Anita Matiate Hotel

When we checked into the room the floor was dirty and there were no sheets and pillows and bed cover. The quality of the food was bad and got worse day after day. We checked out 2 days before the check out day.

We CALL the otel 4 days before our vacation, they Said, they saw our rezervation. When we arrive the otel, they Said there are no room avvaliable. First day we stay at different hotel second say we can stay at original otel.

Ödenen ücret ile alınan hizmet oranlandığında,bu fiyata bu hizmet gayet güzel. Elbette her şey mükemmel değildi ama iki-üç katı ücret ödeyerek kalınan otellerden iki-üç katı daha fazla hizmet alınabileceğini hiç sanmıyorum.Zengin kahvaltı ve yemek menüsü gayet güzeldi.Odalar,çarşaf ve havlular temizdi.Yüzme havuzu olimpik değildi ama temizdi.İleride tekrar misafir olmaktan mutluluk duyarım.

Fruktansvärt! Så äckligt och ofräscht, fick ett rum som inte va städat, sa till receptionen och vi fick ett annat rum. Äckligt men inte lika illa som första. Maten fruktansvärd, vi gick ut och köpte frukt och annat så vi kunde bli lite mätta. Tråkig o trött personal. Hemsk strand. Kan inte förstå att det va all-inclusive i huvudtaget. Jag och min man checkade ut på morgonen dagen efter.

It was very difficult communicating as english speakers were not always available. The hotel rom had alot of broken fixtures and the cleanliness and not of a good standard. We had to deal with cockrals cooing right next to our room. We ended up leaving after 1 night
