Questo complesso di appartamenti si trova a Boyne Falls e vanta una posizione strategica nei pressi di un parco acquatico e vicino alla spiaggia. Boyne Heritage Center e Elm Pointe Historical Museum sono due delle principali attrazioni culturali della zona. Per gli amanti delle attività, invece, due tappe fondamentali sono Boyne Mountain e Campo da golf Monument Golf Course. Lavender Hill Farm è un'ottima meta per una serata fuori, e anche Parco Acquatico Avalanche Bay è una buona destinazione, se viaggi con dei bambini. This property was perfect for our family of 3 but easily could have handled 5-6 people in my opinion. Location was better than I could have expected. We literally could ski right down the Boyneland run to the condo backdoor. This made it really easy to get on and off the slopes during the day. Only complaint was parking. If you have multiple vehicles it may be tight on a busy weekend. Otherwise great experience already looking to rent this place again next year.

Our stay was great we loved the location of the condo ,it was very clean and tidy ,,we messaged Nader when we made our first down payment he was very quick to respond,, and answered all all our questions! We had a 15 passenger van and a 12 x 8 trailer,, they had enough parking by the condo for two vehicles,, but we couldn’t keep the trailer by the condo it was kind of confusing ,,, but I called Nader and he helped me through it to find the right spot to park our trailer, I appreciate the abruptness on phone calls and text messages. If we decide to go in the future ,I recommend to go with This ski in ski out condo!

The condo is less than desirable on outside, but very clean beds were comfortable and is really nice location for all activities! The pool Is right there, the condo was clean and had almost everything we could need. My only suggestion would be more towels. With a condo that sleeps eight, they only have four towels in each bathroom. For a 3-4 day stay that is a lot of reuse. My suggestion would be add a few pool or beach towels would be a nice addition. Other than that it was nice we actually rebooked for another stay. The communication was very easy and we were happy with the overall experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this condo at least 4 times and love it! The location is perfect for skiers and families! The kitchen is fully stocked (minus a pair of scissors). The new hard floors are very nice, but bring a few extra towels for wet gear (we brought 2 and could've used more). They used to have an awesome ski holder on the wall that has been removed. The property manager was quick to respond with check in info. We didn't need to contact them for any other concerns. We will definitely be back!

We booked in short notice for a 3 day ski trip in late March. Family of 4 with younger kids. The location couldn’t have been better for them. This location is only 50 yards or so from the Boyneland chair lift and a short 2-3 minute walk to the main lodge. The place was clean and roomy, beds were relatively comfortable. We would consider this place again due to all of those reasons. However, couple things to note. There is baseboard heating in each room and it can be very loud, especially trying to sleep. The rooms are broken up a bit so the temperature would vary room to room. I assume this is the same for all of the condos in these buildings as they older. The fireplace was nice to have though. There were very few towels provided, 4 in total. The back door sticks a bit and is difficult to close. Note this when leaving out the back. There was not really an area for our ski equipment. The day we were checking out, at 9:15am the cleaner walked through the door unannounced without knocking. I told her we would be leaving by 9:45. The cleaner then told the property manager that we said we weren’t leaving for a couple more hours and I received a text saying check out was at 10am and needed to check out by that time. I then had to explain what actually happened and the host was apologetic. We were packing up and having breakfast when she barged through the door. Next time will always use the deadbolt.

We have 3 small boys and they were sooo excited about the bunk room and the bathroom was huge for them. The kitchen had everything you would need, bedding was super comfortable. Be aware the pool does get loud for the front bedrooom at night but we loved having it steps away from our door. With the other room in the back it didn’t bother us. Loved it and would definitely come back!

We appreciated the easy access to the slopes, nice view, roomy bedrooms, high ceilings, two stocked kitchens, and clean! The living areas are small (soft seating for 4 up, 6 down) but doable for our family. We did family movie nights downstairs where there are French doors leading to an attractive lit patio. The closed-in loft is very private with its own bathroom. Two bedrooms, and two bathrooms are located on the main floor. We found parking off of the deck to be great for unpacking/packing which eliminates the steps in the front of the building. Owners were quick to respond to any questions. We had plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags for our 5 night stay. You do need to bring shampoo and body wash. This was our first trip to Boyne although our 5th family ski trip. We enjoyed the area and all it had to offer, especially the indoor water park for an evening activity. We deeply appreciate the owners sharing their home!

