Fantastiskt läge, roliga vattenrutschbanor, trevligt med mycket djur runt hotellet, god mat och trevlig personal. Dock inte så bra och barnvänlig strand.

Outdated hotel, food was average especially evening menu, you cant find a place to sit due lack of seat based on hotel population. animation was ok but evening show only 1 hour show and then hotel is very quiet. Hotelshould review their entertainment program. Pool is ok, kids should have few more slides in the kids pool. Lack of sunbed to find, everyone reserve in the morning and most of time they are empty, should review their sunbed policy, should not allow reserve for all day. No way this is 5 star, max 4 star. But staff was very helpful. Bar section cocktails are bad needs improving.

Great array of amenities for families with kids. Great pools bar and true all inclusive. They are defining hard to provides great experience. Always something going on for entertainment and activities. Some areas out of order and needing improvement but overall better than most Mexico all inclusive and great value. Just needs some attention in areas of drain pipes and air conditioning in rooms. But overall excellent experience for the money.

Das Hotel war mittelmäßig, nichts besonderes. Das Personal war teilweise freundlich, erstaufnahme ging schnell, Erklärung war null (z.B. welche Uhrzeiten es essen gab oder was wo ist). Deswegen im Großen und Ganzen fäll meine Bewertung mittelmäßig aus.
