I don't have any complaints about the property per-se, but mainly with one of the restaurant staff members. A 3 year old accidentally dropped a glass tumbler resulting in it being broken, and we were charged 60 INR just for that. The kid started apologizing for this when she learnt about this from the staff which made the situation even more uncomfortable. For someone who had booked multiple rooms to stay in this place, this lack of courtesy especially for an accident caused by a child was very surprising. Hence, reducing the rating.
