Lovely place to stay, quite location very clean and nicely decorated everything you need. Very close to Bude. Would definitely stay again. It was great to have our own named parking space and utility room close Thank you

Well equipped and comfortable rooms in quiet location, including full oven. Communication with host was great. There was a laundry available for use which is handy if you’re travelling around for extended periods. It did get a bit chilly and we couldn’t turn on the heaters.

The stay was very enjoyable and Bude was very pretty and near to property. Trying to get in touch with the owner before the trip was troublesome because of Vrbo and their pass words which never seem to work. That was the worst part of booking this trip.
