Quick access to the highway and to many parts of the city. The parking is $10 a night when the area doesn’t seem to have an issue with parking spots, seems like another way to make money. The ice machines worked on every other floor. The elevator is extremely slow for a 4 floor building, seemed like they were consistently being held up. I enjoyed the location for an event I had at Aurora Sport Complex.

Staff is very good both at the front desk and the Starbucks for breakfast options. Fitness room has very nice equipment. Lobby is modern and has lots of seating options. Room was clean and very nice.

The secluded nature of the hotel, away from the business of the area was very nice. The facility was generally clean and comfortable although the carpet in one of our rooms was soiled and the air conditioning system seemed to have intermittent issues. Having the ability to get filtered water in the exercise room was a nice feature. A swimming pool for a cooler exercising opportunity would be a welcome addition.

Well, there was coffee in the microwave, not sure which patron before me it was from. The mattress was also less than desirable for the quality you are trying to brand or your properties, unless this is your Super 8 of the brand and if that is the case, perhaps a less than luxury name such as Bon Voy. I was also charged an additional $50 for night 2, when I booked it was the $158 per night for 2 nights, so I would appreciate at the very least a refund. If not, please say, BON-VOYage to my membership and loyalty to your hotels and this site.

Checked in after a 16-hour drive. Desk manager was friendly and checked me in quickly and I got to my room and it was spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities I needed to shower, relax and get a great night's sleep!

The hotel was clean. The room was pretty with a comfy bed and a fun sofa. The shower was beautiful, but the water pressure was weak. The parking garage was convenient, but added $10 a night if you chose to use it. Street parking was by permit only during the day, so not convenient. We were there because it was close to the hospital (only about an 11 minute drive). All in all, we would stay here again.

The room was small with limited storage: 2 small dresser drawers and 1 tiny bedside drawer on the right side of the bed. I was cold on the first night and searched for an extra blanket in the tiny closet, but only 1 extra pillow was provided. We purchased a throw blanket the next day when we were unable to communicate our needs to the housekeepers. We reported to the front desk that a light was not working within an hour of checking in. No one came to fix it, so we went to the store and purchased 2 types of bulbs, but neither one fixed the problem. On day 3, we again reported the issue to the front desk, but no one came to help. We went to the front desk to complain, and eventually the “non-English speaking engineer” came to the room. He tried to fix it and we finally got him to agree to bring a different lamp. While he went to get it, all but one of the lights and outlets did not work. He eventually replaced a switch in the bathroom, as he’d tripped/blown a fuse. The 3 pump dispensers in the shower were not labeled, and none of the housekeepers we asked were able to communicate to us which bottle held which product. So we went to the store and purchased shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and 2 bars of soap. The drapes did not close all the way, and the door had a significant gap, so the room was not dark enough for the 10 nights we stayed there. The emergency fire exits had steep steps and no hand railings. We will not stay at a Courtyard by Marriott ever again.

Overall great, tried a couple diff requests through their app which has worked at every other Marriott I’ve ever stayed but this one doesn’t seem like the staff keeps up with those requests. Had to go down to the desk to make my requests in person.

I booked this hotel to stay 1 night: from March 7th to 8th, 2024. We arrive at the hotel at midnight due to a flight delay and one short male (white, 170cm approximately) is the only front desk staff. We waited for over 30min to be checked in while the staffer is having trouble logging into the system ( according to him). In this process he was getting more and more agitated and rude, by knocking strongly on the keyboard and constantly switching between 2 front desk computers. While we trying to ask nicely on what’s going on and how long do we have to wait, this staffer start to use “F” word in his language and talk to us rudely by saying: I have to log into this “f” ing system and you gonna have to wait. And other similar languages. And suddenly he smashed on the computer and a few other books fall to the ground, which severely scared us. He went on to try to call the police on speaker for the reason of “standing on the side while he logging into the system”, which is absolutely meaningless since we are customers and we didn’t do anything except asking why it too so long. And his request to police is denied on the phone just because of a lack of reason why the police needs to be here. After this, we left the property due to the unwelcoming and wired behavior of this front desk staffer. Till now, the property haven’t refund me and I feel like that is extremely unfair and unprofessional for a hotel with the name of “Marriott” to deliver such a service.

Employees were very rude. Arrived late(9pm) due to flight delays. They had given my room to someone else. I thought that is why you make reservations? They put me in a different room that looked like it was mid remodel. Room was 80 degrees and a/c took forever to get to 72 by am. There was visible substance on bedside table. The shower had cracks that looked like a child tried to putty closed. I was scheduled to stay 12 days and I changed hotels after second night, only because I couldn’t move after first night. Very disappointed in a Marriott hotel!

Very nicely furnished and clean rooms. The location was nice as it was just off the high way and close to shopping. One star deduction because the property recently started charging $10/night for parking which is a bit ridiculously given it’s suburban location and plentiful land for parking around the property.

We were there because it was close to the hospital (only about an 11 minute drive). All in all, we would stay here again.

The hotel was clean. The room was pretty with a comfy bed and a fun sofa. The shower was beautiful, but the water pressure was weak. The parking garage was convenient, but added $10 a night if you chose to use it. Street parking was by permit only during the day, so not convenient. We were very disappointed that although regular hours were posted for the Bistro it was in fact closed due to staffing issues. A sign would have been nice as I waited a while until somebody at the front desk came over to tell me that it was not open

The food in the deli was terrible. Got a back cheese quesadilla and it literally had a single slice of cheese in the middle and packaged bacon bits. It was horrible. Our room was not kept up with at all. Three times in the 5 days I had to ask for it to be cleaned. Only happened on our 4th night. Had to call for trash removal and towels after a long day out. Even after it was cleaned we had to ask for toilet paper. Convenient location. Staff was friendly. But for the price I would have rather found someplace different.

Hotel is very convenient. They also offer some bistro items and a bar at 5 o’clock in the evening which worked out well. Also in the morning offered a nice variety of a breakfast, which was excellent.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The only complaint I would have was that this property had a very hard bed. If you like that, this is a good place to stay. If not, be prepared for an uncomfortable night. Also, the pillows were tiny and not soft whatsoever.

We really enjoyed our stay! The two ladies who checked us in were wonderful. They made the whole process easy and fun, and we had such a great conversation with them. They were friendly, welcoming, and started our stay off on a really positive note. The hotel was also quiet, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after spending a long day out at the softball fields. It was nice to come back somewhere peaceful and be able to relax. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect location for a quick weekend trip into town. Quiet and secluded, but still close to make thoroughfares and shopping/dining. The room was clean, I slept well, and the staff (particularly Tay) were so nice and helpful. Nice price too. Highly recommend!
