We loved this hotel with the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the putting green. The employees were kind and helpful. The rooms were a bit dated.

Clean hotel with pool, hot tub, fitness center, pickle ball, golf course, restaurant/bar and free breakfast! Room was clean and comfortable. There was also a fire pit outside and the front desk lady said they would provide everything for us if we wanted to start a fire! We felt safe here.

Amazing service, quaint aesthetic, on site bar offered huge selection with the best pizza and salad in a library like setting with footbal on a large screen. Staff is stellar and genuinely care about your stay. Pool and hot tub amazing.

Great place to stay in Manistee! Went with my wife and three year old daughter and had a wonderful stay. Daughter played in the indoor pool, wife enjoyed the indoor hot tub. It happened to be cold the evening we were there, but they also had outdoor pool and hot tub options. As an additional note, we received an email from the manager alerting us ahead of time that there would be live music until 11 P.M. the evening we arrived. This is something that is helpful to know if you have a light sleeping wife and young child. Loved our stay!

The lobby and common areas are gorgeous! Beautiful views and lovely grounds! The staff was earm and welcoming. The pool was clean and warm....just what we needed on a gloomy April day! We will absolutely staying again!!

When we checked in, the person at the desk gave us no extra information about the property and also did not point us in the direction of where our room was located. Our room had a very distinct odor during our entire stay, and despite the description stating that everything had been updated, we found that to be quite the opposite. The bathroom was very small and run down, the sink faucet handle was not attached, and the shower was still dirty. The beds were clean, but there were stains on our carpeting and the carpet was soaking wet in areas. After speaking with the front desk, we were informed that the carpet was wet from the cleaners doing spot cleaning, but we were unable to get a new room as they were fully booked, and no other accommodations were offered. They said it was spot cleaning, however the area was approximately 3’ by 8’ and right in the main walkway of the room. We wish we would have been informed of this prior to entering our room. We placed towels on the wet carpet and even after being there for 3 days, the towels and carpet were still wet. There is also only 1 outlet available in the middle of the 2 beds, unless you use the extension cord tucked down underneath the nightstand where the phone is plugged in. Overall we would not stay here again & we were very disappointed after seeing how different the rooms are in person compared to how they advertised online.

Disgusting The room has SEVERAL huge, dark, stains in the carpet that covers half the room. The shower head is moldy. We WILL NOT be taking a shower in it. The room smells of fresh smoke and the towel hook is hanging from the door....not that we will be taking a shower, anyway. We have pictures and reported the issue immediately, so as not to be blamed. The room "is on the list to have the carpets cleaned" VERY DISAPPOINTED. It was not this bad, last year. We will never return to this property

Friendly staff. Clean room. The hallway 2ndfloor carpet need cleaning or maybe update but even if it looks old the hallway smells good. 2nd experience staying in this hotel and not disappointed. My husband said this will be the hotel of choice when we are on the area.

The queen size bed that we had on the second floor was absolutely terrible! My husband and I rolled in to the middle of the bed. The breakfast was just so, so it would be nice if they would look into upgrading their mattresses.

The golf club is quiet and has a beautiful lobby. We stayed in Manistee for 1 night visiting family so we didnt use the course or outdoor amenities. The hotel room itself was clean and smelled fresh but the carpet was stained, not only in the room but in the hallway on the 2nd floor. The room we booked was supposed to have 2 queen beds but they were definitely full sized. The a/c worked well. The bathroom was also clean, grout, tub, etc were in good clean condition. We were given early check in at 2 which was extremely helpful. I called to pre-arrange it. Its an average hotel. Had an average continental breakfast. The only hot items were waffles which was a little disappointing but there was a good assortment of cold items. For the price it was fine for a 1 night stay.

This was just a quick one stop stay. We came to the area to see the Point Betsey Lighthouse and enjoy the views. The lobby was nice but the rooms could definitely use an update. The grounds around are pretty and the back area I am sure is so great in the warm weather but the room is dated. The beds are super bouncy but the blankets were cozy! The to lot is super low!!!! We are both tall and it was a long way down! The shower was raised which was weird so for someone that might be older or physically challenged at all the bathroom might be a struggle. The door to the room was old for sure and you could see light from under neath the door which is not as private as some might like. That being said we did have a quiet night! There was a dog two doors down that barked a lot but if we had out tv up louder we didn’t hear him as much. We would come back for a quick one night stop but would not be our choice for an extended stay. The staff was friendly and informative when we checked in and out! Breakfast was fine. Cereal, coffee, waffle maker, oatmeal and yogurt the basics but definitely did the job but if you are looking for more then you might not like that.

