Home2 Suites by Hilton Utica, NY

The hotel canceled our resercation without our knowledge. We had booked this stay months prior. We always stayed at this hotel when ever we dropped my son off at college. Another thing I am a member of Hilton and asked tonspeak to a manager the receptiineset refused and said there was no manager till the next day. We had to find another hotel an hour away.

We never stayed at this brand before and thought the rooms were spacious and the breakfast decent.

Convenient location and parking. Front desk staff were very nice. Free breakfast is available. The room was very comfortable and super clean! This was our third time at this location.

Clean with friendly staff

Great place to stay. Staff were professional and welcoming, nothing was a trouble. We would highly recommend the hotel. Keep up the excellent standards.
