Wonderful property and room. Amenities were great, 24 hour gym and free laundry, no need to run around asking the front desk or local businesses for quarters. Rooms had a bunch of counter space and plugs for all the electronics we had (phones, watches, iPads etc)

We were only here for one night but thought it was a nice step up from our previous night elsewhere. It’s an all-suite hotel designed for traveling families, so the full kitchen was a bit much for our needs, but kids thought it was fun. Pool was nice, breakfast was great, and the lobby snacks were a nice touch. Good, central location. Easy parking.

I liked that it was located next to decent dining options, that it had a pool and offered breakfast. The pool, sadly, was malfunctioning and was super cold and breakfast could have offered more fruit (ran out of bananas) and not a lot of healthy options for mom. My daughter however, loved the waffles and muffin selection.

King suite nice for a 10 day stay, spacious. Convenient laundry facilities. Pool wasn’t heated so only in it for a few minutes.Breakfast selections changed daily with a wide variety of choices. Coffee & teas available all day.

My family and I stayed here for the world box lacrosse championships. We were at the hotel for 5 night, 6 days. The breakfast options were mostly the same, but they did change up the hot food options every other day. We used the bbq, and fire table that was awesome. Staff were amazing, very friendly. Would/will stay there again if I'm ever back in Utica, NY.

We paid 1200 dollars to live in a hotel for a week with cockroaches. Not knowing they were in there until they ran across the tv and my husband had to kill them on the last day of our trip. We feel so gross and should not have to pay that amount of money to itch and live with roaches in your hotel room. We were there for a whole week for our daughter’s wedding and were scared we brought them back to Arizona in our suitcases. I have since thrown them out and refused to take them into our house so the $1200 stay and $509 for luggage is just unacceptable

Shower was excellent, great water pressure and hot!! Breakfast had lots of options. Room rug was stained in several areas - could be cleaner. Staff was great.

The libby design was cool. They only had a handicapped, queen room left when we got there. Not the king we reserved. Yucky carpet tile in the room. Old looking bedding. The black out blond would not come down over the window. We tried to call the front desk, but the phone didn’t work, so we gave up.

I can't check in this hotel bzc they need physical credit card but i don't know that why i have only other phtysical credit card. I didn't take since when i book apple credit card hotel is very terrible bzc i lost my money staff and manager are very rule customer service i pay near $200 but i can't check in so i never book this hotel and i never suggest all my friend

We traveled a great distance to visit family in Marcy. When we arrived (mind you, it was very late!!), the two desk clerks were very helpful in getting our family to our room quickly. They also offered us bottled water…and even made fresh coffee for my husband. (Thank you, ladies!) That was so sweet of them for being so hospitable! Our spacious room was nice and clean. We were surprised to find a stainless steel full-sized fridge and dishwasher in our suite. In lieu of eating out, we went to the local Walmart (5 minutes away by car), bought a few items, and enjoyed our dinner meal (second night) inside of our room. Plates, utensils, glasses, etc., were stored in the dishwasher for our use. What a great gesture! Breakfast is served daily with many choices. My husband LOVED their coffee! There is also a variety of teas, if one is a tea drinker. Our stay was enjoyable and safe. The staff welcomed us with pleasure. We will definitely consider this hotel again, when in the area. Thank you, Hilton! Thumb up!

Because the weather during part of our stay was horribly cold we spent a lot of time inside. We were a large group with mobility challenged individuals. The staff was very accommodating and kind. The rooms were comfortable. We would come here again.

Everything was great from the room to the breakfast and staff especially the young man at the desk when my grand daughter and I arrived his name is Keshang he was exceptionally good he was very very attentive to us and was ready to help make our stay better in any way he could give that man a raise !! All in all our experience was exceptional we will definitely be back !

Hilton carries a good name. The rooms are clean. The housekeepers are afraid to speak to guests. The front desk are rude/precocious-i had some ‘Hilton points questions” apparently I misunderstood rules ‘that everyone knew’ but me. Asked got a receipt-again-couldn’t print one as I didn’t use their app-if you only use Hilton’s -u r in the club-otherwise-FU from staff!

The road out front is busy, but the hotel has close restaurants you can walk to that are very good. Hotel also had free washers and dryers that worked well and seemed almost new. Had a welcome gift for our dog that was very sweet!

Everything was great! The breakfast was exceptional. Tasha monitors the breakfast area, making sure everything is full and ready as people come down. She was amazingly friendly and she had a great attitude as she worked so hard to make everything perfect! She deserves a reward for her dedication to this facility.

I would not stay in this hotel again. We booked an 8 day stay.my room wasn’t cleaned from Friday to the next Saturday. I had to get my own towels after they counted them so we could shower in comfort. I emptied my own trash and also took that down to them. The breakfast was aweful. The first day they had nothing. The pool was really cold and we were told it was broken. Made my own beds with the sheets most of the time they didn’t put much out for breakfast. When we got down there there was nothing. I got tired of asking them for towels and garbage baths on a daily basis I won’t stay at this facility again
