O hotel é bem localizado, quarto e banheiro limpos e com bom tamanho, café da manhã razoável, porém, não existe recepção, as entradas no hotel e no quarto são feitas através de senhas enviadas por e-mail, o que causa alguns transtornos, pois isto não está exposto no site do hotel, e se o hóspede não ficar atento aos e-mails enviados pela propriedade, passará aperto ao chegar no local. Eu só soube deste detalhe na porta do hotel, e só consegui entrar no hotel porque encontrei outras hóspedes saindo, no momento que eu havia chegado, e elas foram muito gentis explicando o que fazer. Outro ponto importante é que, como não existe recepção, não existe nenhum tipo de informação a respeito de restaurantes, atrações, e não é possível deixar as malas, após o check out.

We were in the Luxury Quadruple Room at the top of the building. It was an almost ideal space for two adults and two kids. There are two large areas within the room - the twin beds are at the far end down a few steps which creates a separate space perfect for kids. It would be even better if there was a curtain to separate the spaces once kids go to sleep, to allow adults to keep lights on and move around without disturbing them. However, what significantly detracted from our stay was the significant (1m x 50cm at least) black mould patch on the ceiling in the bathroom around the extraction fan. This was inexcusable in my opinion given the extent of the mould and the low height of the ceiling. If we had been staying for more than one night, and had there been a reception to engage with, we would have raised this during our stay. I did leave feedback on checkout but had no response. The staff at breakfast were friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast was continental; meat, cheese, pastries, bread, yoghurt. There was a small bowl of berries and chopped banana for each person. More fruit would have been preferable. Had it not been for the black mould, I would recommend the hotel wholeheartedly, but the severe lack of maintenance means I could not.

Free parking at 200m and buses to Amsterdam every 15 minutes from bus stop 3 mins walk from the hotel. Rooms were great with decent breakfast!

Flott og sjarmerende hotell med god beliggenhet. Hyggelig betjening og god frokost Var litt bekymret for parkeringa men det gikk fint å laste av og parkere et stykke nedenfor. Uheldigvis så var vi der under den varme perioden og det ble lite mulighet for å vandre i nærområdet