The condo was everything the picture and description promised. Our family goes up for the Tournament of Champions every year and this condo met our needs perfectly. The proximity to the pool was wonderful as this year we were traveling with our new 9 month old grandson. Renee was a wonderful communicator and responded almost immediately to any question we had. looking forward to next year! Amy

We had a great time! Almost everything was great! A couple of suggestions would be to have the primary tub jets cleaned it looked really gross. Also the fabric softener or the detergent used to clean the bedding was EXTREMELY over powering! We are not that sensitive to smells, but it was WAY too much. Overall a great stay!!!, just some suggestions. Oh and the front steps to get in is in poor condition, be careful.

Very nice, clean condo. Good location, walking distance to Boyne Mountain Resort. Good communication with the host prior to check in although on day of check in we didn't receive the access code until after check in and we sent an email an hour before check in and didn't get a response. A half hour after check in we called multiple times and sent texts until we finally got an answer. The host apologized that the welcome email didn't go through and everything worked out fine in the long run. We were just very concerned for a while that we were not going to be able to get in. Once we got in, the condo was perfect. We had 18 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. It was very clean and well maintained. The only other issue was I asked the host ahead of time if it would be an issue for my mom because she is handicapped and would have a problem with stairs. He told me there were only 4 stairs at the entrance so we thought it wouldn't be too much to help her in. He did not mention the 8 stairs she would have to go down and then go back up the 4 stairs. We got her in and out but it took a while with a few men helping her in and out. I would not recommend to a handicap person who has a problem with stairs. Once we got her inside, she was good though, no other problems. I would recommend this condo.

We had a great weekend with family…the kids loved the water park and the guys loved the golf course! It helped that the weather was perfect. The unit was clean and was the ideal size for sleeping space and gathering space. We would definitely recommend.

The property was fantastic for a couple of days away with friends and family. It was my wife’s Birthday and she said she couldn’t haven’t asked for a more perfect spot. We had a Dinner for 12 and the kitchen had everything we needed. The downstairs was especially nice to have since my kids decided to stay up until five in the morning playing cards. We closed the door and never heard them. Everyone had a great time. Planning to go back next year.

We had three generations of skiers together and had plenty of space. Everyone loved the access to the slopes and the host is very responsive. Highly recommend this location.

The unit was perfect for our group of three families. The ski-in and ski-out location was easy to locate and use even for the little ones! The bedrooms were generously sized and comfortable. We liked having the extra kitchen on the lower level and all the utensils and double coffee makers. The cozy blankets in all the bedrooms were very much appreciated on the very cold days during our trip! We are already looking forward to our next trip next winter. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us!

This property was perfect for our extended family of 10. Plenty of space for both kids and adults to spread out and enjoy. The location was fantastic for hitting the slopes and the house was well appointed with everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Boyne!

Had a great experience with our group of 10 (2 families) for a ski weekend. The condo is very spacious w/ 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 living spaces. Additionally it is very convenient to the slopes and village.

We had plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags for our 5 night stay. You do need to bring shampoo and body wash. This was our first trip to Boyne although our 5th family ski trip. We enjoyed the area and all it had to offer, especially the indoor water park for an evening activity. We deeply appreciate the owners sharing their home!
We appreciated the easy access to the slopes, nice view, roomy bedrooms, high ceilings, two stocked kitchens, and clean! The living areas are small (soft seating for 4 up, 6 down) but doable for our family. We did family movie nights downstairs where there are French doors leading to an attractive lit patio. The closed-in loft is very private with its own bathroom. Two bedrooms, and two bathrooms are located on the main floor. We found parking off of the deck to be great for unpacking/packing which eliminates the steps in the front of the building. Owners were quick to respond to any questions. Our stay was great we loved the location of the condo ,it was very clean and tidy ,,we messaged Nader when we made our first down payment he was very quick to respond,, and answered all all our questions! We had a 15 passenger van and a 12 x 8 trailer,, they had enough parking by the condo for two vehicles,, but we couldn’t keep the trailer by the condo it was kind of confusing ,,, but I called Nader and he helped me through it to find the right spot to park our trailer, I appreciate the abruptness on phone calls and text messages. If we decide to go in the future ,I recommend to go with This ski in ski out condo!

The condo was perfect for our multi-generational family. Our hosts thought of everything we might require for our stay: comfortable beds, plenty of towels, a very well appointed kitchen(2 actually), and unexpected extras like cozy throws, games, and additional seating at the table. We were able to walk to the slopes and the entirety of the resort. And, our hosts were responsive and made us truly feel like their valued guests.

