Access code nowhere to be found on the hotel app. But once inside one has to generate a QR code - which was rejected. Calling the hotline was extremely frustrating since they outright denied that someone could have possibly guaranteed access by 1 pm. ("I can't imagine that") hat to get a special number from the maintenance team to get through to someone with some competence. A super annoying experience
