The hotel is really nice and comfortable with a lot of possibilities for couples or families. Pro: big room with comfy beds, 3 big pools, indoor pool for free, direct sea access with amazing water. Food was good with plenty to choose from for 1 weeks stay. Special congratulations to the pizza chef. Lots of parking possibilities with free parking. Good gym with everything you need. Cons: room cleaning could be better with more details. In conclusion we definitely will come back!

The buffet (all inclusive) was nice, although after five days one wished more variability (e.g. seafood such as tuna, salmon or other non-white fish). Rooms were spacious and clean. Table tops with peeling paint could be fixed. Gym was the thing that made us choose the Chrysomare. Although it was good for a hotel gym, some things could be improved: get another weight set in the squat rack room (now not enough weight) and also smaller plates so that one does not need to borrow these from the other room. Get a flat bench or two instead of the strangely shaped ones for proper workouts. Staff was not aware that the outdoor food court had closed in the end of October and promoted that to us - until a nearby guest corrected them. A nice feature was that one could return any car rental's vehicles in the hotel garage and leave keys to reception. Would be nice if the hotel had a few bicycles for guest to borrow.

Lovely hotel, great staff, breakfast and facilities….. but exceptionally disappointing that you have to pay extra for the sauna and steam room! Perhaps understandable during peak season but really shouldn’t be the case out of season! Only real criticism

Excellent Hotel and Resort, beach direct access, 3 outdoor swimming pool, one indoor pool, GYM, sawna, Steam room, kids area, large Looby, large rooms, Breakfast and dinners Buffett, large variety food, many terraces, one man singer entertainment at night, no night club, affordable, recommended.

The hotel did everything to welcome and accommodate us well and make our stay the most memorable. Our room was seaside and the view was amazing. Since we had all-inclusive, live music every night, food choice in the buffet, kids events, pool, gym, and choice in the bar (included in all-inclusive), etc. Particularly, the GALA DINNER was well organized with live music and food. Also, people who were staying at the hotel were amazing. We met so many amazing people there and became close friends. Thank you so this unforgettable experience.

We been there for a one week , the pool is very very cold , the indoor pool was hot only 2 days from all week then it was cold . The only thing we do is eat and go sleep. The shop around the hotel is close , the show in the hotel is poor boring ,i can not see brink my kids to this hotel . Pool need to be warm or either in a way that a human can swim not just to look at it. The food was great 5 Stars we love it the room as well was big . Hope they can be better in future.

Fräscht och bra läge. Stort hotellkomplex som ligger precis vid stranden. Vill man inte ha saltvatten finns det 3 pooler på hotellet att slappa vid. Gott om solbäddar också. Enorm frukostbuffé med gott och blandat från internationellt och nationellt kök. Ligger även nära flera restauranger längs med huvudgatan.

The hotel itself is lovely and the staff were very helpful but our robes were dirty on arrival, we had requested several times for our room to be cleaned as staff were not coming in daily. Also had to ask several times for a double bed which should have been done before our arrival. Hotel itself is lovely and pool is great but the cleaning staff were very poor at their job.

Let's be straight to the point, this is not a 5* hotel and more like a low 4*. The hotel pictures and looking at it from far away, it looks modern and contemporary, but it's only a layer of makeup. - Check in. We were told to take the elevators from the east wing, after 15min of looking for the room and which rooms were very well signed, we went back to reception and now told us (different person, that such a room was on the west wing).. The first person seemed undertrained. - Rooms are nice and modern, until you start using and looking closer. *Shower drained was clocked and was creating a pool in the bathroom. *Walls being dirty from previous guests and not deep cleaning was made. *Beds sheets have some type of velcro at the bottom, and scratch your feet while sleeping. *Walls are not soundproofed at all, and you could hear other guests screaming/drunk when arriving at 3am, or guest leaving early (6am) and dropping everything on the floor and dragging furniture around, and so on... *TV useless and not connected either to an antenna or streaming services. *Rooms stinks from the shower drainage. *As with other google reviews, not even complimentary water in the room. -Half board / Restaurant / Food. First thing, the staff seems completely undertrained, which ok, we have been all there once, but this was too much, like getting your drinks when you pretty much finished your meal because they had not idea what table where you sat at. Food completely tasteless.

