The hotel is perfect. There restaurants are amazing. I stayed for almost a month so got to try all the different options on breakfast amd dinner menu. The location is very safe and the staff is wonderful. The hotel is still new so they do not have spa yet. The gym is small and doesnt have much equipment but still kept in very good condition.The rooms are wonderful and well stocked with toiletries. The staff and room service is very responsive, if anything is required 24/7.

Gorgeous new property! Set in a lovely quiet neighborhood (~spring valley) in Nairobi, near Westlands for shopping. Beautiful rooms, nicely styled, lots of amenities.including a house made coffee dacial.scrub brought at turn down, and excellent restaurant on site. We loved our short stay.

The ratings are deceivingly high for this hotel. We had so many problems. What was good: Food, location, gym and unique look to hotel. What was bad: The service is inconsistent, we were in the most expensive room and never got the welcome fruits everybody else got in the room. Woke up one morning and they had not refreshed the towels or washcloths so had to share with my partner. My friends and I all went out for the whole day and came back around 5pm to find our rooms hadn’t been cleaned, had to call and complain. Remote control had no batteries. The tv in bathroom didn’t work. Weird smells come and go throughout the day. Bath salts not topped up after use. My friend staying at the same time had to change rooms a couple of times because AC or toilet weren’t working. They play music in the hallways and it woke me up every morning. The couches are as hard as a rock in the rooms. The Chinese light switches are annoying, just use normal ones lol! Next time I’m in Nairobi we won’t be staying here, until we hear they get their act together. As a Hilton hotel we thought they would be much better but ya it’s just a name..

Very beautiful hotel but it lacks important functions for guests. They supply a hair dryer but it can only be used in the main room where there isn’t a mirror. No privacy in bathroom. Lights were very difficult to sort out. No facial tissue. Staff were very competent in the hotel. In the restaurant Meko the service was very slow and then the wait for the bill even worse. The hotel did reverse those charges which was appreciated. The other restaurant Upedo was very good. Beautiful pool but it had 5 loungers and no shade as well as being adjacent to the restaurant. For the price of the room much more should be delivered.

I went on a trip to Paris, Africa and London and this hotel superseded our expectations and anticipated our needs. The customer service, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness and food quality was superb! We absolutely loved every minute. I highly recommend and we definitely we back! 5 stars!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible pour répondre aux besoins des clients. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et très confortable, avec une belle décoration moderne. Le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux, avec des produits frais. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le calme de l’endroit ainsi que la qualité du service. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et y reviendrai avec plaisir !

The customer service at this hotel is impressive. At check in I had a little tumble with no injury. Me , being a no fuss person thought nothing of it. To my surprise the staff informed the manager on duty who not only apologized for the incident but went over and above to give my partner and i a room upgrade. During checkout the following day, more upper management took time to find out how our stay was and seemed genuinely concerned about customer experience. The hotel is beautiful. I would recommend it and would definitely stay there again. Only criticism I have is the food. My lamb dish was tough… I expected better.

I went on a trip to Paris, Africa and London and this hotel superseded our expectations and anticipated our needs. The customer service, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness and food quality was superb! We absolutely loved every minute. I highly recommend and we definitely we back! 5 stars!

The ratings are deceivingly high for this hotel. We had so many problems. What was good: Food, location, gym and unique look to hotel. What was bad: The service is inconsistent, we were in the most expensive room and never got the welcome fruits everybody else got in the room. My friends and I all went out for the whole day and came back around 5pm to find our rooms hadn’t been cleaned, had to call and complain. Remote control had no batteries. The tv in bathroom didn’t work. Weird smells come and go throughout the day. Bath salts not topped up after use. My friend staying at the same time had to change rooms a couple of times because AC or toilet weren’t working. They play music in the hallways and it woke me up every morning. The couches are as hard as a rock in the rooms. The Chinese light switches are annoying, just use normal ones lol! Next time I’m in Nairobi we won’t be staying here, until we hear they get their act together. As a Hilton hotel we thought they would be much better but ya it’s just a name..

The hotel is perfect. There restaurants are amazing. I stayed for almost a month so got to try all the different options on breakfast amd dinner menu. The location is very safe and the staff is wonderful. The hotel is still new so they do not have spa yet. The gym is small and doesnt have much equipment but still kept in very good condition.The rooms are wonderful and well stocked with toiletries. We had a wonderful stay and actually came back. From the first moment we were greeted and welcomed very warmly. The entire team, a few to mention, Maxwell, Martin, Yvone and Kevin - have been just wonderful. Every morning we had a wonderful breakfast - also here the entire team was just wonderful. The property is also in great shape and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nature is all around and also the garden and plants in and around the hotel are wounderful! Some highlights: Function One soundsystem and live DJ on a Friday, all restaurants are excellent and the pool helps you cool down. We will be back for sure!

Arrival is a little unsettling as the driveway is very steep and security rummage through the car and your luggage but once you’re through it’s a beautiful hotel. Various options for eating, really helpful staff - and an extremely clean and well-maintained property. We did have an issue with water not flowing through the shower drain fast enough to stop flooding but this was sorted out within 30 minutes. Andrew enjoyed a lovely meal in the rooftop restaurant. Would stay again; and recommend.