We booked in short notice for a 3 day ski trip in late March. Family of 4 with younger kids. The location couldn’t have been better for them. This location is only 50 yards or so from the Boyneland chair lift and a short 2-3 minute walk to the main lodge. The place was clean and roomy, beds were relatively comfortable. We would consider this place again due to all of those reasons. However, couple things to note. There is baseboard heating in each room and it can be very loud, especially trying to sleep. The rooms are broken up a bit so the temperature would vary room to room. I assume this is the same for all of the condos in these buildings as they older. The fireplace was nice to have though. There were very few towels provided, 4 in total. The back door sticks a bit and is difficult to close. Note this when leaving out the back. There was not really an area for our ski equipment. The day we were checking out, at 9:15am the cleaner walked through the door unannounced without knocking. I told her we would be leaving by 9:45. The cleaner then told the property manager that we said we weren’t leaving for a couple more hours and I received a text saying check out was at 10am and needed to check out by that time. I then had to explain what actually happened and the host was apologetic. We were packing up and having breakfast when she barged through the door. Next time will always use the deadbolt.

We’ve stayed at Boyne for many years. The location of this unit was superior to any of the others with easy access to the top of the bunny hill, which was convenient for kids and adults alike. Property owners were kind and thoughtful. Thanks for a fun week!

Excellent customer service and communication. Cleanly property and perfect location to our conference. We had a minor hiccup with the access code, but it was resolved within a minute. We plan to book for next year!

The condo was everything the picture and description promised. Our family goes up for the Tournament of Champions every year and this condo met our needs perfectly. The proximity to the pool was wonderful as this year we were traveling with our new 9 month old grandson. Renee was a wonderful communicator and responded almost immediately to any question we had. looking forward to next year! Amy

This property was perfect for our family of 3 but easily could have handled 5-6 people in my opinion. Location was better than I could have expected. We literally could ski right down the Boyneland run to the condo backdoor. This made it really easy to get on and off the slopes during the day. Only complaint was parking. If you have multiple vehicles it may be tight on a busy weekend. Otherwise great experience already looking to rent this place again next year.

An overall perfect spot for experienced skiers and first-timers. Located right at the bottom of the ski school and bunny hill, and just feet from one of the main ski lifts, this small cabin is in a perfect spot. Easy to ski in/out. Cozy. Updated for the most part. Bathrooms could use a little bit of work and the tub doesn’t drain well in one of the rooms (with bunk bends). But overall it is an amazing spot. Owners are incredibly responsive and professional and easy to communicate with. We had trouble finding the exact location given all the emails and confirmations VRBO sends, and I just simply texted the owner and got an immediate response. Will definitely be back with my family.

Had a great experience with our group of 10 (2 families) for a ski weekend. The condo is very spacious w/ 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 living spaces. Additionally it is very convenient to the slopes and village.

The property was fantastic for a couple of days away with friends and family. It was my wife’s Birthday and she said she couldn’t haven’t asked for a more perfect spot. We had a Dinner for 12 and the kitchen had everything we needed. The downstairs was especially nice to have since my kids decided to stay up until five in the morning playing cards. We closed the door and never heard them. Everyone had a great time. Planning to go back next year.

The Host was great, she owns a wonderful condo. The location couldn't be better it was literally 25 ft to the ski slope. The condo had three bedrooms and three bathrooms, just upgraded, everything was super nice and the unit had everything you would need, dishes, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, plenty of glasses and coffee mugs. Our family had a great time skiing the mountain, this was the best ski in & ski out location we ever stayed at, that includes numerous trips out west. Thanks the Sorokin family

Everything was good! We typically stay more towards the heart of everything, but for the room, price and location to the slopes, it was a great property. I would say the house is average for the Boyne area. Nothing was extraordinary (better all around than staying down in the village), but very typical for a place that houses plenty of people based on size, and for the brutality of the sport on a home, it was as expected! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We were able to stay toasty warm, ski the length of the cabin’s row/ street to access the lift (far better than walking it in skis boots down at the lodge!) plenty of room for our party of 10 (5 kids 4-17) and 5 adults. We made plenty of meals in house with the kitchen supplies. I was glad I had already decided to bring our own coffee as there wasn’t any in house (maybe the only downside for most lol) I was pleasantly surprised that the house was very “sound proof.” While the adults slept in the “basement” or 1st floor, we did not hear steps above us or talking or anything which was lovely! Rooms were dark as well! Plenty of bathrooms for everyone and space for eating and playing games. We stayed at the lodge previously with the same family, and they also expressed how nice and much better the space was than the lodge. We were very grateful for the stay during a very busy season!
