Labirint Boutique Hotel - Central Location

Zimmer ohne besondere Merkmale, recht klein okay, Seifenspender abgefallen, Sauberkeit im mittleren Bereich, Lage gut. Auswahl des Frühstücks an Silvester durchschnittlich. Am Neujahrstag wurde das Frühstück durch einen aufpreispflichtigen Brunch ersetzt. Der Rezeption schienen die Hände gebunden zu sein, eine Rücksprache mit Managements ist nicht erfolgt. Eine gebuchte Frühstücksleistung ist nicht erfolgt!

This 'Boutique' hotel is nothing like in the pictures. It is located in a dirty, horrible area of Bucharest. No good places to eat around. Trash everywhere on the street. Even Uber drivers joke about this hotel. Inside, the staff is rude, unprofessional. For example, the key to the room was not working. It took them 2 hours to fix the room key for check-in. The breakfast is terrible. They give you a plate of one week old bread with some butter and some cheap watery juice from the store. For this, they will charge a lot of money. Inside the room, there are bright white lights, which make the whole room look like a cheap hostel. They do not even offer a shampoo in the bathroom. And finally, during Checkout time, this hotel will try to charge your credit card for 'surprise' things (like hey, you had an extra cup of coffee during breakfast buffet, so please pay 90 RON for that..). Avoid this fradulent place! For the same nightly price, there are much better hotels in a nice location in Bucharest. Do not stay here especially if you're a foreigner. Will not recommend this place for any reason!

Had a pleasant stay. not as close to old town as i would have liked, but it was not as expensive as old town either. the breakfast was sort of skimpy. i was annoyed that i was allowed 1 free coffee with breakfast. after that I was told that each additional cup would be 22 lei; i could go to a cafe and get coffee for 5 lei. i normally have 4-5 cups of coffee in the morning

Came for work really quick, last-minute booking. They were very accommodating great location.

It was all perfekt!!!
