We had a great stay at this lovely Inn. It’s just on the edge of Palisade, across from the river. Wonderful king bed, nice back area with corn hole and a fire pit. The rooms are spotless, thoughtful and comfortable. Highly recommend!

One night stay on our way home to Denver and what a welcome surprise staying at The Homestead! First off, what a cozy place! Everything is so fresh and crisp from the excellent bedding and comfortable bed to the water-yes it comes from a reservoir in the mountains nearby! The back porch has a nice view with a firepit which is a perfect way to end a long travel day. We will definitely be back; especially to enjoy it in the summertime to do some wine tasting and peach sampling!

Wonderful newly renovated boutique motel! Everything that you need is at your fingertips from coffee maker, personal ice machine & fridge & freezer. Loved the hot water on demand!! Manicured grounds with fire pit and a view to die for. Friendly owners on site!!

This hotel was the best one we stayed in over our month trip in the US. Real care has been taken decorate the rooms in a fresh and modern way. The owners have really considered the customer, with a proper filter coffee machine , fresh ground coffee, and an ice maker. Lots of plug and phone sockets next to the beds. The room was spacious, and very comfortable. The only slight niggle was the walls were quite thin and we could clearly hear the conversation our neighbour had on the phone in his room but luckily he was quiet the rest of the time and didn’t disturb our stay. It has parking for your car right outside and is very convenient for Palisade. It had a lovely family feel and was clearly cared for. There is a little patio area at the back of your room which is south facing (well for rooms 1 to 5 I believe). There is a wood fire area you are encouraged to use and a nice decking area as well.

Loved this little motel. Easy check in, comfortable beds, nice amenities like full size coffee maker, good coffee & creamer in the room along with an ice maker of your very own. Owners were great at communicating with us. We will definitely book this motel next time we visit & bring our dog with us.

Amazing place to stay - Uber clean, classy modern decor, all the small touches that make a stay enjoyable! The bedding was particularly excellent, and we enjoyed sipping coffee on the patio with the mountains and vineyards in view. Mike and Cody are excellent hosts.

This is a charming place to stay with mountain views in front and back. Super comfortable and well laid out. It was great to have a quiet, restful night! They have everything you need. We appreciated the charging ports and plenty of plugs. Everything looks sparkling new and very clean.

Clean, cozy and enjoyable! I chose to stay here to support a family owned business as opposed to a hotel chain. I requested the addition of flowers and local goodies so I could surprise my husband. The owners did a great job with the request and it made our stay even more special. The only drawback, which the owner is aware of and working on, is that noise travels between the units. If you have loud kiddos or like your music or TV loud in the morning, please be considerate of others. If you relish quiet and privacy, speak softly and bring ear plugs. You’ll be comfy in the bed, the shower is spacious, the AC is great on those hot Palisade days, and in the evenings you can enjoy a relatively private patio and have a drink or smoke. The kitchen has everything you need to feel at home and the in-room ice machine was a huge help with beating the heat. I’d definitely stay here again.

This is really an amazing property that I very much enjoyed my short stay at. The town is incredibly quaint and the surroundings are gorgeous. They did an excellent job with the rooms and I was very happy with the stay. The staff/owners were extremely helpful and accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend this place.

The Homestead is truly a gem! The room was updated, clean, quiet, and amenities galore were available. The owners provided detailed information about our check-in process which was so appreciated. It was communicated numerous times that if there was anything we needed to just to reach out and ask. Thank you for that personable touch that is so hard to find these days. We will definitely return after such a wonderful stay.

10/10 highly recommended! You will not be disappointed. Absolutely loved everything about my stay- wish I could’ve stayed longer! Quiet, peaceful, relaxing, farmhouse feel with great views- & after a long day it was the best sleep I’ve gotten in a long time- so comfy and cozy-i will definitely be coming back! Thank you Homestead!

10/10 highly recommended! You will not be disappointed. Absolutely loved everything about my stay- wish I could’ve stayed longer! Quiet, peaceful, relaxing, farmhouse feel with great views- & after a long day it was the best sleep I’ve gotten in a long time- so comfy and cozy-i will definitely be coming back! Thank you Homestead!

This place is cute, rooms are incredibly well appointed. It is quiet and the outdoor spaces available really set it apart. There is great light and we really loved our semi-private patio with chairs. The gazebo was a fun place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.

This place is super cute. I love the new trend of taking an old motel and modernizing it. They’ve done a great job of that. They’ve even added a great fire pit and cornhole in the back. Perfect for the dogs and super comfortable. We will stay again anytime we are passing through.

The Homestead was a wonderful place with lots of character. we loved the extra attention to the amenities of the wine glasses and ice maker. Our little pooch loved the back area to play and explore. The checkin was an easy process and we enjoyed our stay!

This boutique motel is the perfect place to plan your visit to Palisade around. The hosts are great. The rooms are fresh and spotless. The backside of the property gives you great views and added space to sit out and enjoy a coffee in the morning or an end of day beverage. There’s nothing I would change. This was my second stay here and it will not be my last.
