5 ☆ all in all aspects! The staff at this hotel were the nicest we encountered our entire 2 weeks traveling around Europe. My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon and stayed in the indoor private pool room. It was MASSIVE and super cool! Felt like we were in a different world. Highly recommend nefeli homes!

L’hôtel était correct et difficile à trouver. Il demande de l’entretien. La piscine etait très petite et devait etre nettoyée. Il n’y a pas de nourriture sur place autre que le déjeuner. Il faut savoir qu’il faut marcher beaucoup car tous les hôtels sont construits sur différents paliers donc il faut être prêt à monter et descendre des marches à chaque jour.

We loved our room and the incredible views. The area is perfectly situated walking distance to Fia. The service was amazing! Such great and friendly service. The owner herself stopped by to check in on us. The ladies at the front desk super friendly and helpful, as was the bell boy. Breakfast each morning was definitely worth it! Lots of great food each morning brought to your room, or shared terrace area. The pool was a little cold but it’s refreshing during the day, the inside pool was not worth it. A jacuzzi would have been better, since the pool water was too cold.

Nefeli Homes in one word is SPECTACULAR! We stayed in the Superior room with a balcony overlooking the spectacular view of the surrounding towns along with a full view of the caldera and other islands. The room is a good size with a comfortable firm bed and comfortable pillows. Do note that the shower stall is not very big but the water pressure is good and you get very hot water. The AC works well and you have a Nespresso machine to make espresso. Elina and Stelios at reception are always friendly and helpful if you need any information re places to eat, visit, car rentals, etc. Victór always brings our breakfast with a smile and is so sociable and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious and filling to keep you full for the rest of the day. The cleaning staff are top notch and leaves our room spotless. We highly suggest to make arrangements with the hotel for airport pickup as the location is hard to find and parking is very challenging if you don’t know where to park. If you have a car rental from the airport make sure to call Nefeli Homes reception and talk to Elina or Stelios before you leave to get instructions on where to park and how to find the place as it will not be easy if you are not familiar with the location. I give this place 5 stars, mangement was nice, place was clean, and had a great view! One flaw was that there was a slight miscommunication between expedia and the property. Expedia stated that the property had free parking but ultimately there wasn't any. However, it was not difficult for us to find paid parking nearby. I would recommend this to all my friends!

This place is better than 5 starts they were amazing ! From communication to property management and location it was great ! If your going on your Honeymoon I suggest coming here ! We go the room with our own private pool and we didnt want to leave ! 100/10 !

This is really beautiful hotel, so clean and the view is amazing, make sure to book the room with hot tub because it is bigger than the others. Konstantina ( the receptionist ) was so helpful, staff was soo professional and great.. Highly recommended

The hotel was amazing. We had the room with the private hot tub and balcony and it was absolutely stunning. It was nice to come back at night and relax in the hot tub. The staff were amazing - very helpful with taxis and information.. Every morning they brought us a wonderful breakfast to our room. They had a pool right outside our room which was a nice refreshing break during the day. We found a great roof top bar near the hotel which had the most amazing views of the sunset. Highly recommend

Very nice people. Little hard to find. Once you found them, they are fantastic. Finding parking was difficult before check in. But once they told us where public parking are, it was all ok.

The good: Nefeli Homes' location is incredibly good. The hotel is located in Imerovigli, a 30 minute walk north of Fira town. It has breathtaking and unobstructed views of the caldera and islands across, as well as south towards Fira. There are several restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and a pharmacy within a 5-minute walk. The hotel and facilities are an architectural marvel of stairs, steps, hallways, arches, nooks and crannies, with rooms extending deep into the mountain, giving them a unique and cavern-like character. Our room for 4 had a wonderful balcony with views as described above. There is a small pool and several sun terraces with quality sunbeds and furniture. The entire property is stylish and tastefully appointed. The staff are friendly and helpful and will arrange transport and recommend activities as your request. Room for improvement: While our room had a bar with a few hangers, there were no drawers or shelves whatsoever for clothing. There was however several good places where a closet or shelves could be installed. The bathroom tap had 2 settings: off and firehose strength. The latter resulted in lots of water on the floor, etc. Also, there was no plug for the drain, so it was not possible to fill the sink with water. The breakfast (see photos) is objectively worth €12-15, not €25, even by Santorini price standards. These are minor issues, yet they were an element of nuisance, and in particular because each is easy to resolve. Overall, great!

