One of our favorite homes we have stayed in. Home accommidated our party of 9, which included kids, teens, and adults, quite well. Was disappointed with the pool table that needs to be recushioned. The ping pong net and paddles need to be replaced. Also one of the arcade games was not working. Inspite if these issues we loved the home and the location was nice even though there are many homes in the resort. The wooded area behind property provides a nice level of privacy and the neighborhood was nice and quiet, at least for the duration of our stay.

The house worked great for our stay with extended family. Loved having first floor bedrooms for those who had trouble doing steps. Lower level rooms worked for teens. Enjoyed pool table, hot tub, and fire pit for s’mores. It was also nice to have the neighborhood pool to enjoy after a long day at Silver Dollar City.

We had the best time! The house is so spacious with 3 levels and the hot tub was so clean. So close to everything but also had that feeling of “not in the city”. The arcade games were so nostalgic we had so much fun with them. We hope to return next year!

Wonderful property! We traveled during a rainy week, so we did not use the grill, decks or firepit areas so I can't give feedback on those. A few people used the hot tub which they said was nice in the cold weather. House is located in a dense neighborhood of rental properties, yet this home offers a great deal of privacy due to the rear trees. Most of the other homes did not appear to have this level of privacy for the outdoor spaces. Additionally, this property had parking for 4 vehicles which prevented us from having to use the overflow parking in other areas of the neighborhood. Other homes had fewer spots, so this was very convenient to be able to let everyone park right out front. We brought a family of 16 including 11 adults, 3 kids and 2 infants. There was plenty of space for family gathering on the main level and basement level, as well as enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The host had the interior decorated for the holidays which was nice, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare family meals. Plenty of small appliances, and even a high chair and playpen for the babies. Highly recommend this property, and would absolutely stay here again!

This was a great house that had every thing we needed for our week long stay in Branson. Located in a nice neighborhood not far from anywhere we wanted to go. The pool was great. My grandson really enjoyed the video games and pool table. Beds were very comfortable and air conditioning worked great.

Overall we LOVED this home. I did bring some items of concern to the management so that they are aware and they said they would be out the next day and we never saw them. The hot tub was a disappointment, but they already knew and there was someone there working on it several days during our stay...it did get a little better (no jet action), but it was still more of a hot bath than a hot tub. More silverware and glasses are also needed - plenty of plates and pans. The house was accurate to the photos/description and we had an amazing week with our family. We would definitely rent this home again if we were in the area!

The house is exactly as listed and was perfectly clans and stocked with lots of dishes, cookware, and even a Crockpot and griddle. Each bathroom was stocked with bath towels and beach towels. Our family vacation included 5 kids from 16 months to 15 years and 7 adults. We all had plenty of personal space when we wanted to rest but mostly enjoyed the 2 large family rooms. The house is within walking distance to the community pools and playground. We had to drive trash to the communal area but it was only about 2 minutes away. We didn't use the firepit since it was 96° during our trip but the area is beautiful if you're there during cooler months. Wifi service was strong and we were able to stream movies on 5 different TVs at a time. 3 dedicated parking spaces offered convenience. There is over-flow parking just up the street. Adam was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

A well equipped house with room for everyone. Loved all the king beds. We had several homes in the neighborhood and loved having a chapel service at the clubhouse all together. Our contact was easy to reach with questions. The second full frig in the basement helped with keeping roses fresh until wedding. Games in basement fun but charging for them ????? We would rather have the space. Hot tub and fire pit nook so fun! We used all features. We recommended cleaning grill and carpets. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here. Enough space for our 3 generations to enjoy. Very responsive management team. Only thing I would say is that it needs some tlc, simply meaning it needs some updating, painting, etc. but overall it was a great trip.

