The hotel did not have hot water. We wanted to check out and move to sister hotel Tayrona Del Mar. They refused. I walked next door and checked in to Tayrona Del Mar but had to pay for two nights. They refused to move money over. Besides that the rooms were extremely tiny. You can barely walk in the room. The hotel chain is totally uncooperative. We moved to sister hotel. The fair thing would have been to credit our room with money from other hotel. We didn’t move to another hotel chain. It was there hotel. Believe me we travel often and we will never stay at the hotel chain again.

The staff in specific the manager was terrible and rude She was also discrimating us because we were colombian citizens but living in the usa,the treatment overall was horrible except for sergio and another male staff that were helpfull and nice, we will never go back to that place
