Good hotel with very good location in the middle of Alanye close to the beaches and the harbour. The hotel was clean and the buffet had good food. However, the swimmingpool was located in the basement level so not very much sun at the loungers. The pool bar was the worst we have ever tried. No matter which drink you ordered, it was green, tasted bad and no ice cubes. There were no smiles from the waiters and the bar personnel.

Temmuz 15 itibariyle 4 gece 5 gun bir tatil yapma firsatimiz oldu. Calisan personelin ilgisi ve guler yuzu, yemeklerin kalitesi, otelin temizligi ile bizden tam puan aldi. Denize belirli bir mesafede oldugu icin servis ile ulasim saglandi, bi sorun yoktu. Havuz kucuktu ve kalabalik oluyordu. Onun disinda ozellikle acik bufesinin cok iyi oldugunu belirtmek isterim. Fiyat performans olarak dusunursek daha iyisi olacagini dusunmuyoruz.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral an einer Hauptstraße, wo es in der Umgebung viel Möglichkeiten zum shoppen und essen gibt. Wodurch es Nachts, wenn man ein Fenster zur Straße hat, relativ laut ist. Der Hafen und die Innenstadt sind sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, sowie der Strand. Allerdings gibt es zum Strand auch einen vom Hotel gestellten Shuttle Service, der sowohl hin-und rück fährt. Es gab immer eine große Auswahl beim Essen, welches auch ziemlich hochwertig war. (Reis, Nudeln, Kartoffeln, Fisch, 2 Varianten Fleisch, Gemüse, zahlreiche Brotsorten, verschiedenste Dips, Desserts etc). Die Cocktails waren ok, hätten kälter sein können. Es war im ganzen Hotel und Zimmer sehr sauber. Im großen und ganzen war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und ich kann es jedem Empfehlen, der nicht so große Hotelanlagen mag, sondern eher ruhig und gemütlich.

Es war ein wunderschönes Hotel. Toller Service, wir durften sogar nach dem auschecken noch die Strandtücher für den Tag nutzen und unser Gepäck dort verstauen. Negative Punkte: es war etwas laut, weil wir ein Zimmer am Pool hatten und die Klimaanlage pustete genau aufs Bett. Trotzdem war es alles in allem ein tolles Hotel. Super Essen, Transfer zum Strand, tolle Rezeption usw.

Var afsted med hele familien - 2 værelser. Rigt fint hotel midt i byen, tæt på det hele. God service - god variation i maden på alle tidspunkter. De få minusser ved hotellet er at poolen er i skygge efter kl.14.30.

Wir haben hier mit einer Freundesgruppe für 13 Tage einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt und es gab jeden Tag ein paar andere Hauptgerichte. Jedoch muss man sagen, gibt es hier keine Snacks zwischen durch am Pool, wie man es in den meisten anderen Hotels gewöhnt ist und die Auswahl an Essen etwas kleiner, aber trotzdem noch in Ordnung. Die Barkeeper waren sehr freundlich. Dadurch ,dass es ein Erwachsenen Hotel ist, war die Atmosphäre immer ruhig und entspannt. Was mir nicht so gefallen hat ist, dass der Pool im Keller war, und drumrum andere Gebäude Stehen, sodass die Sonne nicht den Ganzen Tag auf den Pool schien. Der Strand ist ganz schön und das Meer sauber. Im großen und Ganzen würde ich das nächste Mal in ein größeres Hotel wollen, da man hier schon viel weniger Angeboten bekommt (Snacks, Wellness, Pool). Wer aber in Stadtnähe sein will und nicht viel Geld ausgeben möchte ist hier richtig.

Locatie is top van Ramira. Alles is op loopafstand. Barstraat en haven is ongeveer 15 minuten lopen. Je hebt in de buurt winkeltjes en genoeg eettentjes. Als je hier een week wilt blijven, zou ik een andere hotel kiezen met activiteiten. Je verveelt je gauw. 1x in de week komt er een "dj". Zeer teleurstellend. Meneer zet letterlijk op zijn laptop die aangesloten is op 2 boxen liedjes uit 2015. Geen sfeer noch uitnodigend indruk van de dj. Het was in korte tijd ook heel snel leeg op het podium. 1x in de week is er een dansshow. Dat was wel leuk. Er zat 3x haar in mijn eten. Ik heb de derde keer de leidinggevende geroepen om een klacht in te dienen. Hij bood zijn excuses aan. Ik heb met moeite in het hotel gegeten. Mocht je naar het strand willen, dan ben je afhankelijk van de shutte die op een dag in totaal 3x heen en 3x terug komt. Mocht je niet binnen deze tijden willen, dan zal je 25 minuten moeten lopen in 33 graden. En de drankjes bij het strand zijn op eigen kosten. Mocht je je strandhanddoek willen vernieuwen, dan zal je daar ook voor moeten betalen. Het zwembad in het hotel is koud. Je kan niet echt zonnen omdat er voornamelijk schaduw is. Personeel in het restaurant en de bar zijn heel vriendelijk en werken keihard. Ze helpen je graag. Voor mij geen Ramira meer. Ik zal liever naar een iets hygiënisch hotel willen met meer animatie, goede shuttleservice en een leuker zwembad.

