel is a 5 min drive down a dirt road from hwy 200 and is relatively remote. A few small hotels and several beach restaurants that were ok. There are a few tiny stores and one decent one along the beach dirt road. The hotel is located right on the beach. From what we understand, this was once the Ambarina Hotel and was recently bought by the Flavia Group and renovated. It is a small boutique 2 floor hotel with 15 rooms. Our 2nd floor room had a nice view and balcony and was ok. Floor tiles looked old and tired. Staff do not speak english, except for the German bartender and mgr Jorge who was very helpful. The food is a little higher $ than the other restaurants on the beach, but food was superior. All food and drinks can go onto your room tab which is convenient. Unfortunately most days breakfast started @ 10am and last chance to order dinner was 6:15 despite menus that say 8am-10pm. Evening dishes, bottles, left over food etc around the pool and beach beds don’t get cleaned up until late morning (10-11am). It would be great if these 2 issues were addressed. The beach beds with umbrellas and pool seats are unique and comfortable. The eating table chairs have wide gaps in the slats and are very uncomfortable. 3 km of great beach for walking to the east, mostly with no development. Ocean is beautiful but has constant large waves. Didn’t find it conducive for snorkelling. There were a few aspects that we had to get over and then we enjoyed the unique casual atmosphere.

Sin embargo, hay algunos detalles que podrían mejorar. El baño está bastante separado del área con aire acondicionado, lo que provoca cambios bruscos de temperatura al pasar de un espacio a otro, y puede resultar incómodo, sobre todo por las noches. Además, una noche tuve la mala experiencia de encontrar un insecto mientras dormía. Sería importante reforzar las fumigaciones para evitar este tipo de situaciones. Fuera de eso, el servicio es bueno y la experiencia fue en general agradable. ¡Ah la comida deliciosa!

El lugar muy bonito, la alberca super agusto, la comida rica, pero servicio de las meseras pesimo, una hora para que te lleven la carta, y otra hora para que te lleven tus alimentos. La habiatacion, limpia y bonita, pero no hay agua caliente y como la habitacion es de madera hay animalitos que te pican y es molesto.

Me encanta el hotel es muy seguro , está frente a la playa y su servicio es bueno . Las habitaciones siempre están limpias y las cobijas también . Se les acaba muy rápido el smoothie de cúrcuma pero su comida está muy deli . Es pet friendly

This unbelievably poorly managed hotel has a beautiful design, very in sync with the location (odd choice on the dark grey sheets and the green lighting on the pool, but other than that stunning), and the beach is beautiful and quiet, at least in the mornings and evening / nights when it’s practically deserted - because of the little light pollution, the stars are night are all out there - and you can see the sun rise and set in the sea which is beautiful. The food is also great, and one of the girls in reception, and one of the waitresses is super kind. That’s about as far as it gets on the good side. The rest of the experience is miserable. We were received at 19:00 by an arrogant manager with an attitude, who told us that the restaurant closed at 20:00 (same time as all of the palapas on the beach) which is extremely early for Mexico, and shown to our room where we found used q-tips in the bin, and a used loofah in the shower. When we arrived to the restaurant at 19:40, we were told that the kitchen had closed at 19:15 but that we could have a beer if we wanted, so basically left with no other options than to wait until breakfast. We obviously had to complain with the manager as this was not flagged to us, and he eventually, as if he was making us the favour of the century, managed for the kitchen to cook dinner for us.

El hotel tiene un ubicación privilegiada referente a otras playas del estado. Es perfecto para el descanso y la relajación. La comida es deliciosa y la atención inmejorable de todo el personal en general. Lo único que observaría es que la limpieza de la habitación en general era regular, pero la ropa de cama estaba extremadamente manchada lo que da mucha desconfianza sobre la limpieza

El lugar es increíble si lo que buscas es descansar. El hotel esta muy limpio, cómodo y acogedor y sobretodo tiene una vista espectacular. El personal muy amables y serviciales TODOS!!!! desde la recepción hasta las camaristas . Y la comida de lujo.

Likes: Room was really comfortable. Great location. Nice decoration. Really good drinks (Mezcalitas). Its a place to disconnect from the world. Workers are really nice. No like: Staff couldn't honor my expedia price to upgrade, they wanted to charge a full price difference. Not good. Staff in pool (waitress) you had to make her see you to order, because she will go back to bar and be on her phone. I believe the restaurant food its a 7 out of 10, and their prices are very excessive. Room bathroom shower had a roll of hair in the drainage, disgusting. Beach beds are very uncomfortable. Spa lady offered services over and over, kinda of uncomfortable the intensity, because she wasn't working the next day.

