Vi är nya för VRBO sommaren 2019 - vi skulle gärna vilja att du stannar.Detta är ett hus på landet nära Hamlet of Miller's Mills. Det är bara 20 miles från Cooperstown och 20 miles från Utica. Vi är verkligen centralt belägna för Ny-staten....

We stayed at this property for a long weekend as we were upstate to go mining in Herkimer. The farmhouse was so cute and well maintained. It was a great home away from home! My boys loved feeding the horses and playing on the tire swing! I would definitely recommend this farmhouse to others who want to stay in the area.

We enjoyed the quiet country location . The host was close by and helpful. The house had a large well equipped kitchen and large dining room . All of the beds were comfortable . Liked everything about it and plan on going back next year .

Beautiful property,great scenery and super hosts. Our grandchildren live nearby but came to visit for two days and they lived close enough for them to go home at night so we had the house to ourselves.They played basketball, watched big trucks clean out ditches and had fun rock hunting. We had a bonfire and cooked s’mores. They were able to play safely. We all ate outdoors at picnic table and we really enjoyed our stay. The hosts even supplied fresh eggs and homemade maple syrup. Fantastic place and hope we can visit again in future! Thank you!!the host even brought over one of the chickens for the kids to pet! Only wish we could have stayed longer!

A trip to watch our grandson play baseball at Dreams Park brought us to the area from Central Florida. Never been to Central/Upstate NY and found it both friendly and beautiful. In so many ways, this property was perfect for us. Our 6 and 10 year old granddaughters couldn’t wait to get “home” to feed the horses and chickens….plus build a fire and boasting to their friends about the fun things to do. The house is very roomy and tastefully updated and decorated inside with everything we needed. If you like country farmhouse living, this will not disappoint.

We chose this property because we were attending the Glimmerglass Opera Festival. The house was immaculate. Although there were six of us, we had plenty of room as well as outdoor space for hanging out and eating. The drive to Glimmerglass took about 25 minutes, which was not bad. I suppose we could have stayed closer but the value for the money was excellent. The hostess had supplied us with eggs, pancake mix and maple syrup, as well as an excellent range of other kitchen needs like spices, coffee filters and some Keurig pods. I'd stay here again.

Our family, including 3 children, had a relaxing stay at the farm house. The kids loved visiting with the horses, which you could see right from the kitchen window. The house was well organized to find everything you needed (kitchenware/bath supplies) to feel at home. It was a scenic 25 minute drive into Cooperstown to see the Baseball Hall of Fame, downtown shops, Fly Creek Cider Mill. 10 minutes from the house there’s a grocery store and restaurants. We also appreciated the local binder of things to do/places to eat. Chris was very responsive. Thanks for a relaxing weekend!

This old farmhouse was just what we needed. Plenty of room to relax with a large kitchen including fresh farm eggs in the refrigerator. The front porch with visiting hummingbird’s overlooks the quiet road and beautiful countryside. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you Christine.

The house and location was great. Kitchen is awesome, living room really comfortable and cozy. Bedrooms nice, comfortable, do the job. Bathroom more than adequate. Heat in house easy to control and very effective. Location between Utica/New Hartford and Cooperstown is perfect. Smart TV with apps and access to streaming services is very much appreciated. Found the Wi-Fi to be very reliable, even when streaming live TV. Will definitely stay again, looking forward to returning next year!!

Tucked in pretty much the middle of nowhere lies this most charming country farmhouse. Immaculate and decorated so very nicely. This home has everything you could possibly need for a weekend/longer stay. Wonderful touch with the fresh farm eggs & maple syrup they left for us. Met the owners at the restaurant which was not too far of a drive from the house, wonderful people! Will definitely consider staying her again.

We had a great stay here while my son was playing at Cooperstown for the week. The house was clean and has all the amenities needed for a week. Communication was quick if we needed anything and our hosts were very accommodating. The only downside i would say is that it is about a 35-40 min ride to dreams park. Alittle shorter ti downtown cooperstown. If you plan on going back and forth between house and fields this is a bit of a drive. Otherwise everything else was perfect!

The property was a great place for what we needed as we were only there at night as our days were filled with baseball in Cooperstown. It was well kept, quite and easy to access. The first night getting there in the dark was an adventure on the windy backroads.

We came to visit my mom in near by Herkimer. We so enjoyed the sweet, cozy little house that was beautifully decorated. The pastoral setting is so peaceful and relaxing. Christine was very prompt in answering any questions. We will definitely visit again.

