We have had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. There were nothing what we have missed. The location near the Thames River gives an extraordinary experience! We clearly recommend this apartment!

We were pleased to be able to bring our cats with us but this flat was not as described - it was not a penthouse and didn’t have a river view but was technically riverside. It was a clean adequately furnished flat but I wouldn’t describe it as luxury. We needed to use a key fob to enter the block but only had one which was inconvenieny and we didnt have access to the underground resident’s car park so had to park in the nearby public car park.

Perfect! Communication with host was by far the best I’ve ever had. I asked what the best means of transport would be from LHR (while waiting for bags) and they offered a car. It was there before I received my luggage! Coffee maker was broken, had it replace the same day! Zero issue with this booking. Absolutely great customer service.
