We went to a show at Artpark and this location is very convenient and easy to walk to. There’s safe parking close to your room and we felt very safe being at the property itself. The room is clean, but had a slight odor, and the towels were very worn. The property does have a few maintenance issues, but it is not a bad value for the price. The water and coffee and tea available in the office is also a really nice touch.

Loved the individual rooms and the outside seats and fire..very cozy place. Only issue we had was the shower head in the small shower...not any room to move and the shower head made it very difficult. Otherwise absolutely loved the place and our stay.

Easy check in. Couldn’t get tv to work, maybe internet issues, idk. Luckily we stayed out exploring and didn’t need it. Next to a great pub! Was clean and warm.

Loved our stay at Riverside. It was very clean and we loved the kitchenette. I also loved the restaurant and park right across the street it’s not fancy it fit our needs perfectly. Rooms 9 and 10 are behind all the other rooms, so it took s a few minutes to find our room, #9.

It was an ok stay. The motel uses keypad locks and ours was not working, so we could not unlock the door to access our room. No one was answering the phone number that you are requested to call, and no one was available on site when we arrived at the check in time. An hour after check in the property manager arrived and fixed the lock as the communication tool on it had been unplugged. We watched a number of guests having issues with these locks and having a challenging time getting a hold of someone to assist them. There is an office with an ‘open’ sign but no one is in the office, and you are requested to call a phone number to get a hold of someone. If your lock works, and you don’t need anything or have any questions, it’s a great stay, but if you have any issues, it’s challenging.

No issues with parking, everything worked in the room, fridge was nice and cold. Walking distance to food, river, and artpark which has something going on all summer. The room I had (2 queen) was a little small but we were out and about so it didn't matter.

Did not receive email checkin onfo. With no Representative onsite we had trouble even finding our #9 cabin. Fortunately the info for PIN to get in was posted on the office door. Little cell coverage and had to call someone to get Wifi pw. Couch and bed were very uncomfortable. If you are looking for a mini apartment, it has full kitchen. TV was very small. Cleanliness was OK.

It was extremely dirty, and a really unpleasant sight. The bathroom was covered in stains and so was the bed and sheets, my daughter and wife were disgusted and we wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. We had to leave literally 5 minutes after getting there. Waste of time and money!

The beds were comfortable and the room access was good. There is no onsite staff and we sent a message when we arrived and did not receive a response before we left the next day at 10:30am. The remote was covered in gunk (hopefully chocolate ). The space was a good value outside of the issues we had.

The rooms could use a dusting and a squished big on the ceiling was a bit off putting. However, the staff are responsive, polite and helpful. The rooms are good value but need updating. I recommend the motel with the above mentioned issues being addressed.

Bed was comfortable. Room was shabby and needed a big refurbishing. Shower stall was small. Second bed was tucked into a cubby with no room on either side. Window had been left open and had to move ant traps to close the window completely.

The shower stall was probably 2’ X 3’ and was very difficult to maneuver in. The queen sized bed was most likely a full sized bed and the amenities were outdated. It’s obvious that the owners are attempting to make necessary renovations, but it seems like a long road. This made the price/value for the stay higher than expected. Hopefully they can make it work as the town of Lewiston is a quaint town. The lack of staff and fully automated instructions were disappointing as the lock to the door was difficult to open.

Everything was fine. Had no problems with the venue. The tv needs to be replaced or wiring needs replaced in room 10 has a green tint to it. Price was right. Feels like a cottage.

Very rustic and quaint, good resturant across the street, door code did not work when we arrived, but one call to the management and they provided another code that worked. Not sure if the heat worked thermostat did jot respond but temps inside were ok.

The manager was so nice, she went an extra mile. We asked for a microwave and in less than 10 min we got it, i addition , communication was very easy as she was very responsive. The hotel is perfect for outdoors activities, and dinning . Location is great . Just in front of Niagara River, Canada! Cabins are very comfortable

Wonderfully quiet area with plenty of restaurants and bars with entertainment in easy walking distance. Parking is in front of the property. Properties are a little aged, but well maintained. Linens and towels are of wonderful quality. Very happy to have found this place on Expedia. We arrived the same day I booked so I did not receive the email with the code to access the room, but it was an easy call to receive that. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The property has not been maintained well unfortunately. It improves in some areas but cleanliness seems to be inconsistent to say the least. The room has what it needs in it and the location is prime. With a little bit of effort and updating this could be a much better place to stay. Time will tell if we continue to book here. I called and messaged the manager with no response on the last morning. This is unfortunate because previously we had great communication from Jose.

The “contactless” check in failed to work as the code I was emailed does not open by door. The automated phone message directs me to a voicemail that is checked “daily” and then recommended emailing, which I’ve done without getting a response. There appears to be no one on the premises to let me into my room, and I’m currently sitting outside in my car, hoping the overnight lows stay above freezing. What a ridiculous way to run a motel.

Great location at the waterfront in walking distance from restaurants and shopping in the village. The room was like a hotel, but the buildings, location and feel was like a cabin.

The motel was nice, rooms were clean, places to eat within walking distance and the river was right across the street. Niagra falls is a short drive away. Only two issues is no staff was on site and check in was a bit confusing(contact free enter with a code) when I had problems, the office was empty and the phone number provided went straight to voice mail. The motel was nice, rooms were clean, places to eat within walking distance and the river was right across the street. Niagra falls is a short drive away. Only two issues is no staff was on site and check in was a bit confusing(contact free enter with a code) when I had problems, the office was empty and the phone number provided went straight to voice mail. Perfect venue to get to Artpark. We had a 25 minute walk but it’s a 5 minute drive. Plenty of dining nearby. Great place!

Great little hotel! Room is clean. Just across the street from the Niagara River….you can look into Canada! Couple of good restaurants across the street on the water. Hotel is nothing fancy but very comfortable. Glad we booked this place!

Linens and towels are of wonderful quality. Very happy to have found this place on Expedia. we stayed here to attend concert in Art Park - very close to venue and conveniently walkable. the property manager, Lisa, was very helpful with all of our questions. Very nice area and a few restaurants on water to choose from for eating-out options. Would stay here again and would recommend to a friend :)

I didn’t know what to expect, pulled up and was super happy. There’s a gastro pub, ice cream shop and the water all right there. Instructions were easy to get in, parking was right there and the room was clean. With it being called motel I had an idea in my head like the movies but this was nothing like that in the best way. Totally recommend.

Loved our stay at Riverside. It was very clean and we loved the kitchenette. I also loved the restaurant and park right across the street it’s not fancy it fit our needs perfectly. Rooms 9 and 10 are behind all the other rooms, so it took s a few minutes to find our room, #9.

No issues with parking, everything worked in the room, fridge was nice and cold. Walking distance to food, river, and artpark which has something going on all summer. The room I had (2 queen) was a little small but we were out and about so it didn't matter.
