Hotel Poblado Plaza

Personnel very friendly and willing to serve. Restaurant was good and the bar was great.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile—they made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel environment is stunning, beautifully designed with lovely views and a peaceful atmosphere. Everything was clean, elegant, and full of charm. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely come back

Awful Disappointing is the Theme of this review. I had stayed here MANY times in the past, it WAS like a home-away-from home, relaxed and homey atmosphere. The renovations have NOT improved that, in some ways it has removed that relaxed feeling. Lobby is now painted in a dark color that is overwhelmingly gloomy. I am NOT likely to stay here again. A very nice, large tv has been added to the rooms - BUT no sat or cable, so we had some (mostly news) local channels to chose from, You can log into your own subscription of cable channels if you like - who wants to go thru that hassle when you are tired and jut want to relax? Seems that the people who make decisions here never stay at their own hotel or are just not "travelers". They spent a lot of money in renovations, but they just did not get their money worth... :(

Excelent staff, rooms are very comfortable and the food in their restaurant is great. Koodos to the whole team, from the front door to the restaurant.

The entire staff was cordial professional and always willing to help. We mostly interacted with Luis Hernando, he was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable with info about the city and tourist areas. Great attitude he is an asset to the hotel.