La playa es preciosa y muy tranquila, en sí solo están los huéspedes del hotel; el servicio del Restaurant bar es excelente con Rogelio en específico, la comida es muy buena, pero nuestras quejas son a partir de que la habitación aunque era alejada del ruido y la cama estaba muy cómoda, no era lo que especificaba en las imágenes ni la descripción, la vista que teníamos no era frente al mar, si bien daba hacia el mar, nuestro balcón solo tenía vista a palmeras y techos del restaurante, el horario del restaurante es hasta las 6 pm y lo que dicen en sus redes es que el servicio es hasta las 8 pm, y considerando que está retirado de todo, no da opciones para cenar. El personal es muy amable y atento, en si son cuestiones técnicas que no se especifican en los datos de la reservación. Como dato, el internet falla muchísimo, y no hay señal ni de internet ni para llamadas.

Llegamos a las 8 pm y nadie en recepción ala media hora salió un joven enojado y despota a recibirnos y a regañadientes nos dio la habitación, y no había ya nada en servicio

La vista a la playa está hermosa, el personal muy atento y amable

El personal muy amable, Lore en recepción, Alexa super pendiente y Francisco el mesero super atento y agradable. Todo lo que comimos del restaurante estuvo muy rico. Las instalaciones son agradables, considero falta un poco de mantenimiento y estar al cuidado de detalles, la habitación en la que me quede, no servia bien la regadera y la reporté y lo bueno es que reaccionaron de forma inmediata y cambiaron la regadera, solo considero que eso lo deberian revisar y no esperar a que lo reporte un huesped. Aun asi los felicito porque Alexa busco la solución y me la dieron. Mi estancia fue muy agradable y si se descansa por la noches :)

Recomiendo mucho el hotel si lo que buscas es descansar y relajarte, la atención y el servicio es muy bueno, la comida está muy bien preparada, solo que el restaurante cierra temprano, a las 7:15 pm. Alrededor no hay nada más que los restaurancitos populares de agua blanca, es algo que debes considerar si no llevas auto. Fuera de eso todo está excelente, es un lugar ideal para quienes buscamos descansar y aislarnos de todo. Felicidades a todas las personas que trabajan en el lugar por su amabilidad y por supuesto a las cocineras porque la comida es riquísima.

Diamond in the rough. Very sleepy off the beaten path spot but 4 star facility. Food is great but all restuarants closenoften at 6 and definerly by 730. Setting is stunning and the people are wonderful but this is not ur action spot. Enjoy the sexy spot and tranquility...

If you are looking for paradise and completely disconnect from daily life, this is the place to be. We will definetely keep coming to this place. No better way to relax, read a book, look at the waves of the sea, sleep with the sound of the sea.

El hotel es increíble. Esta lejos de Zicatela y recomiendo que renten un carro que los taxis cobran bastante. Pero el lugar vale la pena totalmente.

Sin duda una gran experiencia, la comida fue la mejor parte. Todos los platillos que probamos, fueron espectaculares.

Abren el restaurante hasta las 10qm y cierran muy temprano 5pm y no hay facilidad de encontrar de cenar cerca

Our 2nd floor room had a nice view and balcony and was ok. Floor tiles looked old and tired. Staff do not speak english, except for the German bartender and mgr Jorge who was very helpful. The food is a little higher $ than the other restaurants on the beach, but food was superior. All food and drinks can go onto your room tab which is convenient. Unfortunately most days breakfast started @ 10am and last chance to order dinner was 6:15 despite menus that say 8am-10pm. Evening dishes, bottles, left over food etc around the pool and beach beds don’t get cleaned up until late morning (10-11am). It would be great if these 2 issues were addressed. The beach beds with umbrellas and pool seats are unique and comfortable. The eating table chairs have wide gaps in the slats and are very uncomfortable. 3 km of great beach for walking to the east, mostly with no development. Ocean is beautiful but has constant large waves. Didn’t find it conducive for snorkelling. There were a few aspects that we had to get over and then we enjoyed the unique casual atmosphere.
