Sehr zentrales Hotel, fussläufig alles in der Altstadt erreichbar. Sehr chic eingerichtet, modern und reduziert, toller Innenhof, umfangreiches Frühstück, nettes Personal. Mit dem Auto schwierig anzufahren, sehr schmale Gassen. Laut- wie aber immer in einer Großstadt.

Senza dubbio la struttura ha due punti di forza eccezionali: la posizione (nel centro di Palermo ma in una posizione tranquilla e defilata), e la zona piscina/ristorante (che soprattutto di sera è una poesia). Molto bello anche il roof top con altra piscina (in struttura separata ma adiacente). Personale sempre molto gentile, un particolare plauso al bartender del roof top (davvero bravo). Ottimo il servizio navetta messo a disposizione da e per aeroporto (ovviamente extra). Un po’ di delusione per la stanza assegnatami. Scomoda perché su due livelli separati collegati da una scala ripida e stretta, senza possibilità sedersi (quindi non vivibile) se non sul letto, con un bagno senza bidet, e con una generale sensazione di non perfetta manutenzione (la macchinetta del caffè in camera era terribilmente sporca). Dotazioni camera non all’altezza del resto (per esempio mancanza di pantofole o ciabatte).

Perfect location for exploring Palermo. 2 mins walk from Teatro Massimo, 4 mins from Capo market and no distances from any points of interest in Palermo. Great rooms, fabulous breakfast, superb service by everyone and fantastic food at the restaurant. What more can one asks for.

The location was lovely and overall the hotel was a great choice . However I do feel that in some instances attention to detail was lacking : in the rooms - no replacement toilet rolls ; problems with no hot water for 2 of the 3 days we were there and no apology or explanation until it was raised on check-out . Room door soundproofing was also poor. Milk at breakfast was lumpy one of the mornings (did not try again) and panicked and muffin on the cooked menu were frozen through so obviously not freshly cooked . If going to offer a hot menu make sure it is cooked to order and not merely partially defrosted. We paid for rooms with balconies and only one had balcony and friends we were with found hairs in their bathroom although ours was very clean. Overall cannot complain but It’s the small details that make a standout boutique hotel .
