A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! Our stay was absolutely magnificent! Initially, we considered canceling after reading a few reviews mentioning the area being unsafe. However, we felt extremely safe throughout our visit and are actually glad we couldn’t cancel due to the policy—it turned out to be a fantastic experience. Check-in was smooth, and the reception staff were welcoming and informative, walking us through all the available amenities. Breakfast was a highlight! I loved being able to make my own fresh ginger, carrot, and apple shots. There was a wide variety of high-quality options: fresh fruit plates, scrambled eggs and bacon, a charcuterie board, assorted baked goods, yogurt and granola with four types of nuts—all beautifully presented in individual glass jars. Freshly squeezed orange juice and a full selection of coffees were also available. The hot tub area was clean and felt private, tucked away in an upstairs corner surrounded by greenery. Our room was spotless, very comfortable, and stylishly decorated. We also appreciated the bike rentals at just 15 euros per day. The location was convenient—an easy walk to great restaurants and cafes, with public transportation just 2 minutes away. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

I went to Milan for an extended weekend in september 2024. I've been to Florence and Rome, before so I can now say, that this was by far, the best italian Hotel! Nice location, with a lot of trees and green in total. You got a parking lot and a Spa, with really reaaonable prices. The rooms are quite spacy and clean, which I really liked! The breakfast is extraordonary great, a bowl of fresh fruit every day, fresh Orange Juice and homemade cake, so I took it every day. You could also go for fresh eggs and bacon if you like! But what I did like most, was the staff ! Always helpful, friendly and forthcoming...

The hotel room is very nicely designed. Loved the spa features on the property. Not in the best neighborhood graffiti on all the buildings in this neighborhood. not alot of food options and the hotel had no lunch or dinner options. only breakfast.

We arrived and temporarily parked on the street but were able to park inside their lot in a gated space. The staff was friendly, spoke good English, and was very helpful. Several food options are across the channel and many things are walkable. The tram is located right next to the building for convenient use. No significant issues. Would stay again.

Such a really nice place, the room was so nice and clean. The entire hotel is modern with a nice Italian touch. Really recommended. The only "bad thing": 15 euros per day for the parking space, a bit too much.

In a quiet and quaint area in Milan, in front of a beautiful canal and non tourists area, close to Tram #2 and a great Bike trail. Bike rentals at tge hotel for 10 euros per day. We had one of the lovely garden patio rooms on the 1st floor

This is a great centrally located property to visit Milan. It’s a lovely location apart from traffic and tram noise from the other side of the canal. Parking was super handy. Apartment we had was spacious and suited a family of four. If you can get a room off the front of the property I think it would be hard to beat.

Nice and particularly quiet hotel. The room was comfortable with expected amenities, except tea bags and milk (I’m British ;-) ) Be aware of the check-in arrangements, and call ahead if you plan to arrive late in the evening. Although the spa was a nice facility I was somewhat surprised by the €20 charge to use it (which I did twice). Location was good (for me), but I was there for work, so didn’t have time to explore Milan, especially as my trip had been impacted by a fire closing Heathrow.

This place is not in the center of Milan, but: it hasgreat parking it's super clean and spacious it worked great for our family of 5 (we would have to spend 3-4x the cost in downtown) the staff is AMAZING we had basically a little loft style apartment which was very clean, modern and functional (full kitchen). we ordered takeout and had a great relaxing night with the kids eating good food and watching a movie with the kids after a day out and about. Tram #2 will take you to Duomo in less than 20min, so you can getd downtown relatively quick all the staff spoke great english

I liked the ease of finding the hotel through the excellent staff giving proper information and their security measures. All the staff we meet were friendly and helpful with all of questions. The room was clean and very quiet. Versoverde will be where I stay if I return to Milan.

20 minute walk out of the centre means this is quiet, safe, and clean. Direct tram if you want it, but I enjoyed walking along the canal every morning with nice restaurants and cafés for breakfast and lunch. Incredibly reasonable price for a major city too. Would recommend

Room was incredibly new and clean and the hotel felt very legit compared to the rest of the neighborhood around it. It is a bit on the outskirts of Milan. Staff was helpful. Unfortunately the window had been left open in our room and there were numerous mosquitoes we had to go around squashing. The bathroom door also scraped the floor every time you opened it which was a little annoying.

Good clean hotel with lovely staff and good location for exploring Milan with a tram to the centre just across the road. It was however quite noisy, the rooms aren't very soundproofed. Our room was close to reception and the breakfast room and could hear all the coming and goings and the people above. Would stay again but request a room on the upper floor.