From the minute we arrived at Nefeli Homes we were warmly welcomed by the amazing staff. They were all so friendly and helpful. We had a cave apartment which was unique and spacious. Every morning Victor would bring us breakfast to eat on our terrace which we thoroughly enjoyed. We couldn’t get enough of the spectacular view and were constantly mesmerised by it. Our room was cleaned every day. We would highly recommend Nefeli Homes and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much to all the staff for a wonderful holiday. We miss you!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nefeli Homes Suites in Santorini! The property is perfectly located with breathtaking views of the caldera – truly one of the highlights of our trip. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. What really made our stay special, though, was the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. A special thank you to Lulu, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Her warm and attentive service made such a difference, and we’re so grateful for her hospitality. We would highly recommend Nefeli Homes Suites to anyone visiting Santorini – it’s a beautiful place with even more beautiful people. We can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Nefeli Homes. The property and rooms were very clean and modern. It had a great view of the Caldera from our balcony/patio in room #6 as well as the common areas and pool. From the various areas you can see the southern part of the island and the towns of Imerovigli, Fira, Pyrgos and the southern tip (FYI, the sunsets to the far right of the buildings so you do not have a direct view to the sunset). It is right on the main walking path between Fira and Oia with many restaurants to choose from in a short walking distance. The pool was very refreshing after the heat of the day. That was a huge bonus. The breakfast that was included with our package was delicious and way more food than the two of us could eat. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A great big thank you to Victor, Nicoletta, Katharina, and an extra thank you to Stelios who was wonderful to interact with, especially during our conversation while waiting for the power to come back on after an island wide black out. We would definitely recommend a stay here to family and friends

Where do we start… Nefeli Homes exceeded our expectations. Our flights was delayed and the staff worked with us to arrange transportation and check in after hours. The following day they helped us book excursions and a car rental. We were given tips of where to go and what to do. I highly recommend asking Elina (receptionist) for anything you want to do because they will contact the parties involved to make it easier for you. They even recommended us where to do laundry and we got the car keys for our rental in the hotel while having breakfast which saved a lot of time. The daily breakfast and views were amazing. We were very impressed with the way the staff treated us and how they made us feel like if we were friends going to their house, basically trying to please and make us feel welcomed. The room was huge , we had the cave in room after the reception with a great patio to overlook the caldera. The room was beautiful and were greeted with a bottle of wine, housekeeping was daily and the room always smelled fresh and clean. The only thing we want to point out is that the bathroom needs a renovation. It is too dark inside , the theme doesn’t go with the rest of the property and the hose makes it very hard to shower and not splash water outside. But if this is changed, I think this would be the perfect hotel hands down. We visited Oia and and Fira and are glad we stayed here because it was not as crowded and the views were amazing due to being the highest point of the island

We visited Oia and and Fira and are glad we stayed here because it was not as crowded and the views were amazing due to being the highest point of the island

I had a truly wonderful 2-day stay at Nefeli Homes! The location is absolutely stunning with breathtaking views, and the property itself is beautifully maintained. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and a perfect way to start each day — such a thoughtful touch. I also really enjoyed the pool facilities; they were clean, relaxing, and offered an incredible view. The team at Nefeli Homes was warm, attentive, and made me feel completely at home. 5 ☆ all in all aspects! The staff at this hotel were the nicest we encountered our entire 2 weeks traveling around Europe. My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon and stayed in the indoor private pool room. It was MASSIVE and super cool! Felt like we were in a different world. Highly recommend nefeli homes!

This property has some very nice rooms. However, avoid the two cave rooms near reception. There is only a tiny window, has no view, and is a bummer for Santorini. The pictures of the patios nearby are not really part of your room. We had one of these rooms and were graciously moved to a room with a view.

The good: Nefeli Homes' location is incredibly good. The hotel is located in Imerovigli, a 30 minute walk north of Fira town. It has breathtaking and unobstructed views of the caldera and islands across, as well as south towards Fira. There are several restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and a pharmacy within a 5-minute walk. The hotel and facilities are an architectural marvel of stairs, steps, hallways, arches, nooks and crannies, with rooms extending deep into the mountain, giving them a unique and cavern-like character. Our room for 4 had a wonderful balcony with views as described above. There is a small pool and several sun terraces with quality sunbeds and furniture. The entire property is stylish and tastefully appointed. The staff are friendly and helpful and will arrange transport and recommend activities as your request. Room for improvement: While our room had a bar with a few hangers, there were no drawers or shelves whatsoever for clothing. There was however several good places where a closet or shelves could be installed. The bathroom tap had 2 settings: off and firehose strength. The latter resulted in lots of water on the floor, etc. Also, there was no plug for the drain, so it was not possible to fill the sink with water. The breakfast (see photos) is objectively worth €12-15, not €25, even by Santorini price standards. These are minor issues, yet they were an element of nuisance, and in particular because each is easy to resolve. Overall, great!

