The property advertised a pool and was close to where I was going. When me and my kids arrived the pool was full of dirt and weeds, sheets had burn holes in them, tv didn’t work, about 10 dead crickets in the room. The place was very unsafe and I was not going to put my kids in danger at this hotel. I asked for my money back, but was refused by hotel management. I didn’t care about the loss, just didn’t want my kids in this unsafe environment. My advice is to stay FAR AWAY!!

According to the listing there was supposed to be a pool and sadly it looked to have been filled with in with concrete…also we found several live roaches and when I reported to the front desk, the lady just handed me a business card and told me to contact the owner at another time…

Walls were dirty, there were blood stains on the covers, and the tub was filthy. There was also a hole on the ceiling, in the bathroom and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. Before we made it to the room, one of the staff went & checked the room to make sure it was clean and came back and said it was good. That was unacceptable, and very disappointing.

Absolutely disastrous stay. The sheets were dirty the tub had visible plaster on it. The towels were old and rough. Super loud outside you could hear everything outside including the passing traffic. No noice canceling windows. Also, the room had cockroaches !!

my room was nasty... ugh. I generally don't complain because I just need a place to lay my head when I travel - but this needs a complaint. Bugs, hair in the shower, when the place was cleaned rags were left, no sheet on the bed - just the blanket which creeped me out a little. So many bugs... and I get it's Texas... but... gross.

Room was terrible. We killed dozens of cockroaches. Holes in the bathroom door, stains and not a clean room. There was no ironing board or hangers. Highly would not recommend. I’d avoid this dirty motel.

Was my first n my very last staying at this studio 6. I must say i do travel n leisure to check hotel rooms n this one location is very loud. No communication whatsoever. Everyone is in there own world n dont listen. I checked in Wednesday night fell asleep n woke up to a bed bug right dead center on my face....i took it straight to office n they did absolutely nothing. I read studio 6 rules n regulations.....they did not follow one rule....they did even bother to take care of the solution...let alone move me. I called corporate and try to.escelate the saftey n hazardous of my health n the fact i broke out n had lots of bites from the bug...i went to emergency room 2 twice to get treated to only get kicked out n they didnt like the fact i called corp on them

The room was spacious. For me, I enjoyed the bed. However, my wife thought that the bed was not hard enough. If I needed to use the desk in the room, it did not have a lamp to use at night. The exit sign was not lit. One of the second story lights needed to be repaired. The staff was friendly and helpful. Being close to the highway presents a person to highway noises.

Room was pretty clean. Bed was comfortable and firm. HVAC was very cold and relatively quiet. Bathroom was sad shape with low water pressure and very dated, well used to say the least. Bathroom reno attempted, but looks like they just slapped some stuff together and then quit.

Check in quick and easy, room clean, bed comfy, could use larger drapes because the parking lot lights shine through deficits in window coverings the room was never dark enough to quickly fall asleep- thicker window coverings may drown out some road noise as well. The room has large frig, microwave, toaster convient touch! Walking distance to a few resturants. I think it was the value I paid for!

If I had gotten in any earlier I would have left and looked for another hotel. I had reserved a king room, and received a queen. The bathtub, towels, and bed were not particularly clean. The motel is right on the side of the highway and was noisy. Definitely would not recommend. The photos of the listing are of another hotel or the hotel in a much different era of its existence.

At check-in night auditor was very rude and horrible attitude. Rooms are nothing like the pictures they have online. Dingy and dirty sheets were on the bed. Room was not cleaned properly. Tv and remote broken. People were walking around outside. Didn’t stay left after 30 minutes of checking in. Roaches were walking across floors like they owned the place. Broken mirror and hole in the wall.

Roaches, rude staff. Loud banging on the door at 10:15am, no identification. Check out is 11, was told to "hurry up." Reminded person that I had the room until 11, response was "Eff You." I can overlook a lot of things beyond staff control, but not rudeness.

The people staying in the room next to us go in a loud verbal argument around three am with the husband beating on the door for over a hour with no intervention, there was old beans in the sink rain and roaches, the showers were terrible. Location gives a very unsafe feel. However I will say the lady at the front desk was fantastic.

Pet friendly; good value; central location to where I wanted to go; quick access to highway. Needed a trash can in the room. Also a mini- shampoo & conditioner.

Check in quick and easy, room clean, bed comfy, could use larger drapes because the parking lot lights shine through deficits in window coverings the room was never dark enough to quickly fall asleep- thicker window coverings may drown out some road noise as well. The room has large frig, microwave, toaster convient touch! Walking distance to a few resturants. I think it was the value I paid for!

Unfortunately, the condition of the room was far below expectations. The room was not clean, and I found bugs both in the room and in the shower area. The shower was not functioning properly, and the coffee pot provided was also dirty. Additionally, the window in my room was cracked, and there was no secondary lock on the door, which made me feel very unsafe during my stay. I hope you will take these issues seriously and address them to ensure a better experience for future guests. I would appreciate a response regarding how you plan to resolve this matter.

There was no coffee available for the maker. There were multble roachs/spiders in the room. The bedding was very minimal which presented a very uncomfortable sleep, i.e. lack of blankets. I was very disappointed in this hotel.😝

Noisy location. Not enough towels. Certainly not what the photos portrayed: no dishes in the room, only one disposal coffee cup for the in room coffee maker. Room service made the beds and did not refresh the coffee supplies or towels. I guess you get what you paid for.

The only good things that I can say about the place is that it was reasonably quiet, the bed was reasonably comfortable and the shower water was nice and hot. Everything else was very bad: cleanliness (cockroaches in the unit, and spots on the "white" linens), use of space (nothing in a space that could have held a table and/or chairs), no iron or ironing board, no microwave, no breakfast, a hole in the back of the bathroom door, peeling paint, rusty hinges. The worst was that I checked out two days early, and the staff didn't answer any calls or emails from Hotwire to approve a partial refund of my payment. DO NOT STAY HERE: the Super 8 next door has to be a better choice (especially since it provides breakfast).

Staff was great when you could get to them. I had to stand at the front a few times until someone came to the front. They canceled my room at first cuz i got in late from driving. My AC was leaking for the first day or 2. Roaches were everywhere in my room and i never had warm water in my room. My sheets had holes in them and the key card was giving me issues. they say they have kitchenettes but there’s only a fridge and a microwave like all hotels. The shower also has mold in it. Personally would never stay again and i travel for work and see a lot of bad hotels and good hotels but this was one of the worst ones.

I mean all in all it was OK might’ve been a couple cockroaches. At least there was no bedbugs and there was a towel hanging up that was not the hotel towel so they might be a little bit more clean and some other things all it was OK.
