EXCEPTIONAL stay at the Fairfield Orillia!! This hotel is SPOTLESS - I am a germaphobe - I felt TOTALLY safe here!! I said to Matthew at the checkout desk that there is not one thing they could possibly improve on!! Super lovely staff - shouts out to Matthew and to the lady who checked us in - both were sooooo friendly and made me feel that they valued our business. And to both Melody and Crystal in the Breakfast Room - both super sweet - they work sooooo hard - excellent food choices - spotlessly clean - these two women really start your day with a smile!! Housekeeping is excellent - every single detail in our room was perfection!! We really really appreciated everyone’s obvious efforts - made our stay just sooooo lovely!! This hotel is squeaky clean from lobby to pool to elevators to breakfast room to guest rooms - clear that this Fairfield Inn works as one big EXTREMELY WELL-FUNCTIONING TEAM - and we the guests are the beneficiaries!! Bravo Team Fairfield!! Stop INN for the WIN!! 🏅

The staff were extremely helpful. The room was large and very clean. The buffet breakfast had both hot and cold foods. The hotel has a good vibe and the room was quiet.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They were very rude. I asked them for anything and they told me I had to do it myself. Even for a bottle of water or a tissue I asked for, they told me I had to go and get it from the lobby.