From the minute we arrived at Nefeli Homes we were warmly welcomed by the amazing staff. They were all so friendly and helpful. We had a cave apartment which was unique and spacious. Every morning Victor would bring us breakfast to eat on our terrace which we thoroughly enjoyed. We couldn’t get enough of the spectacular view and were constantly mesmerised by it. Our room was cleaned every day. We would highly recommend Nefeli Homes and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much to all the staff for a wonderful holiday. We miss you!

I was extremely proud of myself for finding Nefeli Homes! My husband and I spent our honeymoon at Nefeli Homes for 8 nights in the Grand View Maisonette with a private Hot Tub and I don't even have words - the view was magical. The room was spotless and the overall grounds at the location was so so clean, our hot tub was the perfect temperature for those early mornings and evenings, the breakfast was out of this world amazing, the location was PERFECT, nice and quiet, extremely peaceful and very close to restaurants, markets and the City Centre, Fira. We felt so welcomed at Nefeli Homes they gave us the absolute perfect honeymoon. The staff and owner were the absolute most genuine people and really helped us with everything like made so many recommendations for what to do around the island, booked tours and car rentals for us, arrange airport pick up and drop off, cooked and served us breakfast every morning (which was delicious), provided us with clean towels daily, kept our room so nice and clean daily and overall just made the experience for us so perfect. It's extremely overwhelming trying to decide where to stay in Santorini as there's so many options, but if you are looking at this property I know you will love it as much as we did. Everyone told us to stay in Oia (which is beautiful as well) but we were so so happy we chose to stay in Imerovigli because it was clean, quiet and had such a spectacular view. Nefeli Homes is a little hidden gem that we loved so much!

This place is simply perfect! From when we arrived to when we left we only have amazing memories of it. The people working at the hotel are super nice and friendly. They always make sure that you feel good and have everything you need. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, well equipped and smelled very good. The view from the hotel is trully incredible. The breakfast was delicious, filling and the presentation was nice too.

The hotel was amazing. We had the room with the private hot tub and balcony and it was absolutely stunning. It was nice to come back at night and relax in the hot tub. The staff were amazing - very helpful with taxis and information.. Every morning they brought us a wonderful breakfast to our room. They had a pool right outside our room which was a nice refreshing break during the day. We found a great roof top bar near the hotel which had the most amazing views of the sunset. Highly recommend

I had an excellent stay at nefeli homes. It’s located in imerovigli which is about 10-20 minutes walking to Fira, but has the benefit of being very peaceful at night. The views are breathtaking (though you won’t see the sun literally set). The staff is incredible. Konstantina went above and beyond to coordinate transfers, car rentals, local suggestions, and even emailed me some stores that sold luggage in Athens when my luggage broke the night before I left for Athens. Victor served a lovely breakfast every morning and went above and beyond to notice and attend to my preferences (do you want extra coffee instead of bread today?). Worth noting: reviews mention an extra charge for breakfast but I did not have one? Ana was lovely. The room was beautiful, clean, and outfitted with everything I could want. I did not have a personal balcony but there are many levels of balconies available for use. I can not think of a single negative thing to say about this hotel and would book again if I return to Santorini. I had the most wonderful vacation and they were a huge contributor!!

As a smaller hotel, Nefeli homes was able to provide the best service my girlfriend and I have ever received up until this point. They contacted us a couple days earlier to arrange a private taxi from the airport to the hotel. They also gave us their WhatsApp so that we can easily message them for anything we needed. If that wasn't enough, they even knew of our departure time and thus, prepared us a robust breakfast earlier than usual to ensure we had food to eat. Also, the staff was some of the most kindest you'll ever meet! Shoutout to Konstantina and the rest of the staff for contacting me and providing a great experience. To add to that, the hotel has one of the best views of Imerovigli that you'll ever see in both the day time and the night time. You get a great view of the Caldera and the hotel itself is easy to access. Feel free to use their nice pool or sit and enjoy the sites. You're within walking distance of getting coffee or food. You're also not far from other places on the island such as Fira and Oia. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we are definitely staying at this hotel the next time we visit Santorini.