Mostly nice but there were some concerns that were stated as amenities that weren't as stated or needed attention. 1. There were 2 pack 'n plays but they were both broken. We needed both. 2. Some of the knobs on the hot tub didn't work 3. We booked this place over another cheaper one because of the arcade games but the driving game just ate the kids' quarters and didn't let them play. 4. It was stated that the pool table flipped to an air hockey but it didn't.....that was a disappointment 5. The board games were a jumbled mess in baskets with waded-up monopoly money 6. The basket of toys were just mixed-up broken pieces of stuff 7. Pockets on the pool table were broken and couldn't hold the balls 8. There was a pull-out sofa bed which we needed but it was also broken 9. The air mattress didn't work. 10. There weren't extra blankets or sheets anywhere to be found 11. Soap dispensers in upstairs bath and middle floor bath spout comes out 12. There were dirty sponges that were pretty gross in the kitchen, not any clean ones 13. The kitchen sink sprayer wasn't working properly 14. Several light bulbs were out 15. The air conditioning went out the second night but someone came and worked on it, then it went out again but they came out again and fixed it. 16. The sink and tub upstairs got stopped up but someone quickly came and

House was very clean and perfect for our extended family group. Lots of space for all and basement game area with 2nd fridge was great! Everyone loved the hot tub and the fire pit area even thought it was too wet to have a fire while we were there. House is about 10-12 minutes from 76 - the main strip so not too bad. Only thing that could be improved upon would be leaving coffee supplies for first morning. We knew we would need groceries but got in later and didn’t want to have to run out after 8pm but did so since there was no 1st morning coffee packet there. Not a huge deal but would have made it perfect !

Property was clean, warm, and welcoming. Beds were comfortable; the kitchen was stocked with both adult and baby serving utensils/plates, but it did not have any containers at all with lids for preservation of cooked food; the carpet in the bedrooms was well worn and should be replaced . The property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The heat did not work on our first night, but someone was sent out the next morning to address that. The location was good, as we’ve been to Branson once a year for over 30 years, and we were looking for somewhere close enough to travel with little ones, yet far enough away to not be on the main strip. We did not have a chance to use the firepit or the jacuzzi as it was too cold & rainy during our 7-night stay, but they looked exceptionally clean and inviting. I appreciated “immediate” feedback with issues regarding the heat, and having it fixed so fast.

This place exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed was there. It was spacious and had a beautiful open floor plan. Everything was clean, stocked, and working. Had no issues at all. All of our guests said the same thing. We will definitely be a returning customer. 100% satisfied!!!!

Our family plans a girls' trip to Branson every year. This VRBO was in a great location and was very clean. The hosts were attentive even through the weekend via text or phone. We could not have asked for a more comfortable and more relaxing VRBO for the weekend.

We felt at home the minute we walked in the door. Comfortable, roomy, and the owners truly put a lot of thought into what would be utilized by guests of all ages. Very clean and kitchen well equipped, our family stayed 6 nights and we cooked and prepared breakfast and dinner every night there. Lots of pots and pans, crock pots, cooking utensils all came in handy. We placed an Instacart order earlier in the day we were due to arrive and best thing ever! Beef sandwiches, breakfast skillets, and a new tradition of build your own pizza night were some of the faves. Beds were comfy providing great nights of sleep. Plenty of bathrooms with all the essentials needed. Drive to Branson to do some shopping and attractions was close by. But honestly the pool table, ping pong, arcade games, and of course the hot tub was some of the best times. The guys found a cigar shop bought a few to have and enjoyed sitting out on the back deck and front porch enjoying their “stogies”.I highly recommend anyone to book this home away from home on your trip you won’t regret it. Owners and management were always available and asking if we needed anything during our stay making sure we enjoyed our stay.

There was plenty of space for family gathering on the main level and basement level, as well as enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The host had the interior decorated for the holidays which was nice, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare family meals. Plenty of small appliances, and even a high chair and playpen for the babies. Highly recommend this property, and would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful. The house is gorgeous. The neighborhood is fantastic. The only down side was the grill didn't evenly cook, there were no throw blankets and the WiFi didn't work and bring quarters if you wan to play the arcade game. But, on the positive side there is tones of space. All of the beds were super comfortable. We would stay there again.

We have been taking our family to Branson for 13 years and this is our favorite place to stay. We love the layout of the house. All ages had places to hang out and it wasn’t too loud. The back deck and fire pit were private and enjoyable. 5 stars!

