The house was build in 1984 and it is still like this. The shower is old and dirty. The owner had to come because it was leaky and the whole bathroom was flooded. The matreses and the carpets are as old as the building and dirty. The garden is nice and big. The heating system was only working for a couple of time. However, we had a pleasant stay. The kitchen is well equipped, only the dishwascher is missing. The whole house needs a good cleaning.

Das Haus ist älter und einigermaßen gepflegt, der Garten ist riesig und sehr schön. Das Bad ist sehr klein max. 1 Meter breit daher gerade so ausreichend. Die Matratzen sind sehr alt und fleckig, müssten dringend getauscht werden. Unbequem da sehr durchgelegen. Küchenausstattung sehr umfangreich. Entfernung nach Roskilde 25 min. Kopenhagen 55 min. Hafen mit Bademöglichkeit ca. 5 min mit dem Auto in Gershojhaven. Kein Sandstrand in der Nähe. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub, wir würden nochmal buchen.

Sehr schönes Häuschen auf großem Grundstück. Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind super. Leider scheinen einige Vormieter der Verpflichtung zur Endreinigung nicht nachgekommen zu sein. In einigen Ecken lag Staub und die Fenster waren schmutzig. Die Kommunikation mit novasol war schwierig. Das callcenter arbeitete gut, aber Antwort auf meine Anfrage, wie das nun zu regeln wäre, kam nicht.
