Great room and lovely bar adjoining. Ian called me before hand to help with parking and also how I was getting on in Birkdale whilst there. Great service and a lovely touch

A smart little hotel with a decent sized bar area that terraced on to the street a good selection of drinks and background music lead to an easy going atmosphere. We never ate at the property as food is only available Wednesday to Sunday the room was well fitted out a brilliant shower with a good supply of consumables supplied ,the bed was ok the springs feel a bit worn, we drove to the hotel and parked the car in the Park pub opposite the hotel there's an arrangement where you put your car reg on the tablet inside the pub and you can leave your car for free for 24hrs and if you are staying longer just go in the pub and do it again

Great little hotel. Location is right where you want to be and the staff couldnt have been more helpful or engaging if they tried. Very handy arrival and check-in instructions too. Will definitely stay again when I'm next in the area.

Good information beforehand, quick check-in, all in good order, daily cleaning and changing towels on request . Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Parking available
