My Place Hotel-Bozeman, MT

Parking was easy.

Very nice motel and rooms. They offer breakfast for a price but it is delivered to your room in the evening so you can warm it up in your microwave. Would much rather see a buffet. We have dogs. Very convenient areas for them and they provide cleanup bags in the dog area.

Clean. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Well configured room and bathroom If you need a quick snack their little market has some sensible options and is well priced.

Only 2 things that we wished it could have had was a continental breakfast and a pool but it was better than we were expecting. Would stay again.

Half of the parking lot had no lights at all. Hallways stunk of cooking. It was alright but I would not visit again.

Missing the little things like ice , laundry bags. Over all conditions of property were less than expected.

Checking in with Max S, he was very professional and efficient about telling us all the available amenities. We are traveling with 2 golden retrievers. Very accommodating of pets too. The room was super clean, nice full size refrigerator and microwave. This is a very nice property. Price is very reasonable even with the pet charge. We will stay here again if we travel through Bozeman

We arrived late at night and we’re traveling through The room was filthy. There was empty beer can in the trash, the floor hasn’t been vacuumed in a long time. And the toilet was disgusting. We slept on top of the blankets instead taking a chance

Not very clean. Bathtub had a ring around it, drain would not stand upright to open rather went down and closed. Dirt stained wall next to door/light switch. Bed not comfortable at all

Very clean room. Everything was spotless and well maintained. The room smelled amazing upon entering. Hotel is close to shopping and dining.

The room wasn’t ready but the clerk got me all checked in so when I came back I needed to just pick up my room key. The room & bathroom were so clean!

Floor was dirty in bathroom and entry tiles not supposed to have black specks. Room was ok. Area was convenient near Costco and Outback Steakhouse. Room smelled of bleach. Very strongly of bleach. So much so my daughter thought there was a pool. Bed nearest door faintly had a nasty smell though the bleach unsure what it was. I couldn’t sleep. However I do have allergies and room set them off. Although kitchenette no dishes / pots and pans.

It was a no frills but clean and comfortable hotel in a convenient location. Staff was friendly.c all in all a solid choice. Room had a full fridge and kitchenette including a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and stove top. Pots and pans, silverware, dishes etc are not included, but I knew this ahead of time by reading other reviews. We bought paper/plasticware at Target. Didn’t use the stovetop. Bathroom was spacious but could have benefited from more counter space. Need a mirror on the other side of the door or somewhere else in the main room so there was a way to get ready while the bathroom is occupied.

The room was fine overall with the exception of a very slow drain in the bathroom sink. The lobby was small and a little cramped. The property sits very close to the freeway and it’s pretty noisy. I would give the hotel a rating between 7 and 7.5.

Toilet was not functional, front desk acknowledged but no resolution. Has to use the bathroom in lobby early in the morning since we had to check out early. Room has a kitchen stove to cook, but no pots and pans. Laughable. They expect the guests to bring pans in the luggage. When we asked for it, front desk had no logical explanation

Liked the comfortable bed, the quiet even though it was close to the interstate, the full-sized refrigerator and the kitchen set-up. Nothing to dislike.

It was fine, staff was nice and accommodating. We were just traveling through, needed a place to lay our heads for a good nights sleep. Only complaint is the walls are very thin! Could hear everything in next room and hallways.

I had a unit with a kitchenette. There are no pans, no plates, no utilensils. A kitchen that you can't use. Stupid

I call my night here truars and truckers!!! Couldn't sleep. Gave up at 2 am. Called front desk, sold out of earplugs... gee, wonder why. Couldn't move rooms, was sold out. Every 30 seconds was a truck or train going by!!! I wound up sleeping in the bathroom (quieter due to its wall) on the floor with 3 extra comforters Lynn brought me. It was actually more comfortable than the hard bed mattress. If you're going to stay here, bring ear plugs or make sure you get in early and get a room opposite of the highway! Why didn't they put in sound resistant windows when they built? They knew the highway and train tracks are right there! Missed opportunity!

Road noise, very thin walls. Could hear neighbors talking all night. Slamming doors!!! Unfortunately, I will most likely never stay at this property again.

Staff was very helpful in an early check-in due do a medical appointment. They greeted us with all the paperwork which made for a speedy check in. The room was clean and cozy. Easy access to the freeway and main roads, and shopping and restaurants.

The front desk man was fabulous and I was lucky to get an early check in!

The property and room were both fine - nothing outstanding but no problems. They worked fine for what we wanted. The staff member who checked us in and out was extremely rude and also delayed our check-in, repeatedly telling us we didn’t have a reservation when it turns out she just didn’t type in the information correctly.

