Mountain Walk by Property Valet

The property had the space for my entire party however only has parking for 2, even though the condo slept 8. No Bluetooth speaker available. Where you pick up the keys, is the same spot as the garbage(smells terrible). Downstairs washroom could use a better cleaning. The condo is located in perfect vicinity to all entertainment, provided all basic kitchen and washroom essentials, first floor perfect for “backyard” vibes.

Excellent condo. Very clean and spacious. The kitchen includes all utensils, pots, pans, dishes plus more. Washer and dryer in the condo. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level and one on the second with it’s own ensuite bathroom . Nest thermostat to control temperature. Only a 3 minute walk to the village and all the activities. Scenic caves are a five minute drive. Plenty of parking right outside the condo. I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful place right across the street from Blue Mountain Village. Accessible for people using walkers but not wheelchair accessible as washroom on main floor is tiny. Primary bedroom upstairs, 2 bedrooms on main floor, full kitchen, washer, dryer, everything you need for a great stay. We loved it.

We booked for 4 days. Sunday, July 6th check-in, to Thursday, July 10th check-out. The AC was broken upon arrival. I notified Propertyvalet about the issue and suggested we could move to a new location as there was virtually no one at the complex and that I have a child with special needs. They manage most of the properties in the complex, so it was possible, but this is what happens when you have such late Check-ins and there is a problem. No one wants to help you at 7:00 at night. They said they would send someone the next day. I had to run out to Walmart and buy fans so we could sleep. Next day a friendly guy showed up who is not an AC tech. Luckily, the weather had cooled down significantly overnight so we agreed that I would run the fan to see if the coil was frozen and that I would report back the next morning assuming that they would make arrangement to have a real technician come and repair the AC. I messaged the next day that there was no leaking and that the AC still did not work. They message back that they would like to send someone the next day. I asked if they were sending a tech or one of their people. They replied they would like to send one of their staff to diagnose the problem. I explained that they had already sent someone the day before and that I had to buy fans and keep all the blinds closed just so we could be cool enough to sleep and that if it wasn’t repaired and the weather got too hot we would leave and need to be compensated. I did not come on va

Despite complaining on first day itself , the shower never got fixed, wasted a lot of time on the chat with landlord. And we got late because everyone had to use just the one shower. Still havent received the deposit refund which we should have got back as we left the property better than we found.

The location was perfect, a beautiful, spacious place to stay. Once our little issues were taken care of we really enjoyed it. They came back to clean unit and it was spotless ! Bring your own hair dryer, unless they replace the broken one. Bathtub water stopper is being fixed for the next guests. The garbage room is where you get the key and it really smells. Just hold your Breath. communication with staff was amazing.

Second time biking same room. Oven didn’t work but everything else was fantastic. Fun had by all

Would definitely return Something to note: Our unit on the second floor was not accessible. There is a flight of stairs to reach the condo. It is also two-storeys inside the condo unit. If needed, the first floor units may be a better option.

This unit was a great size for our girls weekend. We enjoyed the ability to get outdoors on the deck. The kitchen was well stocked and the unit was clean. Location was a short walk to the village. It wasn't clear to us from the description that it was multi-level and stairs to get into the unit. This caused a little accessiblity issue but we were able to manage

very nice though some dishes that were put back in the shelves were not dried fully and still had water in them and there were drops of pink cleaning liquid on the stairs when we arrived. other than that the place was super comfortable and those issues were very minor for us.

The place was great!! Plenty of room and over all really nice. Could be dusted better and maybe some up dated frying pans. All scratched. Overall would definitely recommend. Thank you.

While the building is a bit dated, we liked the inside unit which is very spacious. The cleanliness could be improved as we found the coach dirty and dusty, and there were lots of small ants in the dining area and on the kitchen counter. The location is very convenient. Overall, we had a good stay. Thank you.

The unit is very close to the Village, very clean, everything you would need in the unit and check in/check out was very easy. Recommend

Unit #117 at Mountain Walk was the perfect place to stay. Beautiful, clean, lots of space, modern decor & furniture. So very close to the centre of the village across the parking lot. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. Great unit and location!

I recently stayed at the Mountain Walk Condos in The Blue Mountains, Ontario, Canada and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The condo itself was spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean. The views from the windows were breathtaking and the location was perfect for enjoying all that The Blue Mountains has to offer. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the check-in process was smooth and easy. I highly recommend the Mountain Walk Condos for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base to explore The Blue Mountains.

Spacious apartment well equipped with everything we need. Very smooth communication with owner and comes with 24/7 property valet guest support team. Location is great, close enough to everything (only 5 mins walk to villege and ski slopes) yet far enough have peace and quiet at the apartment. Will definitely book this place again. Thank you.

Just crossing the road to get to the ski slope, very well furnished, and the staff is friendly and easy to communicate, will definitely come again!

Spacious condo walking distance to the village, literally across the street. Recently renovated and clean.

Absolutely loved our stay at Mountain Walk Condo - Unit 201. Was clean, close to hills and village, relaxing and quiet. Was a great family getaway. Will definitely be back next year.
