Spacious Apartment Sleeps 6

This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment occupies the entire first floor of an impressive Victorian building. The views are fantastic as the property looks over Victoria Gardens to the front and the River Medway to the rear. The large open plan living area comprises of a seating area furnished with a period 3 seater sofa and 2 chairs and a double sofa bed, dining table with 6 chairs leading to the fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds made up with luxury bed linen. The apartment sleeps up to 7 people in comfort. In addition to the beds in the 2 bedrooms there is a a double sofa bed in the living area. Guests have the entire property to themselves and are free to use the space as they wish in accordance with our house rules. I or one of my co hosts will be available in person to check guests in to the apartment, hand over keys and explain how all of the appliances work. After this we leave our guests to enjoy the apartment. However guests have my mobile number should they wish to contact me. The apartment is located on the cusp of Rochester and Chatham and offers access to Historic Rochester with it's Castle, Cathedral and High Street filled with independent restaurants and shops, also Historic Chatham Dockyard is within easy reach. Chatham Railway Station is just a few minutes walk from the apartment so London is just 50 minutes and the popular seaside town of Whitstable is only 35 minutes away by train. Free parking for one vehicle is available in a private car park to the rear of the property. Property policy: the primary guest must be at least 18 years old