The house is exactly as listed and was perfectly clans and stocked with lots of dishes, cookware, and even a Crockpot and griddle. Each bathroom was stocked with bath towels and beach towels. Our family vacation included 5 kids from 16 months to 15 years and 7 adults. We all had plenty of personal space when we wanted to rest but mostly enjoyed the 2 large family rooms. The house is within walking distance to the community pools and playground. We had to drive trash to the communal area but it was only about 2 minutes away. We didn't use the firepit since it was 96° during our trip but the area is beautiful if you're there during cooler months. Wifi service was strong and we were able to stream movies on 5 different TVs at a time. 3 dedicated parking spaces offered convenience. There is over-flow parking just up the street. Adam was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

I didnt need to pack everything that i brought to cook with because the house had everything we needed!! The first guest there had difficulty hetting in but i spoke to our hosts and they helped us immediately. Communicatiin was great!!

Great house! The house had a lot of room, was well equipped and clean. The communication with owners, managers was easy and timely. The neighborhood was great and the swimming pools were a lot of fun and a good place to relax. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in the area

Everything was as listed and was better than expected. Beds were super comfortable! Kitchen had everything we needed for meals. House was clean and the hot tub was clean and hot! Would recommend and stay again. We did have a couple of things that came up, but were quickly taken care of. Super great customer service! Thank you.

The house was gorgeous and the hosts so friendly and helpful! We left a pair of headphones at the property at checkout and the hosts helped us retrieve them without delay. Property was clean, warm, and welcoming. Beds were comfortable; the kitchen was stocked with both adult and baby serving utensils/plates, but it did not have any containers at all with lids for preservation of cooked food; the carpet in the bedrooms was well worn and should be replaced . The property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The heat did not work on our first night, but someone was sent out the next morning to address that. The location was good, as we’ve been to Branson once a year for over 30 years, and we were looking for somewhere close enough to travel with little ones, yet far enough away to not be on the main strip. We did not have a chance to use the firepit or the jacuzzi as it was too cold & rainy during our 7-night stay, but they looked exceptionally clean and inviting. I appreciated “immediate” feedback with issues regarding the heat, and having it fixed so fast.

House was very clean and perfect for our extended family group. Lots of space for all and basement game area with 2nd fridge was great! Everyone loved the hot tub and the fire pit area even thought it was too wet to have a fire while we were there. House is about 10-12 minutes from 76 - the main strip so not too bad. Only thing that could be improved upon would be leaving coffee supplies for first morning. We knew we would need groceries but got in later and didn’t want to have to run out after 8pm but did so since there was no 1st morning coffee packet there. Not a huge deal but would have made it perfect !

We had the best time! The house is so spacious with 3 levels and the hot tub was so clean. So close to everything but also had that feeling of “not in the city”. The arcade games were so nostalgic we had so much fun with them. We hope to return next year!

Our stay was incredible! The house was amazing! Our family enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and the hot tub. We would definitely stay there next time we come to Big Cedar Lodge.

Wonderful property! We traveled during a rainy week, so we did not use the grill, decks or firepit areas so I can't give feedback on those. A few people used the hot tub which they said was nice in the cold weather. House is located in a dense neighborhood of rental properties, yet this home offers a great deal of privacy due to the rear trees. Most of the other homes did not appear to have this level of privacy for the outdoor spaces. Additionally, this property had parking for 4 vehicles which prevented us from having to use the overflow parking in other areas of the neighborhood. This was a great house that had every thing we needed for our week long stay in Branson. Located in a nice neighborhood not far from anywhere we wanted to go. The pool was great. My grandson really enjoyed the video games and pool table. Beds were very comfortable and air conditioning worked great.

We brought our HS girls basketball team to games in Branson, and all 15 of us fit comfortably! Everyone had a bed to sleep in. The game room downstairs was fun for the girls to hang out it. They loved the hot tub, and went to the pool. I would recommend this house to anyone with a large group of kids!

We loved our stay! Adam was a very attentive host and always answered my questions quickly. He also checked in with me at our arrival. We had 13 people in our group and this 6 bedroom home with 5 bathrooms was perfect. The lower level had 2 arcade games and a pool table and lots of toys for the kiddos to play with. The hot tub was great too. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and the bathrooms had big containers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The house was very clean! And the air conditioner did a great job of keeping us cool. We especially enjoyed the community pool. Overall, I recommend this house if you have a large group with kids.
