The front desk personnel was helpful, accurate, and quick. We got no housekeeping service in our room, which was fine, but there was no signage to indicate that. It would have been nice to know so that we could have gotten towels, makeup remover towelettes, cups, coffee, etc. before coming back late at night and not realizing something was needed until ready for bed and unable to go back to the desk. On the morning of checkout, I received an email with my bill which included charges from the market and restaurant that were not charged by us. A trip to the front desk soon solved the issue. I did not get the lady’s name who helped me, but I wish I had. She was friendly and solve the issue to my satisfaction. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, quiet, convenient, and comfortable.

Stayed here for the Cincinnati Open 2025 - excellent choice for location for getting to the Linder Tennis facility (or Kings Island) and easy enough to get downtown. This Courtyard was very clean throughout! Our room was very spacious and had the amenities we like. While we did not eat or have drinks at the bar, they were well staffed and graciously provided plates, cutlery and glassware for us to take to the room (meats, cheeses and a baguette from Findlay Market was dinner in the room). Plenty of food / drink options and other store options nearby. Our only less than perfect stars was that our room did need to have some doors leveled and tightened. Yes, we would stay here again.

There was no housekeeping and we were forced to go get our own towels and tissues from the front desk. The clerk said because he was the only one there but when we got down to the desk that was not accurate. Bathroom was not particularly clean either and this hotel is off the beaten path so location isn’t the best either.

The room we booked was listed as ADA compliant. Yes there were grab bars my the toilet and in the bathtub, but the shower part could use some rethinking. The actual shower chair , though designed to fold up against the wall for non ADA guests, could not be raised all the way as one grab bar was in the way. Also, the chair should have been positioned more toward the water/shower controls. I had to lean out much further than I was comfortable, nearly falling off the bench. Just saying that situation is ripe for a lawsuit if someone were to fall and injure themself.

Location was good and very quiet however it would be advantageous if breakfast was served until 10:30 AM. Also I checked in on Tuesday evening no housekeeping provided to my room until Thursday afternoon which was. only change of towels and wastebaskets no vacuum of the carpet or making up of the bed during my entire 3 night stay. Rate I paid should afford daily room cleaning. Raina was the person whose card was in the room. Only saw her Thursday afternoon before I was on way out.

There was no housekeeping and we were forced to go get our own towels and tissues from the front desk. The clerk said because he was the only one there but when we got down to the desk that was not accurate. Bathroom was not particularly clean either and this hotel is off the beaten path so location isn’t the best either.

Location was good and very quiet however it would be advantageous if breakfast was served until 10:30 AM. Also I checked in on Tuesday evening no housekeeping provided to my room until Thursday afternoon which was. only change of towels and wastebaskets no vacuum of the carpet or making up of the bed during my entire 3 night stay. Rate I paid should afford daily room cleaning. Raina was the person whose card was in the room. Only saw her Thursday afternoon before I was on way out.

Stayed here for the Cincinnati Open 2025 - excellent choice for location for getting to the Linder Tennis facility (or Kings Island) and easy enough to get downtown. This Courtyard was very clean throughout! Our room was very spacious and had the amenities we like. While we did not eat or have drinks at the bar, they were well staffed and graciously provided plates, cutlery and glassware for us to take to the room (meats, cheeses and a baguette from Findlay Market was dinner in the room). Plenty of food / drink options and other store options nearby. Our only less than perfect stars was that our room did need to have some doors leveled and tightened. Yes, we would stay here again.

The front desk personnel was helpful, accurate, and quick. We got no housekeeping service in our room, which was fine, but there was no signage to indicate that. It would have been nice to know so that we could have gotten towels, makeup remover towelettes, cups, coffee, etc. before coming back late at night and not realizing something was needed until ready for bed and unable to go back to the desk. On the morning of checkout, I received an email with my bill which included charges from the market and restaurant that were not charged by us. A trip to the front desk soon solved the issue. I did not get the lady’s name who helped me, but I wish I had. She was friendly and solve the issue to my satisfaction. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, quiet, convenient, and comfortable.

I am writing regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I had a reservation that has already been fully paid for, but I understand that due to my earlier checkout, a refund is not being considered. The bistro and the Starbucks were not open on arrival or all day Saturday, which was an inconvenience. The space between floors is clearly not insulated as I could hear the people above walking which sounded like stomping and doors slamming. This occurred well after midnight and again at 4:33. Also, not having complimentary breakfast is a downfall as well. I wouldn’t stay again.
