Lofts of Aventura

The room was comfortable and quiet. I was a little disappointed with the area. There was a homeless person sleeping at the front of the property, and it's not well lit.

Giving 4 stars because of how easy the check in process, close to shopping, Few heads up for future tenants: • Parking is easy • Elevator is available • They have in unit washer/dryer which is nice but our dryer was placed in awkward position that’s why it was making so much noise • Cooking pans/ utensils are available but needed some upgrade as those pans looks overused • Paper towel and dishwashing soap was provided but no hand soap • Body wash, Shampoo, Conditioner was provided • Toilet was not comfortable i hope they will do some upgrades • Shower is decent water pressure and temp hot/cold • The apartment is located close to intersection, you can hear cars and loud speakers from your bedroom Overall stay was good, easy communication with host

The A/C unit was not cooling properly and they quickly move me to another unit. It was even better that the other one!

Loft was wonderful very roomy and well equipped, Only little thing window facing ugly furniture company warehouse,that really didn’t bother me much ,but was the only window in the loft. Over all great place very convenient location and parking was great. Stay 6 nights,definitely will come back

Le condo était très propre 10/10 Pas de restaurant ( chaînes ) à distance de marche raisonnable. Ameublement du condo ordinaire et cheap.