Excellent, excellent service!!! The hospitality was one of a kind and for a traveler like who’s visiting Santorini for the first time the staff really made me feel like I was at home!! Konstantina was an awesome receptionist who was so down to earth with great energy, enthusiastic, and very reliable with resources so I can know what to do in Santorini!! The area was 4 minutes away from Fira which is great! The breakfast was delicious! The rooms were clean, and the view of the islands was so beautiful!! Im already planning my second visit again soon! If you plan on staying anywhere especially for your first time in Santorini I highly recommend this place!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Konstantina was a very charming and helpful with very good island and restaurant information. Henri helped us out with a lot of heavy luggage. Breakfast was nice with option to have it brought to your room or on their terrace. The view was fantastic and we had the 2-story room overlooking the sea with a hot tub on the deck. I would highly recommend this place, located between Fira and Oia but closer to Fira and away from the crowds at both locations but just a short drive to both. Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed for 10 nights at this hotel, it had stunning views and the breakfast was amazing!! When I booked this from Expedia the description said continental breakfast, we were brought a feast to our room each morning that varied slightly from day to day. Victor we so helpful and it was pleasant to see him each morning with our breakfast. The staff are all extremely helpful and accommodating. We experienced travel delays so our original transit that was booked through Expedia refused to pick us up due to our late 1AM arrival, Aleena organized for late check in and for the hotel shuttle to pick us up and the driver directed us to our room which we would have never found in the dark otherwise, he also helped us with our luggage. Upon arriving one of our bags got lost through the airlines. After a couple of days with no word from the airlines Aleena helped us get in touch with them, we had the bag by our hotel room that evening. Our room had a hot tub and it was well worth it, the pool was also nice on a hot day. This area is also accessible to a walking trail to Oia, if you are a hiker is has stunning views. We were within walking distance to Firostefani and Fira, this made shopping and food very accessible. Imerovigil where Nefeli Homes is located had nice restaurants nearby as well but it is a quieter area with beautiful views. I would definitely stay here again next time we visit beautiful Santorini. Victor and Aleena made our stay such a wonderful experience!

Where to Start, We arranged a transfer from the airport to Nefeli homes, The staff were there to meet us and help us with our bags to the property, A few minutes walk from the main road. On arrival the reception staff were wonderful, checking us in and offering us a lot of information about the hotel and the island. All the staff at the hotel were amazing and the service level was incredible. We stayed in Room 8, Which is a cave room next to reception, I have seen other negative comments about these rooms and I totally disagree, The room was amazing (A full-length mirror and a possible update to the bathroom would be my only suggestions to improve it even more but not enough to spoil anything) and the private balcony with sun beds just made it perfect. The Views in my opinion are the best on the island, If there are better I'd love to see them! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we couldn't have asked for more and if we revisit the island we would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for making our break so memorable

Nefeli Homes was amazing! Elina, Victor, Stelios, Christina and Katarina were extremely attentive and kind. They made us feel like family! The property was clean and boutique style, quiet and the pool was perfect. Highly recommend the breakfast every morning as well! Only a 25 minute walk to Fira and there are several shops and restaurants only a couple minutes within the hotel as well. Oia and some of the beaches were only about a 15 min ride. Highly recommend staying here and we would definitely return!

I had an excellent stay at nefeli homes. It’s located in imerovigli which is about 10-20 minutes walking to Fira, but has the benefit of being very peaceful at night. The views are breathtaking (though you won’t see the sun literally set). The staff is incredible. Konstantina went above and beyond to coordinate transfers, car rentals, local suggestions, and even emailed me some stores that sold luggage in Athens when my luggage broke the night before I left for Athens. Victor served a lovely breakfast every morning and went above and beyond to notice and attend to my preferences (do you want extra coffee instead of bread today?). Worth noting: reviews mention an extra charge for breakfast but I did not have one? Ana was lovely. The room was beautiful, clean, and outfitted with everything I could want. I did not have a personal balcony but there are many levels of balconies available for use. I can not think of a single negative thing to say about this hotel and would book again if I return to Santorini. I had the most wonderful vacation and they were a huge contributor!!

You can see even the other side of the island where the beaches are. You see the island itself with the monastery at the top of the mountain. Then you have a full view of the caldera and good view of the sunset. We had breakfast everyday over there. The staff is wonderful. Everyone was happy to see you and ready to help. The location was perfect for us because it is away from the multitudes in Fira and Oia but you can easily go there if you want. We do not know how things change during the high season as we visited at the end of Octuber. I liked this shoulder season because the crowds are smaller and the temperatures are nice to walk. It was a bit cold at night but nothing a light jacket couldn’t solve. Overall we strongly recommend Nefeli Homes and would come back if we visit Santorini again.

