Rooms kept spotless, bedlinen and towels wonderful.Cannot fault. Only ate once in the restaurant at evening meal. Carvery bit disappointed the Turkey was lovely but veggies needed replenishing and were cold also no gravy. Perhaps we should have waited for it to be refreshed. Will know next time. It seems very popular.

It says breakfast from 7am daily but it is actually from 8am. We questioned it at check in as we had paid extra for breakfast and 8am was to late for us and they said they would get back to us. I left an email address with them but they never did contact me. I have raised it with hotels.com and they say they have changed the times on the site but it still says 7am.

This was our 3rd stay here and every time has been perfect. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Well looked after hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. Easy check in and out.