One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff was very friendly and accomodating to all of our needs. Great breakfast buffet every morning. The rooms are non-smoking but most (if not all) have a balcony on which they permit smoking which was very handy. It is much better than having to go outside the building if you are a smoker. Hotel was in the heart of downtown Alanya and fairly close the the beaches, It might have been a 10 minute walk to the beaches or to the harbor. Great dining facilities within just a few minutes walk. The front desk recommended a restaurant called "Ev" that was a 10 minute walk to the east on Ataturk CD. Great food and a wonderful atmosphere. We will stay at the Ramira whenever we are in Alanya!

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Alanya, Geschäfte direkt in der Straße, Parkmöglichkeiten in den umliegenden Straßen, ebenso leckere Möglichkeiten zum Essen, Frühstück ok, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut, die Zimmer sehr geräumig und wenn man Straßenseite bucht hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Burgberg, ist aber halt etwas lauter durch die Straße

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral an einer Hauptstraße, wo es in der Umgebung viel Möglichkeiten zum shoppen und essen gibt. Wodurch es Nachts, wenn man ein Fenster zur Straße hat, relativ laut ist. Der Hafen und die Innenstadt sind sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, sowie der Strand. Allerdings gibt es zum Strand auch einen vom Hotel gestellten Shuttle Service, der sowohl hin-und rück fährt. Es gab immer eine große Auswahl beim Essen, welches auch ziemlich hochwertig war. (Reis, Nudeln, Kartoffeln, Fisch, 2 Varianten Fleisch, Gemüse, zahlreiche Brotsorten, verschiedenste Dips, Desserts etc). Die Cocktails waren ok, hätten kälter sein können. Es war im ganzen Hotel und Zimmer sehr sauber. Im großen und ganzen war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und ich kann es jedem Empfehlen, der nicht so große Hotelanlagen mag, sondern eher ruhig und gemütlich.

Negative Punkte: es war etwas laut, weil wir ein Zimmer am Pool hatten und die Klimaanlage pustete genau aufs Bett. Trotzdem war es alles in allem ein tolles Hotel. Super Essen, Transfer zum Strand, tolle Rezeption usw.

I was so pleasantly surprised at the high standard of this nicely decorated hotel. Everything that is annoying to tourists in Turkey charged as extras was taken care of. Such as safety deposit boxes and a kettle in the room. For the overall nightly cost this was an amazing find. Staff were all wonderful. Nice lobby and internet working everywhere. Everything needed for a comfortable stay and great central location, walking distance to all Alanya areas I would not hesitate to stay again. Add this hotel tomyour favourites for future use.

C'était mon deuxième séjour à Ramira City. Un hôtel de charme en plein centre Alanya. Le personnel -depuis la réception jusqu'au resto (surtout Mahmut toujours disponible, souriant, aidant) en passant par le ménage- est au top et très serviable. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec literie assez confortable. Toutes les chambres possèdent un balcon. La salle de bain est assez grande et bien équipée. Des serviettes réservées à la piscine de l'hôtel et à la plage sont mis à la disposition des clients dans la chambre. Deux grandes bouteilles d'eau sont mises à disposition chaque jours. L'hôtel offre également une navette gratuite pour aller à la plage ( 3 le matin et 2 l'après midi). Un espace bien délimité est réservé par l'hôtel à la plage avec chaises longues et parasols et wifi (gratuits). Les prix sont plus élevés que ceux de l'année dernière à cause de l'inflation. Les repas (all inclusive) peuvent être pris en salle ou à l'extérieur au bord de la piscine. Les boissons sont servis gratuitement toute la journée et une partie de la soirée. Les buffets sont bien garnis et diversifiés. L'hôtel dispose aussi d'un spa (payant). En résumé tout est bien organisé pour un séjour agréable. Une remarque quand même: le coffre fort est payant (2€ par jour) chose que je n'ai jamais vu personnellement dans les hôtels de Turquie (que je visite chaque année depuis 2009). Could not fault the hotel whatsoever, the room we had was on the front views where great however the road noise was quite loud. When we stay again we would ask for a room at the rear. Also the hotel was quite central which was a bonus.

