The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff were personable and helpful. The bartenders for the DnD speakeasy were skilled, the drinks were all on point. The room was gorgeous. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Vintry & Mercer Hotel. Lovely and helpfull staff, dining was very good, cocktails and rooftop bar was lovely. We slept like babies. Would def recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the roof terrace was closed on our first night due to a private function which was a shame as we would have dined there. The only way to get a drink was through room service. Room was a good size, staff were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful people but they advertise 2 on site restaurants. One had been closed and the rooftop (Fabulous food) was closed Thursday night for a private party. But an awesome restaurant and great facility. We will return!

The whole experience is 1st rate. The property is pristine and the entire staff are extremely attentive and helpful. The unlimited in room refreshments we have never seen before, great touch. Definitely a 5star experience in a small boutique hotel !!

This hotel was INCREDIBLE. Clean, luxurious, and so comfortable. It was gorgeous. It was also close to two convenient tube stations. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

Wonderful stay from beginning to end. The hotel is impeccably maintained and my room service was top notch. The staff is very helpful with providing information and they are quite friendly. Location cannot be beaten. The room snacks and beverages, along with the other hotel amenities, were a nice touch. My only minor complaint would be that based on the location of my room, I could hear the staff out back in the garage early in the morning. Other than that, the rooms are generally quiet and cozy, and I will definitely return :)

Clean, fresh, well-decorated room in boutique hotel with small but clean and attractive bathroom. Love the decor throughout the hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows. Complimentary soft drinks in wet bar very nice touch. Pleasant staff and evening turndown service much appreciated. Great rooftop space for drinks but unfortunately didn’t get a chance to eat up there. Would definitely come back.

Some good restaurants within 15 minutes or less walking distance. Near the river as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable. Food options at hotel were limited; terrace dining was good (not great). Did not have breakfast or use the bar.

Enjoyable stay, great location for exploring the east end of the city. Close to several tube stops. Deluxe Room was very comfortable, my only issue is the bathtub is quite high off the ground, so care is needed getting in and out. Perhaps converting some of these to showers only for those who don’t need a tub. Other than than, great stay.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic! The only negative was the exceptionally small room size. We had 2 large suitcases, and when we opened them up on the floor they took up most of the floor space

Happy with my stay. Clean room, friendly staff, quiet location. The AC stopped working late night and it can get quite hot until it started again. It might be the same for all hotels in London in the summer too.

Excellent service, rooms are beautiful, view not great but someone has to have a wall view!! Great lighting and decor. Not used the restaurant or bar therefore can’t comment. Would recommend and stay again. Easy access to transport.

We had a free upgrade to a wonderful room with floor-to-ceiling windows with a great view of the Shard, Gherkin, etcetera. It had a separate bathtub with TV. Free beverages and snacks. Great stay!

Staff was so nice. They allowed us to check in early, which was much appreciated after an overnight flight. We received a free upgrade, too! Room was beautifully decorated with complimentary snacks and drinks. Great location near the Underground train and attractions. Excellent bed and linens. Highly recommend!

Staff and property were excellent. Minor improvements to achieve perfection would be delivering the promised news paper without needing to ask for it and barista training for the breakfast team. The paper was delivered promptly and without fuss after we asked for it on the two mornings it was missing. The coffee wasn’t bad, but didn’t meet Australian standards.

We had a spectacular stay at Vintry & Mercer! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and the hotel was very clean, chic and beautifully decorated. The hotel was also conveniently located near various Tube stops as well as dining and sightseeing. Staying at Vintry & Mercer was a wonderful home away from home!

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in was very quick and simple. There were multiple food options at the hotel and the food was generally very good - especially breakfast in the mornings. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It's close to public transportation and easy walking to various landmarks.

Stay was good, however hotel charged me at the property and also took my security deposit. I contacted the hotel but got no response and they just kept my money! I won’t be going back and would check your credit card bill!

We had a fantastic nights stay here. The team were so welcoming and friendly to us. A very short walk from St Paul’s and the Thames, close to tubes and also the NCP parking. Quiet and tucked away while being very accessible. The room was beautiful and quirky, with the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on. The rooftop bar has a great view for a champagne at sunset. Wish we would have had a few more nights but we will stay again.

The hotel is clean and modern, has nice design details in the rooms. The staff is fantastic, the bellman walked with us to the underground and carried our luggage down the steps, outstanding service! Great to be in a neighborhood that isn’t so busy and touristy, gives a little peace after a crowded day.

Very nice, small hotel in a quiet area of London. Very close to Mansion House Underground station for easy access to all parts of the city. Some good restaurants within 15 minutes or less walking distance. Near the river as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable. Food options at hotel were limited; terrace dining was good (not great). Did not have breakfast or use the bar.

Vintry & Mercer is in a fantastic location, with three different tube stations in the immediate vicinity. The South Bank is minutes away and a lovely place to walk along the Thames every evening. The hotel was lovely, clean, with spacious rooms, and staff were very amicable and helpful Only one tiny drawback -- why were knives at the V & M restaurants so dull? P.S. Order the truffle omelet. Delicious!

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff were personable and helpful. The bartenders for the DnD speakeasy were skilled, the drinks were all on point. The room was gorgeous. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the roof terrace was closed on our first night due to a private function which was a shame as we would have dined there. The only way to get a drink was through room service. Room was a good size, staff were friendly and helpful.

An excellent hotel, very classy and the room we stayed in was great. Located in an excellent area very close to the Mansion House subway station. The only reason we didn't give a 5 star rating was the breakfast we had was sub-par for this type of hotel. The food was warm (not good for eggs) should have been hot. If you want more than 2 eggs bendict on plate l guess you have to order sides extra. Too bad that it put a damper on a very nice stay. The staff are all excellent and go above and beyond for you.

Wonderful people but they advertise 2 on site restaurants. One had been closed and the rooftop (Fabulous food) was closed Thursday night for a private party. But an awesome restaurant and great facility. We will return!

Vintry & Mercer was exactly what we wanted for a quiet weekend in London. Our Deluxe room was exceptionally clean, very quiet, with a comfortable bed and excellent water pressure. The location is great if you want a peaceful base in the City, although it’s not the place to stay if you want nightlife right outside the door. We had a drink at the rooftop bar when we arrived. Service was very good, although the space was quite crowded. The real standout was Hamid. He saw us come in with a bottle of wine and, without us even asking, brought us wine glasses and an ice bucket. It was a small gesture, but exactly the sort of thoughtful, attentive service that makes a hotel memorable. We’d happily stay again.

From the front desk check in team to the baggage carrier, Hamid, everyone was professional, helpful and cordial. Room service breakfast was excellent. Bed and pillows were exceptional. Highly recommend.