The rooms are very outdated. The spring beds are old and sink in the middle, making sleep uncomfortable. There’s no microwave in the room, and the only USB plugs available in room were not working in a clock radio! On the positive side, I appreciated that you can buy pizza until 10 p.m. and grab a drink at the bar until 2 a.m.

I was traveling for business and stayed here. The place was not very busy, as they are coming into their off season, however the staff was incredibly friendly. I actually felt that they truly appreciated me being there. The service/hospitality industry is not near what it used to be, so that was honestly awesome to see. Kudos to the staff. Thank you for a great stay. By the way, you have to try the pizza. 5 stars for sure!

The beds were clean, but there were stains on our carpeting and the carpet was soaking wet in areas. After speaking with the front desk, we were informed that the carpet was wet from the cleaners doing spot cleaning, but we were unable to get a new room as they were fully booked, and no other accommodations were offered. They said it was spot cleaning, however the area was approximately 3’ by 8’ and right in the main walkway of the room. We wish we would have been informed of this prior to entering our room. We placed towels on the wet carpet and even after being there for 3 days, the towels and carpet were still wet. There is also only 1 outlet available in the middle of the 2 beds, unless you use the extension cord tucked down underneath the nightstand where the phone is plugged in. Overall we would not stay here again & we were very disappointed after seeing how different the rooms are in person compared to how they advertised online.

Hot tub outside was broken, apparently for a long time so their ad should not say it is working, the one inside was drained, both pools were cold. All staff were excellent except Angela? Had a bad attitude and got mad if you asked for a pool towel, guests sould be informed where pool towels are. Facility is very clean and dinner next door at golf course grill was exceptionally wonderful. Grounds beautiful. Bed , pillows and bedding were very nice .

Hidden gem! Location is perfect, away from the busy, congested area but still close enough to get to all attractions and beaches. Quiet, clean and comfortable room. Great complimentary breakfast. Friendly staff.

Hotel room is a litte dated but very clean and in good shape. Hotel itself has been updated. Hotel staff was friendly and check in was very efficient. Breakfast was a basic hotel breakfast. It is a litte bit outside of Manistee and about a 20 minute drive to the casino. For the money one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in and would stay there again if in the area.

Beautiful motel located on golf course. I was impressed with the cleanliiness and how friendly the staff were. Was hoping for hot food items for the breakfast, like scram led eggs and sausage. Had quick, mostly prepackaged items.

We liked the room size and amenities. It was large and felt comfortable. It was clean and tidy. Check in was a bit rough, the attendant stated that she typically worked third shift and to please excuse her lack of knowledge. Because we booked through Expedia she hadn’t asked for my credit card at check in and called and asked me to bring it so she could enter the information. The breakfast had waffles that you could make yourself other than those nothing else was hot. We were a little bit disapointed with that.

Absolutely incredible experience. The kids loved the indoor pool. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. The food was delicious and reasonably priced at the restaurant. The breakfast had a great selection.

We were not acknowledged when we entered the lobby, which was off-putting and not how you want to start off your stay. Parking was a breeze, the room was average - nothing special, overall the hotel was fine but a bit aged. People were enjoying the outdoor hot tub and others were having fun in the bar area. The breakfast was typical - bread products, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. The breakfast attendant was kind and attentive and kept the area clean. Check out was much better than check in, the morning staff were happy and polite.

It was like sleeping on a brick. It also had super bad parts where there was a crater. The mattress is the most important thing!

Staff were excellent, very kind and informative. The lobby was nice. Did like the opportunity to order pizza, that they made on site which was very good. What we did not like was the 9.2 rating it was given. Old carpet in hallway. It had a worn out spot that was noticeable so it wasn’t well received for a 9.2 rating. Light in room would turn on or off depending where in the room you stepped. Turned it off. The worst was the control of the heat. It was set on 68 and was hot, we were sweating . Finally had to turn the air on when it was in the 40’s at night. Finally got a relief. I was more disappointed in the rating that was on hotels. com at 9.2 In my opinion it didn’t compare to other 9.2 places I have stayed. I do want to repeat that all the staff were very pleasant and attentive.

Very nice resort with friendly staff. My only complaint was how we could hear the couple in the next room talking in the other room while after midnight. Need very Soundproofing. First floor noisy. Otherwise great resort.