Für ein relativ neues Hotel war es an vielen Stellen sehr schmutzig. Unser erstes Zimmer hatte einen Wasserschaden und die ganze Wand war verschimmelt. Wir hatten dann aber ein anderes bekommen. Aber eigentlich traurig dass man uns in dieses Zimmer gelassen hat. Das Essen war für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht der Hit.
Für ein relativ neues Hotel war es an vielen Stellen sehr schmutzig. Unser erstes Zimmer hatte einen Wasserschaden und die ganze Wand war verschimmelt. Wir hatten dann aber ein anderes bekommen. Aber eigentlich traurig dass man uns in dieses Zimmer gelassen hat. Das Essen war für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht der Hit.

Leider hat es an vielen Orten, wie auch unserem Zimmer, nach Rauch gerochen. Ich wurde jeden Morgen durch das verschieben der Möbel in anderen Zimmer geweckt. Das finde ich schade für 5 Sterne. Ansonsten war alles super :)

The hotel is nice, with a good location and front beach. The rooms are normal with a modern furniture, but very dirty (minimal services cleening). The food is also bad and poor and the staff is unfriendly and arrogant.

The property is brand new just opened in 2022. We found the quality of the room, shower, food in main buffet and swimming pools all absolutely fantastic. Would very much recommend this hotel. It is also very near nissi beach / other parts of the Ayia Napa town if you want to wonder further afield. Staff were great too.

the food (we had breakfast and dinner) super good. comfort clean and nice gym indoor and outdoor pool close to the beach (perfect for a morning swim before breakfast) the view from the room was great -no airport transfers -depending on neighbors some rooms can be noisy

Great hotel great location and rooms are fantastic

Für ein relativ neues Hotel war es an vielen Stellen sehr schmutzig. Unser erstes Zimmer hatte einen Wasserschaden und die ganze Wand war verschimmelt. Wir hatten dann aber ein anderes bekommen. Aber eigentlich traurig dass man uns in dieses Zimmer gelassen hat. Das Essen war für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht der Hit.

Aber eigentlich traurig dass man uns in dieses Zimmer gelassen hat. Das Essen war für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht der Hit.

Insgesamt definitiv kein 5 Sterne Niveau. Positiv: - Große und modern eingerichtete Zimmer - Schöne und gepflegte Pool Anlage - Kidspool - Direkte Strandlage (allerdings ohne eigene Liegen am Strand) Negativ: - Mitarbeiter sind aufgesetzt nett (die Vorarbeiter gehen nicht wirklich höflich mit den Kellnern um und das bekommt man als Gast täglich mit) - Essen war ok, aber nicht die beste Qualität (Frühstück 10 Tage das gleiche, beim Abendessen mehr Abwechslung) - im Speisesaal ist es sehr laut, da dieser sehr groß ist viele Gäste - Sehr intransparent was die Preise im Hotel angeht. Es sind nirgendwo Getränkepreise ausgeschrieben (wir hatten kein All In) und im Wellnessbereich wird auch ein großes Geheimnis daraus gemacht. Man kann die Preise nicht einsehen, die Dame erzählt erst mal sehr viel und denkt sich am Ende einen Preis aus - keine Informationsbroschüre im Zimmer, man muss alles selbst herausfinden was das Hotel anzubieten hat, wann Check Out ist, Essenszeiten etc. - Keine Kinderanimation. Weder im Kidsclub noch am Kidspool oder abends (im Kidsclub sitzt zwar eine Aufsicht, die sich aber überhaupt nicht mit den Kindern beschäftigt) - TV empfängt nur 12 englische Sender, von dem die Hälfte keinen Empfang hatte. Wir konnten somit kein einziges Mal fern schauen. - das Hotel ist zwar "neu", jedoch sieht man an vielen Stellen, dass das Gebäude schon älter ist (z.B. im Bad lösen sich Silikon und Fugenmasse) Wir würden leider nicht nochmal dieses Hotel buchen.

