Gorgeous location. Close to all kinds of restaurants and gift shops. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. We got a balcony and it was so nice sitting outside watching the fall leaves! The pool was warm and the pool enclosure was so tranquil with the little sitting area and garden Highly recommend!

A little dated, needs updating, but clean and comfortable. Nice staff, no real issues. The indoor pool is awesome The only problem is the building is loud. You can hear people walking upstairs, flushing toilets, etc. But I'd definitely stay there again.

Outside patio was great to use. They supplied a grill and we ate our meals out there. Excellent inside pool option. Staff was friendly. Rooms were average for the Old Forge Area. No microwaves in the room but there is one that can be used in the main check in area.

Large clean modern rooms, great pool, gazebo with grill for guests to use and very cheerful and friendly staff. Very reasonably priced too - truly a gem! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this to anyone looking for accommodations in Old Forge.

We really enjoyed the pool, pickle ball court and yard they have. The staff was super friendly. The place could use some updating but overall great experience and we will be staying there again!

For an economical hotel, it was well maintained and clean. Bathroom and shower areas were okay but in need of updating. heating system worked good, a good value for the money. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful to our questions.

The room and facility was very clean and comfortable. Located across the street from the golf course I played at. Very convenient to drive to town and local attractions. Safe surroundings.

Did not like the fact that they didn't open the coffee until later in the morning like 8:00 no muffins or nothing set out for breakfast like they used to. The bed was noisy every time you rolled over. Not their fault but the pool was closed because someone threw up in it. Liked that we had a room with a balcony. The room was very clean.

We really appreciated the cleanliness of the room, lobby and pool. The motel itself is very well kept in general. There was hot coffee in the morning in the lobby which is always an added bonus. Great stay for the price and conveniently located minutes from Enchanted Forest and Old Forge shops. We will definitely be staying here again next time we're in the area.

Good- Got there and was able to do early check-in and there was a pool for my girls. Other than that? It's an antiquated hotel. My room was 100°F. They said they were sorry they forgot to turn on the AC. No offer for money off. It didn't cool off till the next day. The rug was filthy, when we first entered the "lobby" it reeked of stale cigarette smoke yet no smoking allowed, floors were dirty, carpet was old, rippled and a tripping hazard, the smells were awful, the mini fridge didn't have a knob for temperature control and the maintenance guy said its working just give it some time to get cooler, it never did, freezer compartment was dripping, etc....for $407 for 2 nights the second weekend in July, i expected more! Cleanliness is huge! Even if it's an old property, and if they aren't able to update financially, cleaning it is their cheapest option! Oh, I forgot, towels were stained too! I should have taken pictures! But we were too busy and tried to avoid the place as much as possible!

Room was very large, and had a small balcony. Unable to use balcony due to weather but would have enjoyed it had it not been stormy. Room decor was nice but the wallpaper/paint could use a refresh. Bed was surprisingly comfortable considering how squeaky it was.

Just what we needed for a weekend with friends. Room was spacious, staff super friendly. Love the ADK decor! It was warm, so window AC struggled a little. And it was a busy weekend (90 mile paddle race, marsthon weekend), so mornings were a little noisy- nothing a noise machine can't overcome!

Classic motel. The front desk was very friendly. The bathroom needs an exhaust fan. The bathroom tiling around the tub was falling apart. And, the a/c unit was loud and insufficient to cool the room quickly. It was conveniently located across from the canoe rental shop.

Property was not truthful about breakfast only had coffee and a packet of hot coco, was no one there the entire time of staying got their no smoking room was filled with smoke couldn’t breath, thankfully someone was cleaning got them to call someone and got a new room, did not like that the key was just tapped onto the office door someone could have just went into my room and no one would ever know, but just very upset about the breakfast and just felt like no one cared to help

The staff member at the desk sat behind the desk, on the phone (a personal call) for 20 minutes while we waited to get checked in. She saw us when we walked in, knew we were there waiting, and continued her call as if we were not present. It blew my mind. I have never stayed at a place where I was treated so rudely at check in.

We loved our stay. They just need to be more clear on their pet policy. When you look at it says pet friendly when signing up for a room I didn’t ask if we had a pet. We assumed it was no extra charge until I found out later on the website.

