The hotel was great but it did smell like sewer. Every time we walked in our hotel room. Breakfast was good really enjoyed it. It sucks that the pool was open until the day we showed up. It was close for the next month.

Parking was great and there was security on site, which was awesome since we had a uhaul with us. The front desk clerk was super helpful and amazing! Stayed 9/27/25 and checked in after 10pm, after driving almost 8 hours with 2 small kids.

The hotel is relatively new, and very clean. The bed was excellent. The property is adjacent to an industrial area, and faces a major traffic artery, but is within a residential complex of apartments and condos. The breakfast selection was less varied than at other Home 2 Suites. The parking lot was large and well lighted.

Pet friendly hotel that was super clean, had well equipped rooms, nice grassy area for dogs to walk around, excellent breakfast, and 24 hr coffee/tea station. Staff was courteous/efficient and at check-in.

Overall our stay was amazing. Couldnt have been much better. Pool was warm and clean for the kiddos. Breakfast was good, unfortunatly saturday was very busy they had ran out of some food/plates. They were promplty restocked, but there wasnt any workers around to let us know. When staff was out front they were very friendly and accomidating. We had a great weekend and would definitely book again.

My son requested to stay at a hotel for his 7th birthday. This hotel accomodated my large family and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean, the staff were very attentive, the breakfast was great, and my kids enjoyed the pool.

It’s a nice place to stay. Rooms are clean and spacious. Accommodating to pets, although they charge $75 extra. Quite steep in my opinion. No lotion or conditioner in room, but they do provide them at the front desk. Breakfast is pretty decent.

Really liked the lounge/breakfast room. Large space with lots of comfortable seating options. The suite was great for 2 friends traveling together. Privacy for both travelers. Sofa bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had 2 doors. One from bedroom and one from living room. Nice open kitchen area with big fridge, dishes, silverware, etc. Room was super clean. Loved our stay.

The hotel was really nice. My only complaint was the shower was clean to standard. There was someone else's hair on the wall and around the soap dispenser was dirty.

The bathroom in my room had a really bad odor that was quite repulsing. I reported it to the front desk clerk and asked for someone to come and check to see where the odor was coming from (ceiling vent maybe?). No one ever came to check this out during my stay. I reported it again to the front desk clerk as I was checking out.

I like the water pressure, it was great. What I didn't like was that the surfaces were cleaned. They had zorro smears. A very crude attempt, quite literally going through the motions.

After a long drive we decided to try this one for the night & we were so happy we did. The staff was wonderful, so helpful & check-in was a breeze. Our room was very clean & the bed must've been pretty comfy because my wife & I just crashed. Breakfast in the morning was good with several things to choose from. If our travels bring us back this way, we'll definitely stay here again!

After a long drive we decided to try this one for the night & we were so happy we did. The staff was wonderful, so helpful & check-in was a breeze. Our room was very clean & the bed must've been pretty comfy because my wife & I just crashed. Breakfast in the morning was good with several things to choose from. If our travels bring us back this way, we'll definitely stay here again!

The overall experience was pretty good. The staff was nice, it was what you'd expect from a hotel breakfast. The room itself was nice. The main issues we have were the bathroom lighting was not great. For an extended stay feel hotel a woman needs ample light to do makeup. The bathroom had an ambience at best. But the most inconvenience was, and could have been just an isolated issue, but our TV did not work. We were there 1 day so our relax time was spent trying to fix/rig a TV to work. So that wasn't fun at all.

This was an acaccesible room but it was noisy. Very echoy and industrusal and cold feeling/looking. Ths lady that checked us in was. Nice. Everyone else was kind of looky lous.

Was there for a concert. Went to check in at 3:00 and room was not ready. Never received a digital key (kept saying room was in progress). When I got back from the concert I waited for someone at the front desk and no one came. Finally another staff member came by and got the gentleman that was supposed to be checking me in. Stay was nice, but check in was a hassle

Booked room on Expedia, arrived with family and was told on top of the Expedia rate as well as taxes that additional $15 dollars before I could check in since Expedia rate was less than the room rate required by the hotel. On top of the room that was booked was for a King studio suite however when arrived was given 2 queens, when asked why the change no reason was given as we had called to verify 2 king studios were in fact available prior to booking.

Terrible customer service I reserved and paid for the reservation for my 19-year-old son traveling by himself. The hotel refused to honor the reservation because he was under age 21 to make matters worse. They refused to refund what we paid for the room basically stealing our money.

Disappointed in the hot breakfast sandwich options. Much prefer a typical scrambled eggs/sausage/bacon type of buffet like I see at other Hilton hotels.

The hotel is relatively new, and very clean. The bed was excellent. The property is adjacent to an industrial area, and faces a major traffic artery, but is within a residential complex of apartments and condos. The breakfast selection was less varied than at other Home 2 Suites. The parking lot was large and well lighted.

Pet friendly hotel that was super clean, had well equipped rooms, nice grassy area for dogs to walk around, excellent breakfast, and 24 hr coffee/tea station. Staff was courteous/efficient and at check-in.

Overall our stay was amazing. Couldnt have been much better. Pool was warm and clean for the kiddos. Breakfast was good, unfortunatly saturday was very busy they had ran out of some food/plates. They were promplty restocked, but there wasnt any workers around to let us know. When staff was out front they were very friendly and accomidating. We had a great weekend and would definitely book again.

After a long drive we decided to try this one for the night & we were so happy we did. The staff was wonderful, so helpful & check-in was a breeze. Our room was very clean & the bed must've been pretty comfy because my wife & I just crashed. Breakfast in the morning was good with several things to choose from. If our travels bring us back this way, we'll definitely stay here again!

Bathroom lights were very dim, area was great, breakfast was crowded and staff was slow to replenish orange juice and eggs and bacon. Very little to choose from for more that 15 min.

A very nice property and hotel. Spacious rooms, clean, nice sized bathrooms, plenty of towels, but no conditioner in shower. Otherwise had all basic toiletries hotels now provide. Breakfast was good, but they need a new toaster and a way to heat up food other than taking it back to the room. Friendly staff.

Everything was great, except I felt unsafe at this hotel especially in the parking lot. Be careful if you're a mother traveling alone with children as there can be some strange people in the area that may approach and surround you when you're loading your car, even during the day. Other than that, the hotel was clean, convenient, and the breakfast was good. It was nice to be able to bring our dog. We were hoping to use the pool before we checked out, but they had just put chemicals in so we weren't able to enjoy it. I wish they would add chemicals after the pool closes for the day.

Had a company van get broken into at 3:30 AM. $50,000 worth of electronic, power tools, and other items were stolen from it. The front desk was of very little help and would not show us camera footage. We had to wait hours for a manager to come pull the footage even though we showed them the police report and they knew what had happened. The manager was not very helpful and wasn't interested in helping us with pictures/videos of the footage. The car was clearly seen driving onto the property at 3:38 AM and stealing the stuff. We have a long term job going on and will definitely not be staying here again.