Temmuz 15 itibariyle 4 gece 5 gun bir tatil yapma firsatimiz oldu. Calisan personelin ilgisi ve guler yuzu, yemeklerin kalitesi, otelin temizligi ile bizden tam puan aldi. Denize belirli bir mesafede oldugu icin servis ile ulasim saglandi, bi sorun yoktu. Havuz kucuktu ve kalabalik oluyordu. Onun disinda ozellikle acik bufesinin cok iyi oldugunu belirtmek isterim. Fiyat performans olarak dusunursek daha iyisi olacagini dusunmuyoruz.

Var afsted med hele familien - 2 værelser. Rigt fint hotel midt i byen, tæt på det hele. God service - god variation i maden på alle tidspunkter. De få minusser ved hotellet er at poolen er i skygge efter kl.14.30.

I had a conflict with other guests behaving inappropriate. While the restaurant garcon tried to calm down the situation, I tried to resolve the situation by asking the restaurant supervisor to help. However he, supervisor A. did not asserted accordingly and refused to help. this had created an unsafe and unpleasant rest of my stay. I made a complaint with the Front Office manager aswell as the General manager who both agreed with me on the situation. A thumbs up for them. The restaurant supervisor and 1 other employee are not suitable to work in hospitality. I doubt if the management is aware of their work attitude. A smile or “how are you?” is too much effort. Garcon Emre, the chefcook, the patisserie lady and garcon Maria make the difference. Emre is a hospitality star, don't let him go! The chefcook an patisserie lady are making the guests enjoy their food and have a chat and Maria always smiles! And the cleaning lady made sure the room was tip top everyday and made my start of each day good by saying “günaydin!”. Ramira has multiple locations of which Ramira Joy is the best, thanks to Rüstem, the Front Office manager there. We stayed there last year and rated them 5 stars. Will definitely stay there again. The hotel team of Ramira City has got improvement to do. Please take lessons from this review as it is my honest opinion and has made my holiday less enjoyable.

Receptie personeel was prima maar het bedienend personeel van het restaurant is ronduit slecht en totaal niet professioneel. Ze waren meer bezig met hun telefoon dan met de gasten, zaten met hun handen in het eten en aten openlijk het eten van de gasten op. Ook maakten ze veel grappen onderling en schilden elkaar uit. Schandalig.

Good hotel with very good location in the middle of Alanye close to the beaches and the harbour. The hotel was clean and the buffet had good food. However, the swimmingpool was located in the basement level so not very much sun at the loungers. The pool bar was the worst we have ever tried. No matter which drink you ordered, it was green, tasted bad and no ice cubes. There were no smiles from the waiters and the bar personnel.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Alanya, Geschäfte direkt in der Straße, Parkmöglichkeiten in den umliegenden Straßen, ebenso leckere Möglichkeiten zum Essen, Frühstück ok, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut, die Zimmer sehr geräumig und wenn man Straßenseite bucht hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Burgberg, ist aber halt etwas lauter durch die Straße

(Reis, Nudeln, Kartoffeln, Fisch, 2 Varianten Fleisch, Gemüse, zahlreiche Brotsorten, verschiedenste Dips, Desserts etc). Die Cocktails waren ok, hätten kälter sein können. Es war im ganzen Hotel und Zimmer sehr sauber. One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff was very friendly and accomodating to all of our needs. Great breakfast buffet every morning. The rooms are non-smoking but most (if not all) have a balcony on which they permit smoking which was very handy. It is much better than having to go outside the building if you are a smoker. Hotel was in the heart of downtown Alanya and fairly close the the beaches, It might have been a 10 minute walk to the beaches or to the harbor. Great dining facilities within just a few minutes walk. The front desk recommended a restaurant called "Ev" that was a 10 minute walk to the east on Ataturk CD. Great food and a wonderful atmosphere. We will stay at the Ramira whenever we are in Alanya!

Could not fault the hotel whatsoever, the room we had was on the front views where great however the road noise was quite loud. When we stay again we would ask for a room at the rear. Also the hotel was quite central which was a bonus.

