The only thing I would say is, please put towel racks in the bathroom, and please make sure the vending machines work. It would also be nice to have ice machines on our floor. but other than that it was great!

Property is relatively new and in good condition. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Furniture and fixtures are in good condition, and bedding is comfortable. Breakfast is adequate, and I don’t recommend it. I have two gripes: the soap provided can be difficult to use in the shower, and if you drive a lower-height vehicle, beware of the rebar sticking up out of the parking curbs. Overall, I believe this hotel provides good value, and I recommend it.

Checkin was pleasant. Room looked clean but when took your shoes off and walked around room for a period of time and then stepped into the shower, a black film would wash off the bottom of your feet. Carpet needs a good steam cleaning. The clothes drawers are lacking if you are staying for several days. The hang area is barely the size to hang shirts only. There was a tray that held coffee packs and cups but no coffee machine. Ice machine was pulled out of 2nd floor and had to go to main floor for ice. Breakfast area was very clean but not managed as many items were out and not restocked. The food chafing dish lids were up and food was cold. Then there was a pan of what looked like gravy away from the other food, but not labeled so not taking chances. On our departure day the food area lights were off. I guess they didnt want anyone to eat, even though there was food out. We aslo were informed that they didn't do room service every day but could cime down to desk as ask for towels. Okay value for the price

Elevator broken, kids running up and down the hall all night!!! I assume the family that worked the desk was shooting fireworks outside out window for over an hour at 11:00 pm until we asked them to stop!!! Adults and kids set up games in parking lot under drive thru drop off area by front door had to park out a ways and carry stuff in while maneuvering and dodging kids!!!

When I got there, there was no place to park. Lots of construction workers staying here and their equipment was parked all over the carpets in the rooms were worn and dingy the next morning. There was no breakfast after 7 o’clock. I got down there and the construction workers have eaten all the hot food. There was no milk for cereal and nobody around to help you. I ended up taking my stuff and leaving that day and going and staying somewhere else.

The hotel room was clean. The breakfast room was not. The pool area next door was not. I was there for 4 days and the heating trays that keep the food warm were never cleaned. I saw the same dried up food each morning on the outside of the warmers! The pool area had broken furniture and cigarette butts everywhere. I asked if they’d clean it so my family could use it, was told they would, they never did. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness of the hotel needs to be improved. The first room we were given had some dead bugs, dirt and debris on the bed skirt at the head of the bed. We were given a suite that was pretty clean

Hotel was clean and inviting. Staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and fairly spacious. Bathroom was clean; however, the water pressure in the shower could’ve been greater. I’d recommend the Sleep Inn to anyone staying in Gallatin.

The bathroom wasn’t clean upon arrival. Bad dirty stain in tub and shower area. They don’t regularly clean the rooms like most hotels that I’ve stayed in. Don’t waste your money here. There are better hotels right in the same vicinity. I would never stay here again.

The room was spacious and nice!!! Loved the Huge shower and we arrived early and they so gracious enough to check us in early. Only con was that the ac unit was kinda loud and I could hear every step the guest upstairs made!

Check-In: Terrible & Upsetting The room was booked and paid in full 3 days before arrival. At check-in we were told a card was needed to put “on file” for incidentals. I provided a card that was not going to be used during our visit and I had frozen it. I asked if the card would be ran and was told it would not, so therefore it didn’t matter that it was frozen. After parking, we entered the front lobby to go to our room and the front desk person yelled loudly “your card was declined, you can’t proceed to the room”! There were 4-6 other customers waiting and heard him yell. It was very embarrassing and unprofessional. I explained that the card was not “declined” but it was frozen because we didn’t plan to use it. I also reminded him that he told us it would not be ran, only “put on file”. The hold amount was $150! So in addition to the $249 charge for the 2 night stay, he was trying to process a $150 “hold” after saying he would not actually run it. I became very upset and to avoid further humiliation I walked off crying. After a 6 hour drive, it was very disheartening to have this happen. Noise & Interruptions: The first morning there, housekeeping was beating on the door at 8am! She said she was not aware we had a 2 night stay and apologized. At 8:30am the next morning, a male staff member was yelling at a female staff member in a foreign language right outside our door. It woke us up and we had to ask them to please relocate. Nice place, but an unpleasant experience.

Staff was very pleasant. Rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and the options were kept “full” during the whole breakfast session. Was told “thank you” multiple times for choosing to stay there or they were “happy” that I chose to stay with them. Will definitely stay there again.

We have stayed here twice and both times we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, clean rooms, comfy beds, and the free breakfast. Everyone working there is friendly and it is conveniently located near stores and restaurants. We will definitely be back when travelling to Gallatin!

Love the location, the hotel was clean, and staff was very friendly, only down fall was out side every exit was piles of beer cans, could have cleaned up the outside better

I always stay in this motel when im in this area. Nice and clean rooms. Easy check in and the young lady at front desk does great service.Good breakfast bar . Close to restaurants and shopping

Breakfast was cold and oj gross, bed was comfortable, bath had mold, toilet ran, sink drained poorly, staff was friendly, public restroom very dirty. I would not go here again.

Room was clean and comfortable, close to everything we needed. Breakfast was an 8 on a 1-10 scale, food could be kept hotter. Good selections.

Checkin was pleasant. Room looked clean but when took your shoes off and walked around room for a period of time and then stepped into the shower, a black film would wash off the bottom of your feet. Carpet needs a good steam cleaning. The clothes drawers are lacking if you are staying for several days. The hang area is barely the size to hang shirts only. There was a tray that held coffee packs and cups but no coffee machine. Ice machine was pulled out of 2nd floor and had to go to main floor for ice. Breakfast area was very clean but not managed as many items were out and not restocked. The food chafing dish lids were up and food was cold. Then there was a pan of what looked like gravy away from the other food, but not labeled so not taking chances. On our departure day the food area lights were off. I guess they didnt want anyone to eat, even though there was food out. We aslo were informed that they didn't do room service every day but could cime down to desk as ask for towels. Okay value for the price

Very accommodating for our large group. Very clean and comfortable rooms and several nearby dining and shopping options. The evening desk clerk at check in time was very friendly. Only thing i would change is perhaps mixing up the breakfast a bit. We stayed here for five nights and breakfast was the same every morning. It was very good, but a little variety would be nice.

We have stayed here twice and both times we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, clean rooms, comfy beds, and the free breakfast. Everyone working there is friendly and it is conveniently located near stores and restaurants. We will definitely be back when travelling to Gallatin!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and great breakfast. Usually when a hotel offers “free breakfast “ it entails cereal and muffins. They offered eggs, sausage, waffles and more.

The hotel room was clean. The breakfast room was not. The pool area next door was not. I was there for 4 days and the heating trays that keep the food warm were never cleaned. I saw the same dried up food each morning on the outside of the warmers! The pool area had broken furniture and cigarette butts everywhere. I asked if they’d clean it so my family could use it, was told they would, they never did. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

The stay was ok. The rooms seemed clean however there was a weird smell esp in the bathroom, moreso like mildew. There are air fresheners in the room to block out the smell. The staff were nice. The breakfast wasn’t that good. Sleep Inn hotels have the small closets that only infants can fit their clothes in.

Not the best place we have ever stayed. Room smelled musty when we walked in. We cleaned the filters on the ac unit and put fabric softener sheets in them to help with the smell. The continental breakfast was lacking there was a little here and a little there, again I’ve definitely had better. I think it comes down to it that you get what you pay for. Will not be returning. I’ll spend the extra money next.
