Safe Harbour Gorgeous Central Cottage in Staithes.

Cliff cottage was the perfect retreat for me. It's set in beautiful surroundings in the lovely village of Staithes and even has it's own parking space which was great.The only thing I would point out was there wasn't a spare toilet roll so it was a good job I had taken one with me!I would definitely stay there again.

We had 3 nights here. The cottage was easily found and it was lovely and clean, just a little irk of no coffee in the cupboard, so we left some. Take everything you think you will need on the first day as the village shops keep very short hours. We took the car back to the main car park. The top sitting room is the star of the show with views over the harbour. The double bed was very comfy. Access to The Cleveland Way is literally at the top of the street for a wonderful walk along the clifftops. Staithes is very quiet with a couple of coffee shops, a couple of small galleries and 2 pubs. I'd certainly recommend this cottage if you want to get away from it all.

We can highly recommend this cottage. We particularly liked the living room on the top floor with a superb view of the harbour. Access is good - for Staithes! - and there are lovely walks from the door. Read the sleeping arrangements carefully if you are more than a party of three because the second bedroom is snug. Our host was very quick to respond to our queries.

Wir haben die Tage im wunderschönen Cottage von Laura sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft liegt in Wasser- und Strandnähe im urigen Fischerdorf Staithes und vom Schlaf- sowie Wohnzimmer hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer. Morgens wurden wir von den Möwen geweckt, abends haben wir es genossen, am Kamin zu sitzen. Ein toller Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen und gepflegten Unterkunft. Danke.
