Pas d’eau chaude Moisisuré

This was the most deceiving hotel from the picture I have ever had and the rudest manager, Rebecca I have ever encountered. Unfortunately, Bre the front desk person who was pleasant and kind was effected by the action of Rebecca who asked us to exit the property because of our complaints of roaches and ant infestation in the rooms given. We were greeted by roaches and ants when we opened the first hotel room door and in my additional room on another floor. After being directed to check another room, my tired father who suffers from Alzheimers not aware laid down on the bed due to exhaustion from our long travels, his medication was due laid down on the bed. We were told we had to pay for change. Rebecca was called to let her know of our concerns with this rooms infested with roaches, mud and mold we were told "they could not keep moving us rooms that were not infested and dirty and we should just exit the property". Rebecca also accused me of not letting her speak as I pleaded with her to understand my father was tired and we were willing to take poor conditions to get his medication and rest needed. Rebecca was rude, lacked obvious experience in customer service, hotel management and believed this was from her bullying I conceded, but this was only to contact Expedia to inform of conditions of the filth, soild, rooms, toliets with rust and mold in some areas and the infestation of roaches and ants some dead and alive. Expedia was able to relocate us to a excellent hotel.

The room was infested with roaches, the a/c didn’t work, staff was unwilling to move me to another room or refund me so I could book elsewhere. It was over 100* outside.

All the staff at front desk are so nice. They get you checked in and out so fast. So thank you.
