We truly felt at home during our stay. Everything was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The pool is small, but it was more than enough for the children, and they really enjoyed it. The location is excellent—very close to Kleopatra Beach and within easy reach of everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They spoke English well, which made communication very easy, and even the housekeeping staff were warm, kind, and attentive to the little details. The cleanliness was excellent, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings. Although the area outside can be lively at night, the noise never disturbed us. We were still able to sleep and relax comfortably. The beds were very comfortable as well. The apartment had everything we needed, including a refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, and space to dry our clothes, which made our stay especially convenient as a family. It genuinely felt like having our own little home while on holiday. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back again. The listing showed the same price regardless of the number of guests, so it seemed suitable for our family of five, including a 3‑year old child. However, upon arrival, the receptionist claimed that my 16‑year old daughter counted as an adult and said I should have booked two apartments. He even said they could refuse the reservation and ask us to leave, then offered to let us stay only if I paid an extra €110 in cash an unexpected charge not related to any upgrade or additional service. The location is good but very noisy. The photos online show different apartments, and there is a huge difference between sea‑view units and lower floors. We were given a first‑floor apartment facing a restaurant roof, where people frequently walked right in front of our windows and balcony, affecting our privacy. The apartment itself was old and in need of renovation. The furniture was worn, the sofa and mattress uncomfortable, the kitchen poorly equipped, the microwave dirty, and the shower holder loose. The air conditioner on the balcony made it too hot to use. The housekeeping staff were kind, but the reception experience was disappointing. Overall, I was unhappy with this booking.
