The outdoor pool looked clean and it was warmer than the indoor pool at the last hotel. I asked for a wash cloth and was given hand towels. The flip lock on our door was broken. There was no stem for the loop to lock the door.

Check in was a nightmare. Staff doesn’t speak good English and kept saying Expedia hadn’t paid them. Horrible experience you would never want to go through.room keys quit working long before checkout. Breakfast items were scarce

The hotel is not very clean. Cobwebs in the room. A major water spot in the shower ceiling, also the floor isnt the cleanest. Front desk man was nice. I regret booking this room as we have been on the road. Expieda should have let me cancel after seeing it. This place is gross

The sheets on the bed did not seem clean and had holes in them. I have pictures. I went to the desk to explain and ended up changing the sheets myself as there wasn’t any house keeping on hand and they didn’t offer to move me to a different room. Hotel was NOT booked. Few cars in the parking lot. The guy at the desk was friendly- limited resources for him to do much.

This hotel was disgusting. The comforter had a stain, there was urine in the toilet upon arrival, the shower head had a massive leak, the toilet top was broken, the mini fridge sounded like it was about to explode or take off to outer space so it was unplugged. The staff barely spoke English. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was an overnight trip…Our bathroom was dirty and there weren’t any extra towels or toilet paper in the room. Also the fire alarm went off at 6am without an explanation..They offered yogurt but didn’t have the key to the cabinet.

The first room the gave us smelled like urine. Asked for another room- we had a reservation for 2 rooms they couldn’t give us 2 rooms next to each until we asked the next day when most people went home . The rooms were dirty and the table in one room was barely standing. Last year we stayed at this hotel, yes it’s run down but last year it was clean. Won’t stay again

When I pulled back the duvet, the sheets had cracker crumbs all over them, and you could tell someone had slept in them. The floors were stained with blood in one of the rooms and had, what appeared to be, blood in the bottom of the frig. The room was dusty, sticky spills all over the carpets, mattress covers had sticky food on them, tgere weee rappers and garbage on the floors, toilet seat was broken, rooms smelled bad.

the tv said no signal I tried everything to get it to work then I called the front desk he said he could do anything for it did not offer a different room. When I checked out I told the front desk that the TV did not work but he did not seen interested.

I stayed 3 nights they never came in to clean room or give us towels. Microwave was broke they didn't care. I asked if they clean the rooms he was like idk. Had ants in the room. There were stains on the linens. Iv stayed here 3 years for trap shoot ill stay elsewhere now. I also booked online was supposed to be like 75 a night and they charged me 98 a night when i got there.

When I open the door of my room It was not clean I had to go back to the front desk to request another room, they offered breakfast and there was nobody attending the dinning room they ran out of eggs and nobody was there to help. I will not use this property again

The hotel needs some updates. The furniture in our room was not very well raggedy chair, tape on the dresser doors, Russ on the microwave and rusty racks in the fridge. The room didn’t get clean. We had to ask for trash bags so we could empty the trash cans. There was a leak at the sink between my husband asked for wash clothes. He was giving a hard time we were used to washing twice a day and they act like they didn’t wanna give us extra washcloths. The breakfast were very limited. The waffle maker was broken and didn’t work correctly. It was OK for the two days we stayed for the Price but I would not stay there again we made it through.

When I checked in at 7 PM Saturday 8/22 the desk attendant took an exceptionally long time to check me in, almost as if he'd never done it before. Not very communicative. I get to my room, and the door is being held open by the cord from the wall mounted hair dryer. I can only assume they were airing it out due to some issue, but I couldn't tell what. The room was average, one of the dresser drawers was being held together by blue painter's tape. I discovered that one of the small towels folded on the shelf still had makeup or something on it from another guest. You get what you pay for and I've had much better for $90 and much worse.

Room seamed dirty and smelled very musky , the owner was never there and no one to help at the main counter. and he seemed very rude when we did see him. We had room booked for 2 nights and did not stay a second night due to the room almost felt toxic like a black mold was present. Definitely would not recommend to stay there. AWFUL
