Salinas Beach Hotel Bodrum/Boutique Concept

All I can say despite been a tourist coming solo into Turkey for all these years and with my 1st time being in Bodrum as i normally go to Ichmeler every year.Decided to do try somewhere different.Must say it's one of the worse hotels i have ever been to in Gumbet .With regards to the room it was ok nothing special.Very basic, lacked facilities no tea and coffee making facilities,no hot water avaliable 90% of the time,no running water from the hot water tap, bathroom smelled very fusty which smelt of mould and dampness also to mention and there was water leak coming from the hand sink which flooded the whole bathroom floor.This was addressed to various members of staff hardly any of them spoke any fluent English and that was the barrier i was up against with.My next issue is with regards to customer service which was extreme poor overall.The hotel manager especially the hotel owner doesn't know the meaning of good customer service and the fact if the matter i was told to shut up in the restaurant by the hotel owner just because i had mentioned that all inclusive was not upto standard with being very basic,bland,hot food being cold and the food tlids being exposed and not labelled highlights a major concern.There was a lot of cats and dogs roaming around the restaurant whilst guests where eating their food is not the standards of food hygiene practice a customer expects.Upon checking out did ask the receptionist if i can get an invoice and was refused.That says it all

Otel plajinda personel ve herşey dahil e ait hiçbirşey yok soyunma kabini yok su yok deniz güzel otelde sadece çarşaflar temiz oda büyük koltukları yatak başlıkları perdeleri hepsi kirli banyo yapılmayacak kadar kötü yılların pisliği işlemiş küflü personel yardımcı yemek yerken mangal temizliği yapılıyor kahvaltı ederken sandalyeler ters çevriliyor yönetimsel ciddi problemleri var elinde yemekler hazır köfte hazır nugget mezeler fena değil içkiler sadece bira şarap ile sınırlı kokteyl yapılmiyor çay su kahve devamlı var

Konakladigimiz oda çok pisti. Altı günlük tatilimiz sırasında sadece 1 kez sıcak suyla duş alabildik maalesef. Yemek çeşitliliği için idare eder diyebilirim fakat temizlik konusunda güzel şeyler söyleyemem. Bir çok kez yemek kalıntısı olan çatal kaşık ile karşılaştım. Sahil yakın mesafedeydi fakat otele ait olan plaj 10 dakikalık yürüyüş mesafesindeydi.

Tesis genelinde ciddi bir amatörlük hakim. Özellikle resepsiyondaki beyefendinin müşteri ile iletişimi maalesef sıfır. İlgisiz ve profesyonellikten uzak bu yaklaşım tüm deneyimimizi olumsuz etkiledi.
