Upon arrival the staff noticed that i booked an accessible room and asked if we needed it which we did not. She booked us into another room and made sure we had a window room and not an interior. The room was very clean and had no problems other than very slow to heat water in the shower and low water pressure. Housekeeping knocked on our door very aggressively at 930am and woke us, I guess I should have put out the do not disturb sign. There was a glass in the hallway the night of check-in and it was still there when we left. Housekeeping had to walk right by it when she left from banging on our door. Check-in staff was nice, bed was comfy, and the hotel was nice as usual.

The location was great. I have stayed here multiple times before. However this time the bed was horribly uncomfortable. The room was kind of clean. I can tell the property is aging. Parking is not included and hard to find unless you want to pay. Bar very limited and takes a while for service even if not busy. Probably will not stay again.

We loved our stay here and will definitely be back! The location was great and the room was very nice! The property was clean and felt very upscale!

Hilton Inn rooms do not have enough light in the rooms but overall it is a great hotel. They recently had a procedure change in their parking validation and maybe new hires. We were supposed to be given a “white card” for parking in the garage but it was not given to us. It was not given to my family at their check-in. The gentleman that checked us in said they no longer validate and we just pay on our own. When speaking to cust sevice they said parking was 12.00. Frustrating! Parking is a 1 star and first time our tub did not drain well. But we’ll be back.