We loved our room and the incredible views. The area is perfectly situated walking distance to Fia. The service was amazing! Such great and friendly service. The owner herself stopped by to check in on us. The ladies at the front desk super friendly and helpful, as was the bell boy. Breakfast each morning was definitely worth it! Lots of great food each morning brought to your room, or shared terrace area. The pool was a little cold but it’s refreshing during the day, the inside pool was not worth it. A jacuzzi would have been better, since the pool water was too cold.

Nefeli Homes in one word is SPECTACULAR! We stayed in the Superior room with a balcony overlooking the spectacular view of the surrounding towns along with a full view of the caldera and other islands. The room is a good size with a comfortable firm bed and comfortable pillows. Do note that the shower stall is not very big but the water pressure is good and you get very hot water. The AC works well and you have a Nespresso machine to make espresso. Elina and Stelios at reception are always friendly and helpful if you need any information re places to eat, visit, car rentals, etc. Victór always brings our breakfast with a smile and is so sociable and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious and filling to keep you full for the rest of the day. The cleaning staff are top notch and leaves our room spotless. We highly suggest to make arrangements with the hotel for airport pickup as the location is hard to find and parking is very challenging if you don’t know where to park. If you have a car rental from the airport make sure to call Nefeli Homes reception and talk to Elina or Stelios before you leave to get instructions on where to park and how to find the place as it will not be easy if you are not familiar with the location. This property has the ideal location, you can easily walk to Fira but not so close that it feels busy and congested. The staff was absolutely amazing… super friendly, very helpful with recommendations and helped booking reservations. Very clean property with a great vibe.

Breathtaking views from our terrace. Great service from all staff I encountered. There are bus stops near by to take you around town, but we still had to taxi a bit too much, and seems every taxi was 30 Euro no matter where we went, but that isn't the hotels fault. Just be prepared to have cash for taxis and buses, they do not take cards. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in a perfect location! Beautiful views of the caldera and the entire island. The staff was so kind and accommodating! There was plenty of communal seating so that the views could be enjoyed. My room was a super cute cave with my own private dining balcony outside. I am a solo female traveler and I felt very safe here. I recommend Nefeli Homes for a nice stay in Imerovigli! Enjoy!

This place is in Imerovigli which is literally 20 min walk down to Fira and 20 min via bus to Oia town , We are so glad that we stayed here as it’s Instagram pictures place we all dream of taking !Staff is beyond expectations from day one of booking , all questions answered , Special thank you to Konstantina for helping with all our questions , advice , booking our airport pick up and drop off , Highlight of our trip was sunset cruise booked by hotel and would highly recommend it , no trip to Santorini should be with out one as you get to experience sunset in magical way Staff was super helpful with our luggage and Aleanna was so friendly and professional , our breakfast was deliver to our own private balcony every morning, it’s just perfect in every way , our flight back was super early and still they made sure that we have our coffee and light breakfast before leavening Highly recommended!!

The good: Nefeli Homes' location is incredibly good. The hotel is located in Imerovigli, a 30 minute walk north of Fira town. It has breathtaking and unobstructed views of the caldera and islands across, as well as south towards Fira. There are several restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and a pharmacy within a 5-minute walk. The hotel and facilities are an architectural marvel of stairs, steps, hallways, arches, nooks and crannies, with rooms extending deep into the mountain, giving them a unique and cavern-like character. Our room for 4 had a wonderful balcony with views as described above. There is a small pool and several sun terraces with quality sunbeds and furniture. The entire property is stylish and tastefully appointed. The staff are friendly and helpful and will arrange transport and recommend activities as your request. Room for improvement: While our room had a bar with a few hangers, there were no drawers or shelves whatsoever for clothing. There was however several good places where a closet or shelves could be installed. The bathroom tap had 2 settings: off and firehose strength. The latter resulted in lots of water on the floor, etc. Also, there was no plug for the drain, so it was not possible to fill the sink with water. The breakfast (see photos) is objectively worth €12-15, not €25, even by Santorini price standards. These are minor issues, yet they were an element of nuisance, and in particular because each is easy to resolve. Overall, great!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Konstantina was a very charming and helpful with very good island and restaurant information. Henri helped us out with a lot of heavy luggage. Breakfast was nice with option to have it brought to your room or on their terrace. The view was fantastic and we had the 2-story room overlooking the sea with a hot tub on the deck. My wife and I took a taxi from the airport to Nefeli homes that cost 35 Euro. Upon arrival, the view was stunning. My wife and I were in awe. We were greeted by the receptionist Stelios who was our knight and shinning armor (Our luggage didn’t make the flight) Stelios called the airport everyday u til our luggage arrived. He greeted us each evening as we returned to the property and we shared our daily adventure with him. A key asset to the property and a reason we enjoyed our stay so much. They breakfast was $20/person. My wife and I found it easier to find food elsewhere that was at a more reasonable cost. The pool was enjoyable and we had room #5 with the hot tub that we enjoyed every night. Overall we had a fantastic stay at Nefeli Homes and I would recommended going back to anyone.

