Aloft by Marriott Cincinnati West Chester

The actual room was very nice and quiet. The area did not offer much. When the Aloft bar was closed on a Saturday night, the walking distance options were limited. It looks like this area is under development and may be better in the future.

Great place. Pool area heated does not count as heated pool.

Great location, great lobby bar and smoking area out back. Only weird thing is they never gave my room maid service during my stay…so came back late to unmade bed etc. I don’t know if that is a thing

Really friendly staff. The rooms were super clean. Softest bed ever. Love the vibe and atmosphere. We will definitely be staying here again. Will recommend to friends. The pool table and lounge with bar is a fun date night on our short trip. We can't wait to stay here again. 5 stars!

The lady at check in told us the pool was heated. It was not. It was so cold people were leaving. The rugs in the main lobby were very stained and that was off putting. The room was nice but we stayed 2 nights and they did not clean our room or replace our towels. My husband had to go to the desk and ask for fresh towels. It also stated that there were 2 restaurants on site. We did not see them. They did have a bar.

Very Hip & Modern. West the bartender remembers you from each visit. I travel for work & it's a home away from home! Your last question on survey sucks & no square for other. I all most want to erase everything I wrote. I will rethink if I will bring my business back.

We were under the impression when we booked this room that our room would have the large shower & bathroom area pictured online, and ours did not. We had traveled all day, finally showered and then I’d realized we should’ve just asked to upgrade rooms but at this point it was too late. The large shower was definitely one of the main things I was excited for so that was disappointing. The front desk person was very sweet and helpful for sure. The bar was closed as it was a Sunday that we had checked in and this was a huge reason we chose this hotel since we were celebrating my girlfriends birthday, so not having the restaurants or bar available definitely made this stay more average since we didn’t even plan to leave the hotel during our getaway. The room was nice and mostly clean, I will note that the floors appeared to have been dirty, like they needed to be swept and mopped all over but there was spilled coffee on the other side of the bed we slept in. Overall a decent stay, just wish we were aware of the bar not being open and all the rooms not having the shower we were looking forward to using. Made what could have been a great stay into an average one! Still will be back if we are ever in the area again.

Property was easy to access from I-75 and conveniently located with dining, shopping and entertainment all within minutes. Spacious lobby with a nice bar and pool table. Plenty of seating with areas for more personal conversations. Only thing that would add would be a breakfast. Great place to stay.

The hotel is beautiful and modern, the in app options are convenient and it’s really close to food options and entertainment. The only down points are the first set of towels in our room were stained and had to be replaced, the walls are thin so you can hear other’s conversations in the hall, and the shower doesn’t have shelves. That aside we would visit again.

Very nice staff. Very clean amd tidy

There was a used vape in the chair in the room when we checked in. I have two small children and they could have found and touched it. I told hotel staff, but nothing was done to correct it.

Staffer was friendly and expeditious with the check-in process. Hotel lobby permeated a fresh scent but was filthy. Numerous kids playing in a soccer may have contributed to it. The room was modern, clean and bed comfortable.

Arrived to room that was supposed to be king bed and pullout sofa. No pullout sofa and then the blinds would not go down past halfway. No privacy to get dressed or to sleep. Extremely bright in the room.

Walls are thin and it can get noisy.

We had late check in but everything was great. One of the best beds we’ve ever slept on. Shower was big enough for a couples shower.

The hotel itself was clean and had a beautiful modern look, which we really appreciated after a long trip. However, the front desk service was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. After traveling 15 hours from Texas, I realized I had forgotten my ID. The reservation was under my name, but it had been paid in full with my husband’s credit card—and he had his ID and card on hand. I explained the situation to the front desk agent, but he was completely unhelpful and showed no empathy. They made us call customer service to get the name changed, and even the rep on the phone confirmed that my husband’s ID and card should have been sufficient. Since we booked through Hotels.com, I had to call them too. They updated the reservation and sent a receipt with my husband’s name, but the front desk still wouldn’t accept it because it hadn’t updated in their system. I called Hotels.com again, and even when their rep spoke directly with the hotel, it still wasn’t enough—they insisted on contacting their billing department. Keep in mind, we had already paid in full on March 20. After an exhausting hour and a half of back-and-forth, they finally let us check in using my husband’s ID and card. Honestly, this experience was enough to make me never want to book a stay with this hotel again. The lack of flexibility and customer care was unacceptable, especially after such a long journey.

My stay was overall decent but terrible staff, very rude, and unprofessional.

Had an issue with payment as we checked in, because of miscommunication through booking with a thrid party. Was resolved rather quickly. It was advertised as having a sit down breakfast & dinner restaurant, which is not true & just snacks. Rooms were pretty clean for the most part, staff was friendly, & there's a ton of restaurants & stores around the area.

Very nice hotel. Room and common areas were all clean. There is plenty of parking and its close to the freeway.

It is in convenient location, the room was clean, and the staff were welcoming.

Stayed at this hotel due to it's close proximity to family, but I really enjoyed the wine bar and restaurants that were directly across the street, and the coffee shops that were just up the road. The hotel is tucked in a quiet nook, the rooms were spacious, and I didn't really hear noise once people were in their rooms. There's also charging for electric cars. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. My main Con is more so a preference: Wish there was something to hold the soap in the shower.

It was a great weekend getaway for my family and I. We loved the staff and how convenient the restaurants around the hotel were to get to!

I’m a super nice location convenient to the expressway

Very nice rooms and lobby, pool and exercise equipment. Only thing is no breakfast or food, but with all the awesome places to eat why eat at the hotel.