I have to travel a lot for work so I try out a lot of different hotels abroad and I can’t believe I’d never given this place a shot yet. The property was immaculate and the rooms are exceptional. That fella Max at the front desk is a good guy as well. Give the man a raise. 10/10 I’d recommend this place to anybody looking for the best bang for their buck.

The employees were super. I left my favorite pillow in the roomAnn's i called at around 3:00 pm and asked if it has been found. The front desk gentleman took my information and asked if any of the housekeeping staff had seen it and they said "no". The next day i got a call from the housekeeping manager and she had my pillow. She understood having a favorite pillow because she also had a favorite pillow. She sent it out by FedEx and I got it the day I got home. BUT the best part is that there was a drool spot on my pillowcase which was gone! She had washed my drooly pillowcase!!! Now That's exceptional custom service. That is going above and beyond. I say give that woman a raise. I wish I had gotten her name but I hope this comment reaches her.

Staff on duty was excellent!

Our experience was awful! We had a booking at this property and had even pre-paid for our room. But when we arrived to check in after a long drive and a long hard day, we were told that our room was not available because they were "overbooked", and we were one of many parties that were being sent to a Quality Inn instead. When we originally booked the room, there was no warning about this being a possibility, otherwise we'd have never booked a room there. And when this happened, there was NO APOLOGY whatsoever, and when we tried to speak to the manager about it (who the front desk clerk was on the phone with), the front desk clerk snapped and swore at us! He loudly shouted at us to stay the F away from his phone - even though he took our phone just a few moments before, to look at our booking. It was completely unnecessary and unprofessional to treat us this way! Rather than being apologetic for sending us away, he acted like we were the ones in the wrong. It's not right to swear at your customers! Everyone in the lobby was shocked. We ended up having to drive to the Quality Inn, which was miles away, and spend our night there. The bottom line is - do NOT book this place if you want to avoid this kind of hassle and hostile attitude. They'll simply turn you away if your room is being occupied by the previous party if that party decides to "extend their stay". So what good is your booking, if the previous occupant gets to call the shots? You are at their mercy!

Check in was great even though it was a woman who was new at doing so. She attempted to get her boss who just took off when we walked in, because she didn't know how to add a second CC for incidentals. She eventually let us in our rooms. Later, we came back after dinner to entry cards not working. The manager was there telling us he locked us out so we could add the second card. Fine, that was a little abrupt, but no big deal. Still not sure why I had to produce a second or different card than the one I booked with, but whatever. What rubbed us the wrong way was earlier when we were unloading our car and bringing stuff in, he came back and was basically scolding her for not doing something right, and it was awkward, embarassing, and very poor 'managing.' Dude needs to be taught professionalism. Later that night when we were trying to sleep, around 9:45, the same manager was in the hall, right by our door, yaking with someone loudly...for 15 minutes until my wife opened the door to look and maybe hint that people are trying to sleep. Anyway, the lady helping us was outstanding, great smile, welcoming, and started our stay off right. Then that dude kinda ruined it. Oh, he was outside our window later talking. Glad I brought foam earplugs with me. Parking lot was a little...scary...had to bring the truck rifle into the hotel for safety.

We were unable to stay because they were overbooked even though my reservation was made 8 months prior. Will not book with them again they sent us to a 2 star place in town which I was very unhappy about but turned out to be a decent place that I would book over My Place any day.

Nice property and reasonably priced. Great staff at the front desk.

Smaller hotel, convenient to MSU. Very friendly staff. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

I wasn't familiar with the my place brand but the hotel was rated highly as being clean and comfortable. It certainly lives up to its rating. The best surprise was that each room is spacious and has a small kitchen with a cooktop & table for two along with a full size fridge and trash can. We also found the location convenient with dining and retail a short drive away. Airport about 10 minutes.

First, I was mislead about breakfast being included in the price, which is already high considering the type of mediocre hotel it is. Second, the bathroom had hairs in the sink and bathtub. Third, the wi-fi service was horrible and fourth when I checked in the clerk at the front desk made me swipe my credit card 3 times, blaming a slow system for it. As a result, my credit card was charged twice for the stay. Now I have to make a claim to mi CC bank. Really a bad experience in a beautiful place like Bezeman.

Breakfast not included I mean you need to pay $7.49 to get frozen food delivered to your room to heat up in the microwave?!?!

Easy check-in and out with very courteous workers. Rooms are clean and in a great location for the airport. Only complaint would be that it doesn't serve free breakfast but that wasn't a big deal.

There was no free breakfast but coffee was available 24/7. This is not a 5star place but i had a small kitchen and a recliner tonsit in to watch tv, and a small dining area. It was perfect for me.