Good hotel with very good location in the middle of Alanye close to the beaches and the harbour. The hotel was clean and the buffet had good food. However, the swimmingpool was located in the basement level so not very much sun at the loungers. The pool bar was the worst we have ever tried. No matter which drink you ordered, it was green, tasted bad and no ice cubes. There were no smiles from the waiters and the bar personnel.

Temmuz 15 itibariyle 4 gece 5 gun bir tatil yapma firsatimiz oldu. Calisan personelin ilgisi ve guler yuzu, yemeklerin kalitesi, otelin temizligi ile bizden tam puan aldi. Denize belirli bir mesafede oldugu icin servis ile ulasim saglandi, bi sorun yoktu. Havuz kucuktu ve kalabalik oluyordu. Onun disinda ozellikle acik bufesinin cok iyi oldugunu belirtmek isterim. Fiyat performans olarak dusunursek daha iyisi olacagini dusunmuyoruz.

Wir haben hier mit einer Freundesgruppe für 13 Tage einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt und es gab jeden Tag ein paar andere Hauptgerichte. Jedoch muss man sagen, gibt es hier keine Snacks zwischen durch am Pool, wie man es in den meisten anderen Hotels gewöhnt ist und die Auswahl an Essen etwas kleiner, aber trotzdem noch in Ordnung. Die Barkeeper waren sehr freundlich. Dadurch ,dass es ein Erwachsenen Hotel ist, war die Atmosphäre immer ruhig und entspannt. Was mir nicht so gefallen hat ist, dass der Pool im Keller war, und drumrum andere Gebäude Stehen, sodass die Sonne nicht den Ganzen Tag auf den Pool schien. Der Strand ist ganz schön und das Meer sauber. Im großen und Ganzen würde ich das nächste Mal in ein größeres Hotel wollen, da man hier schon viel weniger Angeboten bekommt (Snacks, Wellness, Pool). Wer aber in Stadtnähe sein will und nicht viel Geld ausgeben möchte ist hier richtig.

C'était mon deuxième séjour à Ramira City. Un hôtel de charme en plein centre Alanya. Le personnel -depuis la réception jusqu'au resto (surtout Mahmut toujours disponible, souriant, aidant) en passant par le ménage- est au top et très serviable. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec literie assez confortable. Toutes les chambres possèdent un balcon. La salle de bain est assez grande et bien équipée. Des serviettes réservées à la piscine de l'hôtel et à la plage sont mis à la disposition des clients dans la chambre. Deux grandes bouteilles d'eau sont mises à disposition chaque jours. L'hôtel offre également une navette gratuite pour aller à la plage ( 3 le matin et 2 l'après midi). Un espace bien délimité est réservé par l'hôtel à la plage avec chaises longues et parasols et wifi (gratuits). Les prix sont plus élevés que ceux de l'année dernière à cause de l'inflation. Les repas (all inclusive) peuvent être pris en salle ou à l'extérieur au bord de la piscine. Les boissons sont servis gratuitement toute la journée et une partie de la soirée. Les buffets sont bien garnis et diversifiés. L'hôtel dispose aussi d'un spa (payant). En résumé tout est bien organisé pour un séjour agréable. Une remarque quand même: le coffre fort est payant (2€ par jour) chose que je n'ai jamais vu personnellement dans les hôtels de Turquie (que je visite chaque année depuis 2009). We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were nice, plenty of space to open luggage and move around. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed wifi without any issues on the property. The food was good, we never struggled with finding things to eat and never left hungry. The location is good and can walk around without any issues. Parking was on the street behind the hotel somewhere. It was pretty hard to find parking when we arrived during the week and I had to park 10 minutes away, but we noticed that on the weekend, it was easier to find parking closer to the hotel.

This place may not be perfect for everyone, but you can clearly see that the team really cares about the quality and the experience of their guests. The buffet is not something I would call outstanding, but you can always feel that they are making a real effort to keep you satisfied and make your stay enjoyable. The cleanliness is definitely one of the strong points. From the rooms to the common areas, everything was always very clean and well looked after. I also want to mention the bartender. He was always very fast, attentive and careful when preparing the drinks. The only thing I think could be improved is the bar itself, especially the variety of ingredients and having a better-equipped bar. This is definitely not a criticism of the staff. They do a great job with what they have. With a little more variety and a better bar setup, I think this hotel could become one of the really good hotels in the area. The shuttle service and the beach facilities also work really well, which is a big plus. But what I liked most was the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful and genuinely warm.