Petit coin de calme à deux pas de Milan. Ce petit hôtel qui de l’extérieur se paye pas de mine se révèle lorsque le portail s’ouvre. En effet il donne sur les canaux de Milan et offre un accès au centre via le tram numéro 2 ( extrêmement pratique) les chambres sont très belle et neuves. Petit point négatif pour le matelas pas ouf. Je vous invite à venir dans ce petit hôtel pour votre séjour à Milano 👍😊

This place is not in the center of Milan, but: it hasgreat parking it's super clean and spacious it worked great for our family of 5 (we would have to spend 3-4x the cost in downtown) the staff is AMAZING we had basically a little loft style apartment which was very clean, modern and functional (full kitchen). we ordered takeout and had a great relaxing night with the kids eating good food and watching a movie with the kids after a day out and about. Tram #2 will take you to Duomo in less than 20min, so you can getd downtown relatively quick all the staff spoke great english

Room was incredibly new and clean and the hotel felt very legit compared to the rest of the neighborhood around it. It is a bit on the outskirts of Milan. Staff was helpful. Unfortunately the window had been left open in our room and there were numerous mosquitoes we had to go around squashing. The bathroom door also scraped the floor every time you opened it which was a little annoying.

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! Our stay was absolutely magnificent! Initially, we considered canceling after reading a few reviews mentioning the area being unsafe. I liked the ease of finding the hotel through the excellent staff giving proper information and their security measures. All the staff we meet were friendly and helpful with all of questions. The room was clean and very quiet. Versoverde will be where I stay if I return to Milan.

We arrived and temporarily parked on the street but were able to park inside their lot in a gated space. The staff was friendly, spoke good English, and was very helpful. Several food options are across the channel and many things are walkable. The tram is located right next to the building for convenient use. No significant issues. Would stay again.

This hotel was incredible. A really nice spot in Milan, lots of really nice bars and restaurants near by. The staff were the real highlight for me. From giving me excellent dining recommendations to helping me book a taxi super early in the morning to the train station. Simply amazing!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our apartment was modern and spacious. We did have a problem with the a/c but the hotel accommodated us by providing a free breakfast for our party of 4, which was appreciated given that we had to sleep with the windows open and there was a good deal of outside road noise.

Petit coin de calme à deux pas de Milan. Ce petit hôtel qui de l’extérieur se paye pas de mine se révèle lorsque le portail s’ouvre. En effet il donne sur les canaux de Milan et offre un accès au centre via le tram numéro 2 ( extrêmement pratique) les chambres sont très belle et neuves. Petit point négatif pour le matelas pas ouf. Je vous invite à venir dans ce petit hôtel pour votre séjour à Milano 👍😊

20 minute walk out of the centre means this is quiet, safe, and clean. Direct tram if you want it, but I enjoyed walking along the canal every morning with nice restaurants and cafés for breakfast and lunch. Incredibly reasonable price for a major city too. Would recommend

In a quiet and quaint area in Milan, in front of a beautiful canal and non tourists area, close to Tram #2 and a great Bike trail. Bike rentals at tge hotel for 10 euros per day. We had one of the lovely garden patio rooms on the 1st floor

This is a great centrally located property to visit Milan. It’s a lovely location apart from traffic and tram noise from the other side of the canal. Parking was super handy. Apartment we had was spacious and suited a family of four. If you can get a room off the front of the property I think it would be hard to beat.

I went to Milan for an extended weekend in september 2024. I've been to Florence and Rome, before so I can now say, that this was by far, the best italian Hotel! Nice location, with a lot of trees and green in total. You got a parking lot and a Spa, with really reaaonable prices. The rooms are quite spacy and clean, which I really liked! The breakfast is extraordonary great, a bowl of fresh fruit every day, fresh Orange Juice and homemade cake, so I took it every day. You could also go for fresh eggs and bacon if you like! But what I did like most, was the staff ! Always helpful, friendly and forthcoming...

Le personnel est agréable, le chef réceptionniste a fait l’effort de tenter de parler en français. Hôtel propre et calme. La chambre est spacieuse, et il y a tout le confort. Le bémol la literie. Les matelas à ressort vraiment pas agréable. Un sur matelas ne serait pas de trop.

Stayed here for 3 nights April 2026. Couple travelling for a city break. Location is good, next to a nice canal and a short walk from some lovely restaurants. Not very close to the city centre but public transport is cheap and easy to navigate. The hotel itself is nice and modern, rooms are quite basic. We stayed in the classic double on the ground floor. No comfy chair or sofa despite there being enough room for one. The bed was large and very comfortable though. The room appeared clean at first glance but upper shelves were not dusted, someone else’s contact lens stuck to the outside of the waste bin in the bathroom and ants in the bathroom on the last day. The staff were friendly and helpful but the spa left us confused - it is NOT included. Cost €20 euros per person. Breakfast was included which was continental with some other options such as eggs and bacon and it was quite nice, probably one of the best bits of the hotel. Overall a decent hotel and I would probably stay there again, but would look at other options first.
Stayed here for 3 nights April 2026. Couple travelling for a city break. Location is good, next to a nice canal and a short walk from some lovely restaurants.
