Sun N Sand Resort

We had a very good and relaxing experience. The pond with waterfall and walking the fence line were wonderful. Clean rooms just the right size. The decking around upper level made for a nice place for coffee in the morning and pizza in the evening. A truly tranquil place.

Nice place and very relaxing

The place is a total dump!!! All of the doors have key pad locks that barely work, the "Double Queen Suite" was basically 2 dorm rooms with no place to sit except outside! No Wi-fi. The place was freezing with only an ancient heater and a wall space heater. The tub had standing water in it for 3 hours after taking a quick shower. The place is dirty and run down. We wouldn't have felt safe staying there if it hadn't been in the middle of no where. Old folks seemed to like staying there for some reason. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they were homeless, then this place might seem ok.

Nice stay, but neighbors were very loud all night. They were pounding the walls.