Very good new built hotel with a good location 5 minutes to Musan underwater museum. Beach is not the best in Ayina Napa, but there is a Nissi within 10 minutes walk. Rooms are specious and clean. Food is very good. The only downgrading thing is that they cannot do cocktails. The cocktails in all bars were awful. Even pina colada didn't test good. But fortunately there is also wine and bobles in the bar

Lovely hotel, great staff, breakfast and facilities….. but exceptionally disappointing that you have to pay extra for the sauna and steam room! Perhaps understandable during peak season but really shouldn’t be the case out of season! Only real criticism

Let's be straight to the point, this is not a 5* hotel and more like a low 4*. The hotel pictures and looking at it from far away, it looks modern and contemporary, but it's only a layer of makeup. - Check in. We were told to take the elevators from the east wing, after 15min of looking for the room and which rooms were very well signed, we went back to reception and now told us (different person, that such a room was on the west wing).. The first person seemed undertrained. - Rooms are nice and modern, until you start using and looking closer. *Shower drained was clocked and was creating a pool in the bathroom. *Walls being dirty from previous guests and not deep cleaning was made. *Beds sheets have some type of velcro at the bottom, and scratch your feet while sleeping. *Walls are not soundproofed at all, and you could hear other guests screaming/drunk when arriving at 3am, or guest leaving early (6am) and dropping everything on the floor and dragging furniture around, and so on... *TV useless and not connected either to an antenna or streaming services. *Rooms stinks from the shower drainage. *As with other google reviews, not even complimentary water in the room. -Half board / Restaurant / Food. First thing, the staff seems completely undertrained, which ok, we have been all there once, but this was too much, like getting your drinks when you pretty much finished your meal because they had not idea what table where you sat at. Food completely tasteless.

In general the hotel building, rooms and restaurants are nice and modern, also very good staff in the main restaurant... but staff at the reception is not very polite, no normal assistance with the luggage, no even complimentary bottle of water in the room, no minibar, rather poor breakfast … strong aftertaste that we stayed definitely not in the 5 star hotel ((( hopefully during the season things are different

The hotel did everything to welcome and accommodate us well and make our stay the most memorable. Our room was seaside and the view was amazing. Since we had all-inclusive, live music every night, food choice in the buffet, kids events, pool, gym, and choice in the bar (included in all-inclusive), etc. Particularly, the GALA DINNER was well organized with live music and food. Also, people who were staying at the hotel were amazing. We met so many amazing people there and became close friends. Thank you so this unforgettable experience.

The hotel is nice, with a good location and front beach. The rooms are normal with a modern furniture, but very dirty (minimal services cleening). The food is also bad and poor and the staff is unfriendly and arrogant.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Sandy Bay, das umgeben von sehr netten Restaurants und Beach-Bars ist. Pro: • das Hotel bzw Zimmer ist grundsätzlich modern eingerichtet aber schon etwas abgenutzt. • das Buffet bietet eine breite Auswahl an Essen an, wodurch für jeden etwas dabei sein sollte. Leider war das Hotel zu unserem Zeitpunkt sehr überfüllt. • die MitarbeiterInnen sind sehr bemüht, aber aufgrund der überfüllten Situation oftmals überfordert Contra: • das Hotel war in unserem Zeitraum maßlos überfüllt. Liegen dürfen erst ab 8 reserviert werden - die ‚Liegenschlacht‘ ging jedoch scho um 7 Uhr los. • auch wenn das buffet viele Optionen bietet, darf die Erwartung nicht zu hoch gestellt werden. The property is brand new just opened in 2022. We found the quality of the room, shower, food in main buffet and swimming pools all absolutely fantastic. Would very much recommend this hotel. It is also very near nissi beach / other parts of the Ayia Napa town if you want to wonder further afield. Staff were great too.

The hotel is really nice and comfortable with a lot of possibilities for couples or families. Pro: big room with comfy beds, 3 big pools, indoor pool for free, direct sea access with amazing water. Food was good with plenty to choose from for 1 weeks stay. Special congratulations to the pizza chef. Lots of parking possibilities with free parking. Good gym with everything you need. Cons: room cleaning could be better with more details. In conclusion we definitely will come back!

We been there for a one week , the pool is very very cold , the indoor pool was hot only 2 days from all week then it was cold . The only thing we do is eat and go sleep. The shop around the hotel is close , the show in the hotel is poor boring ,i can not see brink my kids to this hotel . Pool need to be warm or either in a way that a human can swim not just to look at it. The food was great 5 Stars we love it the room as well was big . Hope they can be better in future.

Fräscht och bra läge. Stort hotellkomplex som ligger precis vid stranden. Vill man inte ha saltvatten finns det 3 pooler på hotellet att slappa vid. Gott om solbäddar också. Enorm frukostbuffé med gott och blandat från internationellt och nationellt kök. Ligger även nära flera restauranger längs med huvudgatan.