This place is simply perfect! From when we arrived to when we left we only have amazing memories of it. The people working at the hotel are super nice and friendly. They always make sure that you feel good and have everything you need. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, well equipped and smelled very good. The view from the hotel is trully incredible. The breakfast was delicious, filling and the presentation was nice too.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nefeli Homes Suites in Santorini! The property is perfectly located with breathtaking views of the caldera – truly one of the highlights of our trip. We had a wonderful stay at Nefeli Homes. The property and rooms were very clean and modern. It had a great view of the Caldera from our balcony/patio in room #6 as well as the common areas and pool. From the various areas you can see the southern part of the island and the towns of Imerovigli, Fira, Pyrgos and the southern tip (FYI, the sunsets to the far right of the buildings so you do not have a direct view to the sunset). It is right on the main walking path between Fira and Oia with many restaurants to choose from in a short walking distance. The pool was very refreshing after the heat of the day. That was a huge bonus. The breakfast that was included with our package was delicious and way more food than the two of us could eat. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A great big thank you to Victor, Nicoletta, Katharina, and an extra thank you to Stelios who was wonderful to interact with, especially during our conversation while waiting for the power to come back on after an island wide black out. We would definitely recommend a stay here to family and friends

La habitación 5, exelente, una vista increible, el jacuzzi genial a una temperatura perfecta. El desayuno, muy bueno, lo traian a la habitación y si a eso le agregamos la vista. Impresionante!!!!. Victor, muy amable, siempre con una sonrisa y ayudando en lo que sea. La habitación 5 tiene 2 pisos, en planta baja, el estar la terraza, el jacuzzi y el baño. Arriba las camas y unas ventanas con vistas increíbles. El baño es pequeño.

This is easily the best hotel I've ever stayed at. I really enjoyed how with it being small (I believe 12 rooms only), allowed them to make my stay feel so personal. The communication with Konstantina was phenomenal. She was so sweet and always so helpful. Victor was so personable and so kind. The hotel has a transportation company that they work with closely that helped with all of our needs. The free breakfast was so fresh and delicious. The VIEW!! 10/10 the best view. Sunset was gorgeous. I highly recommend.

The hotel has a transportation company that they work with closely that helped with all of our needs. The free breakfast was so fresh and delicious. The VIEW!! 10/10 the best view. Sunset was gorgeous. I highly recommend.

Konstantina and Victor were amazing - super friendly, and always helpful above and beyond expectations. Konstantina made several fantastic recommendations for local dining and shopping - she never steered us wrong. The room had a view from it's terrace that can only be described as "impossibly beautiful". I mean, jaw-dropping, gobsmacking, distractingly unreal. The room was spacious, clean, and comfy with safe, two quality TVs with excellent signal quality (which was a struggle at the Elia Beach resort we stayed at on Mykonos), little kitchenette with sink, fridge, and coffee maker. Quality mini split AC worked well also. Seemed to isolate sound from room to room quite well. The hot tub on terrace was clean and lovely in the evening but privacy on these balconies is not a thing on Santorini. The facility had a lovely terrace where breakfast was served, featuring an incredible open view of the caldera. The small pool was clean, refreshing and also had a nice view. The location is also excellent! Easy walk to Imerovigli center with great food and convenience stores. A reasonable walk to Fira for shopping and more restaurants (prepare for a long walk uphill back though). Not nearly as crowded as Oia and Fira (thank heavens - those places were madness on big cruise ship days!) And the nearby hike down to Scaros Rock from produced some incredible views - highly recommend if you can handle the 40 flights of stairs back! We loved this place and our stay!
