we had a group of 15. 4 couples and 7 kids age 10 - 16. This place was fantastic. comfy beds, cold AC, 2 refrigerators in the kitchen / dining room. Good cookware in kitchen was a plus. Ample parking, trash dumpster, and fantastic river access. What more could you ask for. We would for sure book again and likely will.

Overall, I would say that the house was lovely. The outside and inside was nice, but there’s always room for improvement. The pans in kitchen were a little old. They probably need to be replaced (if you plan on cooking). We also had to fill up the propane tank to the fire pit outside. We had to pay for that. Other than that, everything was wonderful. There were lots of bathroom towels, sheets were all very clean, lots of pillows provided, communication was great and view was beautiful! Our family had an amazing time!!!

We fished, used the canoe, had a fire in the pit and had a wonderful time. Great location if you have several families with children. The river is extremely shallow right at the dock which makes it much safer for the kids!

We took in the new year with family. It was great walking into front door having a gift from host. The layout was great for all of us and the outdoor experience was great. We had access to river for early morning fishing and peaceful cup of coffee. The great outdoor area was great to help celebrate and take in the new year. The property was spacious, clean, everything we needed and more to celebrate new years.
