From start to finish, every detail was perfect. The food was amazing, offering incredible flavours and quality, and the bar provided a fantastic atmosphere to unwind. What really sets this place apart, however, is the staff - they were professional, welcoming, and truly great throughout my visit. The room and amenities were beyond amazing, providing a level of comfort and luxury that made the stay feel incredibly special. Large hotel with enormous rooms overlooking the Blue Stack mountains or the lake. Very comfortable room, enormous bed and every facility you could want. Two restaurants overlooking the lake with a good selection of food. Hotel is generally quiet at night.

The clients obviously enjoyed the birds feeding on the piers at the lake, but the staff should know not to feed them bread. Seeds and mealworms would be better.

Excellent hotel would highly recommend. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we felt very relaxed. Every area we walked around and our room, were spotless. We stayed in a Premium Room, the largest we have ever had anywhere. We will return