The staff was very friendly. We arrived the morning of check in and actually worked hard in getting us in a room early. Our room was spacious and clean. We had plenty of linen and bathroom items. 24 hour use of microwave, ice, vending machine and laundry. Nice clean well working mini fridge. We had a great experience and definitely would choose them again. Thank you for the great service.

Had an amazing stay! Will definitely stay again in the future! A very convenient walk to nearby restaurants, and shops, but also just far enough away from the crowded areas. The staff was also very nice and accommodating.

Old Forge is incredibly cute, and we loved our stay at the Adirondack Lodge. The staff were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful if we needed anything. We would absolutely stay there again on our next visit.

Inexpensive stay in a beautiful area. 4 minute drive to town; close to hiking spots; great indoor pool. Like many motels in the area; The place looks older but rooms were fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dog and kid friendly. I’d definitely stay here again

We really appreciated the cleanliness of the room, lobby and pool. The motel itself is very well kept in general. There was hot coffee in the morning in the lobby which is always an added bonus. Great stay for the price and conveniently located minutes from Enchanted Forest and Old Forge shops. We will definitely be staying here again next time we're in the area.

Had an amazing stay! Will definitely stay again in the future! A very convenient walk to nearby restaurants, and shops, but also just far enough away from the crowded areas. The staff was also very nice and accommodating.

Property was not truthful about breakfast only had coffee and a packet of hot coco, was no one there the entire time of staying got their no smoking room was filled with smoke couldn’t breath, thankfully someone was cleaning got them to call someone and got a new room, did not like that the key was just tapped onto the office door someone could have just went into my room and no one would ever know, but just very upset about the breakfast and just felt like no one cared to help

We have no complaints at all. Staff was exceptional, room was very clean and very comfortable and we really enjoyed relaxing in the gazebo in the evening. The pool was just beautiful and we even made good use of the local restaurant menus to choose where to eat. We'll definitely stay there on our future visits!

Outside patio was great to use. They supplied a grill and we ate our meals out there. Excellent inside pool option. Staff was friendly. Rooms were average for the Old Forge Area. No microwaves in the room but there is one that can be used in the main check in area.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable; room was decorated with Adirondack cabin theme very cute!! Staff was friendly. A good place to stay in Old Forge. Had a fridge, but no breakfast offered.

Two adults traveling for a kayaking trip with friends. The receptionist was very welcoming and explained everything clearly. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. Location was ideal, just a few minutes to downtown Old Forge and the Thendara station. It's obviously an older building, but well maintained and suitable for what we needed. We would stay here again!

Over priced and falling apart. Don’t stay here. The wood on our balcony was rotted and our view was giant rusted propane tanks for $350. When I asked for a room on the ground floor they told me it would cost $50 more. Nope, never staying here again.

The property location is fantastic. Near golf course, near gas station with good breakfast/sandwiches service. Not too far from the Main Street area. Reasonable priced rooms, plenty of parking, indoor pool. Some of rooms could use some tlc, but overall a good place to stay.

Well to be honest.. it was pricey to get the "Deluxe" newer model room. It was $235 a night. The room was clean, but air conditioner was up too high above a metal closet. It was extremely, dusty and old. The beds were better than some, but the pillows were so hard my husband and I both had stiff necks. The room curtains looked like they had been used as paint drop clothes. When closed there were prominent paint stains visible on the backs seen in the windows. Also, for the price a night you would expect housekeeping to tidy the room and freshen towels at very least, but that is not included. They leave an envelope to tip housekeeping without any services throughout your stay. The ice machine for all guests is located on the 2nd floor of the office building. If you want ice you have to walk up a flight of stairs to get it. Not so convenient for several outer building guests. Another thing is the "dog rental" rooms were on each side of ours. When paying extra for deluxe, you would think barking dogs next door on either side of you would be mentioned as a courtesy. Lastly, the place was lacking basic up keep, the exterior paint was way over due and faded. When you see the Ads, the window view looks woodsy, however, your view is the parking lot. On a positive note the pool was nice. Overall we were disappointed. Felt like we got catfished with descriptions and what we actually got for nearly $800 (with a late afternoon check in (3p) and before noon check out for 3 nites).
