Greenwood Village Studio w/ Gym Access in Dtc!

Property was as described and nice, Brian our host was great to work with. Will definitely stay again when we go back to Denver.

Our stay had a little bump with a broken shower but it was quickly resolved. Communication was fantastic! It was quiet and close to everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here.

Check in was easy and host had many amenities to make stay welcoming. Cleanliness was the biggest drawback for this property.The carpeting is very dirty. The kitchen floor needs a good cleaning.

The rooms were clean and the location worked for our needs. However we were not allowed to change the temperature on the thermostat and it felt cold and stuffy at times. The fireplace did not work. The sheets did not stay on the beds which made for uncomfortable nights sleep. Also the blinds in one of the bedrooms didn’t work properly so it was hard to keep the room dark while sleeping. We ran out of toilet paper and had to buy our own. From the photos on the listing it looked like there was a side patio area right off of the unit. That was not the case.