The buffet (all inclusive) was nice, although after five days one wished more variability (e.g. seafood such as tuna, salmon or other non-white fish). Rooms were spacious and clean. Table tops with peeling paint could be fixed. Gym was the thing that made us choose the Chrysomare. Although it was good for a hotel gym, some things could be improved: get another weight set in the squat rack room (now not enough weight) and also smaller plates so that one does not need to borrow these from the other room. Get a flat bench or two instead of the strangely shaped ones for proper workouts. Staff was not aware that the outdoor food court had closed in the end of October and promoted that to us - until a nearby guest corrected them. A nice feature was that one could return any car rental's vehicles in the hotel garage and leave keys to reception. Would be nice if the hotel had a few bicycles for guest to borrow.

A nice feature was that one could return any car rental's vehicles in the hotel garage and leave keys to reception. Would be nice if the hotel had a few bicycles for guest to borrow.

the food (we had breakfast and dinner) super good. comfort clean and nice gym indoor and outdoor pool close to the beach (perfect for a morning swim before breakfast) the view from the room was great -no airport transfers -depending on neighbors some rooms can be noisy

Let's be straight to the point, this is not a 5* hotel and more like a low 4*. The hotel pictures and looking at it from far away, it looks modern and contemporary, but it's only a layer of makeup. - Check in. We were told to take the elevators from the east wing, after 15min of looking for the room and which rooms were very well signed, we went back to reception and now told us (different person, that such a room was on the west wing).. The first person seemed undertrained. - Rooms are nice and modern, until you start using and looking closer. *Shower drained was clocked and was creating a pool in the bathroom. *Walls being dirty from previous guests and not deep cleaning was made. *Beds sheets have some type of velcro at the bottom, and scratch your feet while sleeping. *Walls are not soundproofed at all, and you could hear other guests screaming/drunk when arriving at 3am, or guest leaving early (6am) and dropping everything on the floor and dragging furniture around, and so on... *TV useless and not connected either to an antenna or streaming services. *Rooms stinks from the shower drainage. *As with other google reviews, not even complimentary water in the room. -Half board / Restaurant / Food. First thing, the staff seems completely undertrained, which ok, we have been all there once, but this was too much, like getting your drinks when you pretty much finished your meal because they had not idea what table where you sat at. Food completely tasteless.

Für ein relativ neues Hotel war es an vielen Stellen sehr schmutzig. Unser erstes Zimmer hatte einen Wasserschaden und die ganze Wand war verschimmelt. Wir hatten dann aber ein anderes bekommen. Aber eigentlich traurig dass man uns in dieses Zimmer gelassen hat. Das Essen war für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht der Hit.

Very good new built hotel with a good location 5 minutes to Musan underwater museum. Beach is not the best in Ayina Napa, but there is a Nissi within 10 minutes walk. Rooms are specious and clean. Food is very good. The only downgrading thing is that they cannot do cocktails. The cocktails in all bars were awful. Even pina colada didn't test good. But fortunately there is also wine and bobles in the bar

Frist of all we Will never come back to this hotel. We booked this hotel because it looked nice and it had 5 star… and the Price was not low.. but we like to stay at nice hotels.. But the hotel looks nice on the photos but in the real life it is work out.. and the cleanning was really bad… we needed to change room because the firdt room was really not nice.. and when we looked at the bed it was really dirty and even blood on mattress… we Got a New room but here the water from the bath come out on the floor… no really help from the reception.. you should almost say sorry… but the quest service we Got a ok service.., then we have the food and here it have nothing to do with 5 star… it is more like 3 - 4 star… in the end it is sad to see a nice hotel just go one Way and it is Down… and just so you know lots of russis people..

A very well-maintained hotel. High level of cleanliness. Large and clean rooms. Close to the beach. There were some minor incidents and issues that shouldn't happen in a 5-star hotel, but overall, it was great. I recommend the hotel.

The beach was nice and quiet but the view from the pool is obstructed by an unsightly plastic massage tent. The rooms are a great size with comfy beds... pillows could be a lot better. It is a shame that the fridge in the room is not replenished daily like other 5 star hotels. The AI cocktails are awful as they use lemon squash instead of freshly squeezed lemons or limes. The hotel looks like a 5 star but sadly operates as a 3-4 star hotel, so if you lower your expectations you will have a great stay.