We loved our stay at the Farmhouse! The house was so charming and a short drive to our planned activity at the Mohawk Valley Mineral Mine. We really loved the view at the farmhouse and our visitors (some fat happy chickens). Check in and check out was a breeze. We would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! Check-in was easy and communication with Christine was fantastic. Our son was playing at Cooperstown and staying here was absolutely peaceful. Which is exactly what we needed after long days at the ballpark. We even got to bring him back and make him a home cooked meal during a break from games. Perfect stay in a gorgeous setting!

Our family, including 3 children, had a relaxing stay at the farm house. The kids loved visiting with the horses, which you could see right from the kitchen window. The house was well organized to find everything you needed (kitchenware/bath supplies) to feel at home. It was a scenic 25 minute drive into Cooperstown to see the Baseball Hall of Fame, downtown shops, Fly Creek Cider Mill. 10 minutes from the house there’s a grocery store and restaurants. We also appreciated the local binder of things to do/places to eat. Chris was very responsive. Thanks for a relaxing weekend!

Tucked in pretty much the middle of nowhere lies this most charming country farmhouse. Immaculate and decorated so very nicely. This home has everything you could possibly need for a weekend/longer stay. Wonderful touch with the fresh farm eggs & maple syrup they left for us. Met the owners at the restaurant which was not too far of a drive from the house, wonderful people! Will definitely consider staying her again.

We had a great stay here while my son was playing at Cooperstown for the week. The house was clean and has all the amenities needed for a week. Communication was quick if we needed anything and our hosts were very accommodating. The only downside i would say is that it is about a 35-40 min ride to dreams park. Alittle shorter ti downtown cooperstown. If you plan on going back and forth between house and fields this is a bit of a drive. Otherwise everything else was perfect!

We chose this property because we were attending the Glimmerglass Opera Festival. The house was immaculate. Although there were six of us, we had plenty of room as well as outdoor space for hanging out and eating. The drive to Glimmerglass took about 25 minutes, which was not bad. I suppose we could have stayed closer but the value for the money was excellent. The hostess had supplied us with eggs, pancake mix and maple syrup, as well as an excellent range of other kitchen needs like spices, coffee filters and some Keurig pods. I'd stay here again.

The property was a great place for what we needed as we were only there at night as our days were filled with baseball in Cooperstown. It was well kept, quite and easy to access. The first night getting there in the dark was an adventure on the windy backroads.

The house and location was great. Kitchen is awesome, living room really comfortable and cozy. Bedrooms nice, comfortable, do the job. Bathroom more than adequate. Heat in house easy to control and very effective. Location between Utica/New Hartford and Cooperstown is perfect. Smart TV with apps and access to streaming services is very much appreciated. Found the Wi-Fi to be very reliable, even when streaming live TV. Will definitely stay again, looking forward to returning next year!!

We loved our stay at the Farmhouse! The house was so charming and a short drive to our planned activity at the Mohawk Valley Mineral Mine. We really loved the view at the farmhouse and our visitors (some fat happy chickens). Check in and check out was a breeze. We would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse! It was a perfect get away spot! We came for the Baseball Hall of Fame and it was only a short 25 minute drive. It was so quiet and comfortable and Christine is the perfect host! She even left us fresh syrup and farm fresh eggs! We highly recommend!

Beautiful property,great scenery and super hosts. Our grandchildren live nearby but came to visit for two days and they lived close enough for them to go home at night so we had the house to ourselves.They played basketball, watched big trucks clean out ditches and had fun rock hunting. We had a bonfire and cooked s’mores. They were able to play safely. We all ate outdoors at picnic table and we really enjoyed our stay. The hosts even supplied fresh eggs and homemade maple syrup. Fantastic place and hope we can visit again in future! Thank you!!the host even brought over one of the chickens for the kids to pet! Only wish we could have stayed longer!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! Check-in was easy and communication with Christine was fantastic. Our son was playing at Cooperstown and staying here was absolutely peaceful. Which is exactly what we needed after long days at the ballpark. We even got to bring him back and make him a home cooked meal during a break from games. Perfect stay in a gorgeous setting!

This is a wonderful place to stay. There were six of us and had a lot of room to spread out. Everything was clean and in good working order. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. We also attended the Glimmerglass Opera Festival which was a 20 minute car ride away, taking Route 20 east, then Hoke Road south. It couldn't have been easier. This was my second stay here and I plan to return.

Charming old farmhouse! We had a great, comfortable stay. We were in town for our son’s baseball tournament in Cooperstown. It was a bit of a drive (which we knew ahead of time) but it was a beautiful drive! The fresh eggs and maple syrup were delicious!
